Its NEVER organized!! Customers have to wait for just 2 pc of chicken for 1 hr!! NOT JOKING!! 1 hr!! It’s always chaotic!!! I hope this brings to the attention of the managers!!! I hope your not saving money to hire people.. While your shop is in chaos!!

Bad customer service experience, many staff but they move slower like a turtle. The queue is so long. I'll never gonna dine in again. Worst experience ever.

Poor experience. Bought this ice cream. And it took more than an hour to serve. The staff is not helpful at all. They are just laughing at you. I do not recommend it.

Based on the reviews of the last 2 months about slow service, overcrowdedness, etc, I must say that things have improved somewhat in my 3 visits within the last week. However, there are just too many flies and I find that I have to share my food and drinks with them most of the time, see photo attached. Also, when there is a party or some function going on, the music and shouting over the microphone is just too much as all other customers not involved in the party/function are made to shout in order to have any decent conversation. Can I suggest that the music be turned down a bit and the compere to not shout needlessly over the loudspeakers. Noise pollution is already bad enough everywhere and Mcdo can certainly help by not adding more of it.

Our order takes 45-70 minutes to be served, I thought for the first time that it was only because of the amount of people. But, after a few times of going here at different time and dates, it was the same. I once order a double chocolate frappe and it took 50 min to be served, even though it was already behind the counter, and I have to ask the server about it. Even if you order online (app/grab/foodpanda) you have to wait for a very long time. The quality of the food is not the same as before, even the matcha oreo mcflurry, they did not even mixed it well. Will definitely not order again here even though this branch is the nearest one.

worst experience ever. ordered through grab and the preparation time almost reached 3 hours so i had to cancel my order instead. i don't recommend ordering at this branch.

Service too slow the food takes almost an hour and when the food is serve the quality of food suffer the fries is soggy the burger & chicken is not hot and the float is melted already. We order before 8pm today but the food was given 8:45 pm. So bad experience😠😩

I dine in to Mcdonald’s concepcion and the food was good but the service is quite fine. I ordered chicken sandwich with regular fries, iced coffee and an additional order of Hashbrown. I received my order except for the Hashbrown. The crew exchanged it to a regular fries which I already have as she said it is (Hashbrown) are no longer available. But it’s still available when I ordered on the Kiosk machine. It’s kinda disappointing that Counter Menu and Kiosk Menu are not in sync nor they should have informed customer when food was served that it was not Available. I got my order 10mins after and had to follow up for the hashbrown not knowing it was Not Available. Hope we can practice informing our customers when we kindly ask for the missing item. Thanks!
