Beautiful area just north of the Golden Gate bridge. On a clear day you have beautiful views of the bridge and of San Francisco. Lots of nice walking trails. Also, there are lots of other areas to drive around just minutes away to get other perspectives of the bay and the bridge.

Amazing place. It was a relaxing mode experience. Coast Guards all over. Very good place to go. Portable restrooms are available. But bring your own sanitizer and alcohol for The smell.

My first time visiting the San Francisco area and all I can tell you is that it was like a dream come true. Summer time there is always fog in the morning and evening covering the golden gate bridge but there are times when you get amazing lighting. Super windy on top of the hill but incredible views. Definitely a bucket list place!

Worth a visit. Only came for pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. Great spot to see it. Easy drive and parking is free. Depending on time and day, no one was there Friday sunset. Couple people took pictures of their sports cars at this location. Cold as usual. Love the sight of beach pebbles n water.

I didn't go in the museum, but it's a decent spot to see the bridge (we went to a few different vantage points)

This is a place where you take your little ones. Enjoy the history. Discovery museum is a nice place to read, release your child's creativity. Do not leave your children alone. Because the ocean is very close. I am aware that their is a restaurant in Fort Baker.

One of my favorite views of the bridge. Easy to find and lots of history on the grounds.

Great place to escape to. Some very unique views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate from here. There is a great hands on children's museum nearby.

This was our first stop on a wine tour and it is specifically just so we can get a great photo of the Golden Gate Bridge and possibly a selfie in front of it. Photos are outstanding and I would highly recommend.

Beautiful view! Definitely recommend traveling all around to check out the different angles of the bridge. Be aware the traffic is crazy!

Beautiful views much less packed then other SF bridge overlook. There’s a cool dive bar at the marina there. It’s a nice place to spend a couple hours.

Our group relaxed in the Presidio Yacht Club marveling at one of the most beautiful sunsets over the Golden Gate.

Gorgeous views even on cloudy days; you can see Alcatraz, Angel Islad, downtown, Bay Bridge, etc. They are some trails to walk around and there is a Discovery Museum too for kids.

I have never stayed at Cavallo Point Spa at Fort Baker, so all I can tell you about is the outdoor location. The buildings are interesting from the outside, you can visit old bunkers that are fun to climb on and the views of the Golden Gate Bridge are terrific.

Loved the hike. View was amazing. Even though I am currently trying to heal from lower back pain I was still able to walk around ok and found places to sit and rest on the way

Fort Baker is an amazing place to visit just North of the Golden Gate Bridge. It is a large and incredible Fort with amazing views of the Golden Gate, S.F. Bay, and Sam Francisco.
