My
husband
was
supposed
to
receive
"rehabilitation
therapy
,"
after
being
in
the
John
Muir
Hospital
for
3
months,
recovering
from
Covid.
His
care
at
Kentfield
was
horrible!
They
were
under
staffed.
My
husband
was
well
enough
to
advocate
for
himself,
he
had
to
tell
the
nurse
how
to
correctly
use
a
particular
piece
of
equipment
to
scan
his
bladder.
He
also
had
to
tell
them
how
many
pills
he
was
supposed
to
get...many
times
his
medication
was
3
hours
late.
The
night
staff
would
stand
outside
his
room
at
2am
and
have
loud
conversations.
The
3
weeks
he
was
there
his
physical
therapy
was
never
consistent,
the
occupational
therapy
was
consistent
for
about
a
week.
One
night
a
nurse
came
in
and
demanded
that
he
have
an
iv
line
placed
in
his
arm
even
though
he
didn't
need
one.
The
doctors
at
the
hospital
were
good.
We
particularly
liked
Dr.
Mason,
she
was
very
caring
and
listened
to
our
concerns.
Two
days
before
discharge
staff
came
in
at
midnight,
3
hours
late
with
medication
and
proceeded
to
tell
my
husband
that
they
were
moving
him
to
another
room.
They
told
him
someone
is
in
the
ER
and
they
needed
his
room.
My
husband
told
them
no,
that
he
needed
to
sleep.
They
told
him
that
he
wouldn't
have
to
do
anything
,that
they
would
be
doing
everything.
My
husband
refused.
So
at
4
am
a
staff
came
in
his
room
and
started
packing
up
my
husband's
belongings,
my
husband
yelled
at
the
staff
to
get
out
of
his
room.
At
6
am
they
decided
to
move
him
down
the
hall.
The
staff
started
to
turn
off
my
husband's
oxygen
(which
he
obviously
needed)
My
husband
got
upset
and
firmly
told
him
not
to
turn
the
oxygen
off.
I
contacted
The
Clinical
Supervisor
about
this
and
he
made
excuses
and
saw
no
fault
.
He
told
me
they
needed
the
room.
I
got
to
the
hospital
the
next
day
and
his
old
room
was
empty
all
day.
Not
a
good
experience.
Thank
God
my
husband
was
strong
enough
and
smart
enough
to
refuse
the
bad
treatment.
