My
journey
with
DOC
started
on
the
16th
of
Oct
by
visiting
the
Consultant,
who
requested
an
X-ray
scan
for
me.
Based
on
the
results,
he
explicitly
mentioned
that
he
recommends
Spinal
Decompression
and
chiropractic.
Accordingly,
he
asked
for
five
sessions,
but
it
wasn't
clear
to
me
how
many
sessions
were
for
spinal
decompression
and
how
many
sessions
were
for
chiropractic.
On
the
23rd
of
Oct,
I
had
my
first
session
with
the
chiropractic
doctor
and
here
started
the
confusion,
misalignments
and
quality
issues
to
appear.
1.
Through
this
session,
the
chiropractic
doctor
insisted
that
I
have
no
spinal
decompression,
and
all
of
my
sessions
are
going
to
be
chiropractic,
and
it
is
up
to
her
to
decide
how
to
proceed
with
the
treatment
and
the
plan.
2.
She
insisted
that
the
Consultant
told
me
about
spinal
decompression
as
for
my
info,
but
it
is
not
part
of
the
plan
3.
I
refused
her
explanation
as
I
was
sure
that
the
request
was
including
spinal
decompression
as
part
of
my
plan.
It
was
clear
there
was
no
alignment
between
the
doctors
(the
Consultant
and
Chiro
doctor)
4.
I
tried
to
understand
more
about
how
long
the
chiropractic
session
usually
takes,
and
she
confirmed
that
the
session
usually
takes
between
30
to
40
mins
After
that,
I
refused
to
continue
my
session
and
returned
to
the
reception
and
asked
them
to
call
the
Consultant
and
come
up
with
a
clear
plan.
After
a
few
minutes,
the
receptionist
returned
back
and
said
it
is
okay
if
I
want
to
have
a
Spinal
decompression
session.
I
refused
that
answer
and
I
insisted,
that
it
is
not
about
what
I
want,
it
is
about
what
the
plan
must
be
and
what
is
right
for
me.
After
2
days,
I
got
a
call
informing
me
that
the
Consultant
confirmed
that
the
plan
will
be
two
spinal
decompression
sessions
followed
by
3
chiropractic
sessions.
The
two
spinal
decompression
sessions
completed
perfectly
fine,
and
early
this
week
I
had
my
first
chiropractic
session,
which
was
with
the
same
Chiro
doctor.
The
session
literally
started
at
12:55
PM
and
finished
before
13:05PM
(it
didn't
last
more
than
10
mins,
which
was
against
what
she
said
in
the
first
place
of
having
30-40
mins).
The
details
of
the
session
were
as
follows:
1-
Five
mins
electrotherapy
(my
muscles
didn't
get
the
chance
to
relax)
2-
Four
minutes
of
cracking
(was
painful
because
the
muscles
were
still
stiff)
3-
One
minute,
taking
my
belongings
and
signing
the
document.
I
returned
to
the
chiro
doctor
and
explained
to
her
that
it
doesn't
make
sense
that
I
was
waiting
for
25
mins
to
get
a
10
mins
session
that
was
supposed
to
be
at
least
30
mins.
She
replied
this
is
how
she
is
doing
it
and
if
I
wish,
she
can
put
me
on
the
electrotherapy
for
another
10
minutes,
and
I
insisted
on
having
15
minutes.
Ridiculous,
right?
The
summary,
1.
It
is
obvious
that
the
center
have
alignment
issues
between
the
doctors
2.
Doctors
have
professionality
and
accuracy
issues
communicating
the
treatment
plans
with
the
patients.
The
plan
should
always
be
based
on
what
is
right
for
the
patient,
not
his
wants
or
wishes.
3.
Doctors
don't
give
the
patients
enough
time,
and
they
provide
poor
quality
for
the
purpose
of
completing
more
sessions
within
less
time.
I
know
this
is
a
private
establishment
that
wants
to
make
revenue,
but
this
is
not
how
things
should
be.
Now,
I
had
to
cancel
my
remaining
sessions
as
this
is
a
waste
of
time
and
money.
