Chicken on point! (Some people pay more for breast? All about those thighs!) Veggies cooked perfect, little crisp still and fresh. The rice was a little over cooked/soft. Their teriyaki sauce is thick and legit, not like watery sweet soysauce. Siracha is OK, prefer a chili garlic sauce. Clean resturant, good staff on our visit. The large is a lot of food, regular is more than enough.

They have 3 different sizes which I appreciated. Have option for more cooked vegetables (medley of cabbage, broccoli, carrots,etc.) instead of white or brown rice. Chicken was moist and plentiful, good sauce. Would lunch here again.

Absolutely perfect every time I visit. Food is always hot and tastes fresh. Not too long of a wait after placing an order. Great options and great serving portions. Always a must when I drive to this part of town.

Great prices and delicious food. The ambiance is casual yet comfortable. The service is quick. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki. It’s hot , definitely not mild. You have the option of fee noodles, or vegetables or brown rice.

It is only okay. I got steak and made it "spicy." The "spicy" sauce is not "spicy." Which of course was a let down. This was to go, so I just could not put more on. So if you like spicy, perhaps eat at the location. Otherwise, skip it.

Great food, good prices, fast prep. We've been here a half dozen times at this point, and the food has been good every time.

Generous serving sizes and unique tasting dishes. We went there for lunch but had enough food leftover for dinner. They need more franchises in Santa Cruz County.

Today I went with my sister's family. I ordered directly after them. They received their 3 entree dinner within<10 minutes. Then order after order came out. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and waiting. Finally, once the line was thru and everyone that was waiting, except 1, I went up and asked. The employee said it will be 3-5 minutes as they are busy. I asked for a manager as this was not acceptable. She got the manager. The manager just regurgitated the wait and I told her that my family was about finished with their meal. She asked if I wanted a refund or just wait for my order. I was hungry. My family is done eating. I wanted food. I told her that and sat down. 5 minutes later the original employee brings my food and says nothing. The food was spicy and sitting in sauce. I believe that they put that much sauce because of my inquiry into why it took so long. I ended up throwing 3/4 away, which I hate because I would have taken it back and reheated with something to bring the spice down. We were traveling from the East coast and didn't have a way to reheat. Just piss poor service and food. I believe that the food would have been delicious. So sad that this is how they treat someone who just spent $20 on food and gave a tip up front. Shame on you.

Tasty stuff here! My favorite is the mad spicy orange chicken, and cream cheese “crab” rangoons on the side is a must. They come with this delicious sweet dipping sauce. A perfect combo. Service is great too. It all comes in a bit on the pricier side but it’s worth for me every once in a while for delicious fresh food with good portions. The large bowl is basically a family meal I swear…

Information the cashier I was there to pick up an online order. The female who was making the orders said she was working on it. I waited almost 15min and eventually went back to the counter and asked about my order. She turned and picked it up. It had been sitting there for almost 10+ min. She never bothered to call the name for the order. Usually, service is much better.

We arrived just as the store was closing. We asked if they would allow us to still order and eat in the restaurant and they obliged. The food was good and the staff was nice. After a long day it was nice to be able to sit down and eat before heading back to the hotel. Thank you!

Absolutely delicious food here. Seating is a little bit cramped though, so spacing can be an issue depending upon where you end up. Pricing is fair for the menu and you get good portions thst leave you feeling full. Great spot to take friends and family for a good meal.

Service was pretty good no complaints there, food was fast and pretty good. Portion size isnt the most it's a small bowl but was a great lunch wasn't alot of bang for the buck. But food was delicious, great service and atmosphere was good as well. Would recommend especially on a calorie count. Only issue rice was sticky not fluffy.

My wife and I ordered the spicy chicken bowl and the chicken breast teriyaki bowl; they were delicious. She ordered the yakisoba noodles instead of the rice and I wish I would have done that because it was the perfect mixture. Her chicken was a bit dry but other than that it was great.

Ordered a teriyaki bowl. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered a large bowl. These are very large portions. I barely finished the entire bowl. I could have split this dish for two. Very delicious. 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles with vegetables and teriyaki chicken.

Ummm where’s the mad teriyaki? this was by far the worst. hurt my throat swallowing the dry, overcooked chicken and we literally got 1 tbsp teriyaki for each bowl. pitched it after a few bites. thank goodness i upgraded and paid more for chicken breast. Bye $30.

I think I am addicted to this place. Surely there is a group I can join. Not sure of I want to encourage you too much to visit because the lines will be longer. But they do have quick, friendly service.

Very expensive for the quality. You get quantity but the chicken is hard as a rock. The teriyaki sauce is basically sugar water with a little bit of salt. The spicy chicken is bland and I honestly can't say it's very spicy. They have some new spicy sauce that is supposed to be very spicy but they charge extra for it and it doesn't taste good at all. Steamed veggies are mushy. The noodles are good but that's the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1.

First time here. Ordered a bowl with half fried rice, half noodles, veggies, and teriyaki steak. Everything was seasoned well and flavorful. Even the veggies were good. The meat was thinly sliced and had a ton of teriyaki, which I loved. The staff was pleasant. Service was satisfactory and timely. Bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Eating area was also neat and clean. Didn't wait too long, food was ready in less than 10mins. Overall was a great experience. I will be returning in the future to try the appetizers.

Food was just ok. I think panda is slightly better. They need to clean the tables and chairs though..

Solid place for a quick lunch. Couple bucks higher than like Panda Express, Teriyaki chicken bowl combo like $15 Chicken was tasty, veggies fresh, but the chicken egg roll is awesome, comes with like a ginger dipping sauce. The sauce could be better. Place was clean and well kept, good playlist. I’ll come back in the future

Consistently good, healthy food that is well prepared. Have ordered take out many times and never been disappointed. It's quick, balanced and inexpensive. Can't go wrong here. My preference is the chicken katsu. It's tender, juicy and the portion is more than enough. Try it. You'll be glad you did.
