I had an appointment at 12:30 and arrived on time. 12:50ish I asked the staff whether the doctor was still busy. And the answer is yes. 13:08 I requested that staff help to check with the doctor because it’s been too long a waiting time. 13:10 The staff finally told me the doctor would need another 10-20 minutes. I left. No matter how profesional the doctor is (I wouldn’t know), I think it’s important to respect people’s time and treat each patient with kindness instead of neglect ion.

I had good first time experience with Dr Edwin and today I brought my whole family for our holiday jabs here. He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address our questions and concerns. Dr Edwin was gentle to our kids, making them at ease. We left the clinic feeling confident in the care we received. I had recommended to my colleuges and they too had nothing but good words of Dr Edwin. The staff Jasmine and Bella's was not only friendly but efficient as well. Keep up the good service! 👍👍

You need to be really patient if you wanna visit this clinic. They go by appointment system yet they can still let me wait for more than 30minutes after my appointment time. Suggest you only come if you have ample time to kill. The environment not bad though, nice music and really cold aircon.

One of the better doctors in the neighborhood that’s under my corporate insurance panel. Loved how dr is quick to diagnose, provided me with a good enough medication for me to recover and makes proper suggestions on what in need to do to recover. Only issue is that he’s calendar is usually packed back to back so you need to make an appt (easily done via whatsapp) before coming in. Thank you always for solving my issues / sickness!

Doctor was very knowledgeable about the procedure and made the entire process feel very comfortable and pleasant. As with any surgery, the discomfort is there, but being able to WhatsApp for queries anytime and the detailed instructions given was great! Highly recommend. (:

Dr Edwin is really informative and assuring about the procedure before I decided to undergo it with him. For post op, he went through the recovery procedures thoroughly with assurance and I eventually went back for post review. Highly recommended for anyone who is coming for procedures regarding Men’s health.
