👍 I believe many people would have already tried their food. What is your to go food here? For me, the first thing I got to order as they take forever to come will be the Earl Grey lemon tea. I have no idea why they always take forever every time I visit, but yeah..... Next is ofcos their xiao long...

I believe many people would have already tried their food. What is your to go food here? For me, the first thing I got to order as they take forever to come will be the Earl Grey lemon tea. I have no idea why they always take forever every time I visit, but yeah..... Next is ofcos their xiao long bao. I love their chilli oil, too. Fried rice with pork chop is good as well. The rest are complimentary. If you order the crispy duck roll, eat it ASAP once they arrive. If not, it will not be as delicious to eat them when they cool down. The chilli dumping is also one of my favourites if there aren't too many people around to share the dishes with me.

Had dinner at Din Tai Fung in Parkway Parade. The Xiao Long Bao were a true highlight, offering a perfect balance of delicate skin and flavorful filling. Each bite was a burst of rich and savory goodness. The precision in crafting these soup dumplings was evident, making them a must-try. The fried rice was equally impressive, with a delightful blend of textures and flavors. The grains were perfectly cooked, and the combination of ingredients created a harmonious dish that left me craving for more. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste truly set Din Tai Fung apart. Overall, Din Tai Fung at Parkway Parade exceeded my expectations, delivering a good dining experience. I recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional Taiwanese cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Surprisingly no long queue this evening. Great food as usual. Zha Jiang noodle was of great texture. Crispy golden prawn pancake was not oily.

Cannot compare to the original DTF in Taipei…. The spicy prawn dumpling a fraction of the size in Taipei. And they don’t allow 1/2 servings when I asked if I could have 1/2 red bean and 1/3 taro small dumplings. Also I notice that if you order the 6 XLB basket, you are paying 20% higher for each XLB…. Unlike in Taipei where they divide the price by 1/2 exactly. No choice but still the go to place for XLB in Singapore. Also no free tea or water in SG. No Q at lunch time… in fact 1/2 occupied only.

On of my favorite restaurants and Din Tai Fung branch is in Parkway Parade. Normally the queue is long and we have to wait more than an hour for a seat during peak periods. The original Xiao Long Bao 小笼包 is a must have. Also their popular pork cutlet and Shrimp Friend Rice. I personally like their spicy dumplings.

Food is tasty Service is prompt & polite Ambiance is very noisy tho, difficult to hold a conversation or meal in quiet Lots of clanging plates and shouts from the kitchen

The Fragrant Pork with Crushed Garlic feels like a Peking Duck without the wrap.
