This is my 1st time here and we wanted to try a few burgers. Told the cashier that we are sharing. Hoping that they could help use slice the burgers into 2. Cos the plastic knife is horrible in cutting. They are not willing to do this service for us. Kinda of disappointing. The burgers tastes like just another burgers. The beef pattie is a bit on the salty side. It is juicy but salty. Will I come again? Don't think so. This place is just a one time off. It's doesn't wow me to come back.

Not a fan of the burgers - I had the DCB with onion rings and lemonade set. While the brioche bun is great, the patty feels… artificial? Yes, it is thick, but I’m not sure why texture is rubbery and too chewy. Onion ring portion is little. Price point is around Carls Jr tier.

Food seems overpriced. Patty much smaller compared to proportion of buns. Patty was decently cooked. Burger will filled with thick sauce that makes the experience not so pleasant. Didn’t finish the burger.

Burger patty was juicy and has nice char-grilled tasye to it. Burger buns were soft too. Only the sauce in the burger was quite salty after eating it for a few mouths.

The cheese burger here is pretty good. The buns were soft and buttery. The beef patty was thick and slightly juicy with a somewhat medium rare doneness in my opinion. The burger's assembly was hard to maintain as the ingredients kept slipping out of the buns. Fries were thick, crispy and lightly salted though the taste is average. There isn't much to expect from fries, would be nice if there was some seasoning or sauce other than chilli/tomato to go with the fries. As I went during a weekday, didnt have to wait long for the food. Overall a great place to patronize if you're craving a decent cheese burger at a reasonable price range.

I just tried the ala carts single beef burger and pork burger. Both are quite nice, buns are soft and airy. Patties are juicy but I do wish it is more cheesy and more depth to taste. Ordered chicken wings to go, it was crunchy and tasty too. I left one day for next review if I happen to eat more food

Their staffs are kind. I ordered their NBCB with onion rings meal set. Overall it's 50/50. Burger patty is juicy but too salty. Kinda overpriced. I guess the media overhyped this brand. Taste is no different from any other stores out there.

Ordered both the cheese burger and. Wagyu. the burgers are really good indeed. The wagyu was juicy and tender, and tasty. But all the sides have to be ordered separately. The sitting area should be made cozier rather than being so bare.
