All the staff was amazing. We booked at the last minute because the hotel we originally booked in Columbus messed up. So Comfort Inn hooked us up. Our King Suite was nice, the pool and hot tub was great, they allowed us to have a late check out, and they even have a fresh breakfast bar! If you need a room in Marion I would recommend this hotel.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever rested in. Definitely very friendly and helpful staff even had a night shift front desk woman gave my daughter some Mini M&M and told me how cute she was trying to distract her while I used the vending machines. Swimming pool and Spa was clean and on point. They had special hrs you could call and request to have the pool to u and ur family or significant other was very impressed with this. Water temp was perfect me and my daughter enjoyed our mother daughter day together right here and would recommend it for couples and families with children.

Nice clean room. Beds are very firm bot so easy to sleep on unless you like sleeping on and firm Mattress. Great customer service. They have a pool and are affordable if you are on a tight budget. They have a very convenient crib or pac n play for your little one if you ask.

My toilet was backed up, the refrigerator was off, the A/C was set to 60 degrees and the room was quite frigid, there's no towel rack in the bathroom, and both of the bulbs were out on the desk lamp. The front desk lady did not know where the bulbs were kept. For $150/night, this is a terrible value and I'm not staying at this hotel again.

Soooo, the staff was VERY friendly & accommodating. From the East Asian guy on night crew to the nice ladies on the am shift. HOWEVER, I was traumatized the next morning, when I went down for breakfast and saw not 1, not 2, but 3 bugs! Unfortunately, I cannot rate this place higher than 2 stars. And I'm only giving 2 stars because of the service. But yeah, a rolly polly and a spider as soon as I got onto the elevator to take my food upstairs. THEN, Another spider in my restroom, upon my arrival.... Needless to say, I was absolutely terrified. [And the potatoes were uncooked/semi-frozen]. I can only hope & pray that someone orders carpet service, b/c the carpet probably hasnt been touched in YEEEEEARS. As a traveling healthcare professional, I just could not get comfortable, but hey, I've got patients to see, so, I made the most of it, drank my coffee, and checked out!!! Honestly, I'm just glad I'd packed my lysol & Lysol wipes, as I needed them to "fight" the bugs and my subsequent, accompanying anxiety. MGMT! Please help! This is NOT COOL :/

I almost dont want to share the secret, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this location. check in was quick and easy as I made my reservation a week prior, I was able to hold my room without payment before my arrival. My room was up to date, clean and I felt extremely comfortable. breakfast had plenty of options. Check out was easy as well. Some other plus's are its within walking distance to a lot of stores as well as restaurants. the pool area looked very nice and clean also however there were signs saying it was closed for maintenance. I will definitely be staying here again in my future trips to Marion.

Front desk people are super nice. Room was clean. Beds and pillows super comfortable. AC/heating unit was a bit buggy but it did finally work. Over all a good experience

First off I called a few days before our stay to make sure we were getting the King size bed for both rooms and the girl was very nice and said she put it in the computer. Then I called the morning of to ask if our rooms would be ready by 1pm and not the regular time of check in and the girl was very rude and she didnt know. Then told me to call 1/2 hour before we get there. So I did. The guy I talked to was very nice said yes for sure they will be ready. Well we get here to check in and of course both rooms are NOT ready and wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours. So they gave us 2 double beds for both of our rooms. Then this place does not have an elevator. The dumbest thing is they have the push carts for your luggage and stuff. You cant push that up the stairs. When we checked in both people were very rude! Didnt explain anything while checking in. I would have to say that their pool and hot tub area is very nice! Then idk how much sleep we really got Saturday night because there was some other guest drunk walking up and down the hall knocking on people's doors and yelling so someone called the cops. Beds were extremely hard! Just over all was not very happy or pleased with this place. We will NEVER come back here again!

We were staying there with a group of families for a tournament in town. When we showed up to check in, there was another customer yelling about bedbugs. They were cleaning the room for about three hours once we got there, per another family we were with and bringing out linens in tied garbage bags. Then started on 2nd room. The front desk was no help cancelling our reservation and refused to issue a refund. The main customer service for Choice Hotels was not much help agreed with this hotel. Telling me that basically their revenue was more important then our safety. Since the cancellation for our room was outside the 24 hour time frame. Don't stay here, bed bugs and bad customer service. if I could give no stars I would.

Of our 7 nights at Comfort Inns, this was the smallest room and the most money. Room was clean. Mattress soft, chairs low and bed very high.

Let me just say I don't know where the people that have given this hotel the rave reviews stayed... This was the worst comfort inn, I've ever started at. The person that checked me in was great, that was the only thing good about this stay. The bed was so uncomfortable we ended up only laying down for about 4 hours, the bed was horrible. The couch in the room looked like it should be out by the road for the garbage truck. The floors were filthy, we couldn't walk in the hall without our feet sticking to the floor due to what looked like spilled pop, that was still there when we checked out. Breakfast wasn't good either. Worst hotel I've ever started at.

Dirty place. Staff are very rude room service will be pounding on your door at 8 am to make sure your out by 11am. Called to ask why Betsy the customer service at front desk hung up the phone. Bathroom was Dirty hairs in the tub and sink. You can tell the sheets are old and stained. Don't go if you want a decent place to stay.

Great location, by several restaurants and stores. Clean comfortable and very friendly staff.

This place didn't advertise that they are going thru construction and the ice machine doesn't work or that there is no elevator? Before u book this hotel, make sure you call to find out that it's not what it is!!! I'm a loyal customer to choice hotels and a diamond member and feel I got the bad end of the stick on this choice of hotel!!!! I usually never put a review but feel taken by this particular hotel branch!!!

Rooms were clean, pool/hot tub too! Open until 11p which is nice and they are doing a lot of upgrades right now on the aesthetics. Seems like they are under new ownership and things are improving. Best breakfast options I’ve seen out of many hotels recently, especially for vegetarians. Hot eggs and cheese to make a breakfast sandwich, Oikos Yogurt, pumpkin waffles and fresh donuts, along with the other usual staples.
