Upon pulling into Marion Taco Bell there were two employees sitting at the front doors smoking. To be honest this is distasteful. There are older people who pass by along with kids who have breathing problems and nobody wants to smell it nor smell like it when passing by to go in your place to eat. We walked in an they still sat out there smoking until their cigarette was done an then finally came in to wait on us. Neither one of them washed their hands upon trying to take our order until I ask them if they were going to. And then they did an was rude about it. Would not recommend this place to anyone we ended up walking out an leaving.

Food was very good. Always enjoy the Dorrito Tacos. The service was excellent. The young girl was very helpful. The Tacos just don't have very much meet anymore.

I was satisfied with the service that I received here. They got my order correct, the cashier at the drive thru made eye contact and spoke to me, counted my money and gave it to me.... then said thank you have a good day, instead of here ya go lol. I give that 5 star fast food service.

No longer have the double decker taco! I'd recommend people go across town to Taco John's where they have the Taco Bravo, which is better anyway.

My meat taste old and my food was cold and the so what called "manger" argue with me and was very disrespectful and hung up! After I called to explain what was wrong with my order.

The drive thru worker was extremely rude. She lied about many options on the menu. I actually called right after pulling out of the drive thru and spoke with a manager about it (she was "on break" when I asked to speak with her while waiting at the window) because I knew she was lying.

I stopped in early Tuesday for some breakfast. Everything was made quickly and even though there was a mistake they were quick to fix it. They could turn on the radio to make it less quiet in the dine in area.

Tacos are iffy...some days ok, sometimes forget ingredients. The KFC part often does not have the chicken pot pie

We just left the one in Marion by Sonic. The blonde lady at the drive thru window was rude. Very abrubt. Just not a really nice experience at all.

Food was so arriving but tasted pretty good when I finally got it. Plenty of seating. Lots of parking.

As a truck driver most places understand you can't take a semi through the drive through so I walked up to the window at 11 pm told me they don't do walk ups and explained what I drove still didn't wanna serve me for security reasons when he had the window already open won't come back

If I could rate this store a negative I would. I'm a pretty fair reviewer, but I will never patron this facility again. I ordered a burrito Supreme, 5 beefy crunch burritos, 3 spicy potato tacos, and a freeze. It took at least 20 mins to order because the guy behind the counter kept messing the order up (putting things on i didnt want). That's OK, people mess up. I pay and realize he charged me for 5 freezes. I go up to the counter, a lady is dealing with a separate messed up order...but gives me back the money for the ones I did not purchase..Ok, it's fine. I get the food and check it to make sure it's right. The Burrito Supreme is wrong...the burrito this guy made me is just refried beans and onions...this is an expensive burrito my son wanted, so I take it back and ask them to remake it for what I actually purchased..this is where it really goes downhill. The same guy makes the food, and he hands me what's is supposed to be a burrito supreme, but it's a taco supreme. Mind you, a taco Supreme 2.69 and a burrito supreme is 5.49. I am at the counter and I'm nice about it. He says "what did I mess up this time" . I say this is a taco supreme and I ordered a burrito supreme..This guy tells me with that a taco supreme is the same a burrito supreme, all I need to do was twist it, very rudely. Obviously a taco and a burrito are different. If I'm paying almost 6$ I do not want the $2 item because you are too incompetent to fix it. He walks off and a much nicer guy helps me get the proper burrito. Other patrons noticed the behavior and said that this is a regular occurrence at this taco bell. This behavior will ruin this taco bell. Save yourself the headache and go to the other one in town or somewhere else.

Whoever is working the window on Thursday February 2, 2023 at 6:45 pm does an excellent job. Very friendly and very prompt.

It would be nice if you got what you paid extra for barely and meat on tacos but a whole head of lettuce

Potatoes with nacho cheese and sour cream are good. Used to love the Meximelt. Best thing there... but they took it off the menu.

Came through 2/23/23 at around 230pm. Ordered 2 beef chalupas supremes. Window guy was great. The unhygienic-looking Caucasian guy that handed him my food from the back was not. The chalupa shells were hard as a rock. Not only does he need soap and water, but he needs retrained. He can't even do Taco Bell right. This is the product of dropping out of 6th grade, folks. Please keep your children in school.

Pretty nice. I'm usually not a big fan of taco bell, but the place is clean. The service is quick. And you have to try the brisk dragon blast yea stuff. It's good.

I went to door - there sat in line for like an hour and then drive-through because the doors were closed once after hours and Carbondale one that it was that 1 was spread out of gas I mean they will let me walk up the window grab to the water and leave cause I didn't have to pay for it and it was doordash wood but they maybe sent in line all of them till I got to the window that's bad service my opinion

Best service at a taco bell in a long time. Which is ironic because when we got there we were greeted immediately by John who offered suggestions and told us about new products. He said it would be a few minutes but after about 8-10 minutes we were afraid they’d forgotten us. About that time John came and checked on us. Apologized when he realized we hadnt yet gotten our food. Gave us a couple coupns and a couple mins later the food came out. It was longer than anticipated but the fact that John was so courteous and followed up when he suspected there was a problem was on target for great setvice. Unfortunately we didnt get the other guys name but the guy who brought us our food took ownership too. He politely offered a quick apology and said he thought our order had been made. Our society doesnt do this enough anymore. We didnt make a big production out of it and they took responsibility and made it right! A great team. Would return there just to support this team!

Ordered door dash at 11 got the deluxe craving box and a Crunchwrap when delivered I didn’t get the chalupa and drink was just carbonations this is not acceptable and request a explanation.

As far as the taco bells I'm used to, this was quick, accurate, well staffed, friendly, and my food wasn't stopped together haphazardly. Right on!
