I
would
have
given
CVS
pharmacy
a
5
star
review.
I
don't
even
know
what
happened.
They
used
to
be
very
friendly
and
professional.
I
know
everyone
is
stressed
and
pharmacy
personnel
have
increased
responsibilities
due
to
COVID,
but
this
is
unreasonable.
Every
time
I
have
needed
a
medication
for
weeks,
it
has
said
"in
process"
on
the
app
for
hours
or
even
days
and
I
have
to
call
to
get
it
filled.
I
have
been
lied
to
several
times
recently
by
staff.
Today,
it
was
over
a
medication
that
was
needed
by
a
family
member
today
and
I
was
told
it
was
"being
counted
and
would
be
ready
in
less
than
1
hour".
My
husband
went
to
pick
it
up
an
hour
and
15
min
later
and
it
hadn't
been
started.
We
are
required
by
our
insurance
to
get
our
medications
at
this
pharmacy
or
we
would
be
taking
our
business
elsewhere.
We
may
anyway
and
just
pay
higher
co-pays.
I
can't
stand
being
lied
to
by
people
in
health
care.
