    I have been with CVS for 20 years and had to get away from there. The Pharmacy manager Zack is very rude. AND very unprofessional. The way he spoke to me and threatened me with calling my Dr and having a quote discussion about me cause I was upset it took them 3 days to refill my pain meds and I suffer from Fibromyalgia and RA. I'm not an addict I suffer in pain 16 hrs out of the day. I hope the best for them. But when you go as far as he did he lucky I didn't call corporate on him.

    1 year ago I would have given CVS pharmacy a 5 star review. I don't even know what happened. They used to be very friendly and professional. I know everyone is stressed and pharmacy personnel have increased responsibilities due to COVID, but this is unreasonable. Every time I have needed a medication for weeks, it has said "in process" on the app for hours or even days and I have to call to get it filled. I have been lied to several times recently by staff. Today, it was over a medication that was needed by a family member today and I was told it was "being counted and would be ready in less than 1 hour". My husband went to pick it up an hour and 15 min later and it hadn't been started. We are required by our insurance to get our medications at this pharmacy or we would be taking our business elsewhere. We may anyway and just pay higher co-pays. I can't stand being lied to by people in health care.

    Customer service in the pharmacy is not good. I realize pharmacies are busy and my husband and son have both worked for CVS so I know the pressure can be high in the pharmacy but the staff is just downright rude. It took 2 weeks for a prescription to be filled and I still had to wait 20 minutes while they “expedited” the fill!! They used to be great but they are forcing me to look at alternatives!

    Took 20 minutes on one car to get their meds. They should have sent them back around if they didn't have their needs ready for them.

    I really do like this pharmacy. The staff is helpful and nice. They are very busy here. People have some respect they are going as fast as they can :). Be kind! FYI if you need to update your insurance you have to do it inside so do not go through the drive through.

    Well I’m not ashamed that I am 6 years clean and I just had the 8am pharmacist send me back out the doors refusing to fill my prescription as a cash pay because I am on Subutex!!!! It was an insurance switch I did not know that they didn’t take my new insurance so I asked to pay cash!!!!! And she refused to let me pay for my own prescription and also refused me Narcan……. I only asked for it to see if it was me and the type of medication and she also refused to sell me Narcan!!!! Now if I went out and made a bad decision I would not be here instead I called my doctor explaining my insurance switched over and I needed him to send a new prescription!!!! Blonde hair too much makeup 💄 and stuck up young Girl doesn’t care for ex Opiate addicts because she obviously carries a personal grudge!!!! Her job is to make sure that patients get their medications Not Judge Them!!!! I left very upset but I quickly had the prescription filled shortly after!! No thanks to her!!!

    I’m only giving this place 1 star because 0 is not an option. The customer service here is terrible. I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to be told I would have to come inside. I told the gentleman at the window that that was ridiculous but I went inside. After waiting another 20 minutes the pharmacist refused to fill my prescriptions because I was disrespectful to the gentleman at the window. How is saying that the wait is ridiculous disrespectful? I will never fill anything at that pharmacy. CVS you need to do better!!!!

    Absolutely the worst. For years we have wanted to leave CVS because of how bad the Marion location is but both of our insurances are through Caremark so we don’t have a choice. The rudeness, lack of care and down right horrible service would make anyone not want to go back. Not just once or twice but over and over for many years. We were told before that the pharmacy doesn’t even have a manger or someone in charge to talk to. Which ever pharmacist is on is in charge. This makes it very hard to follow up on issues.

    I wouldn't even rate them a one star it would be a -10 due to the rude employee's. Just in 3 days I have called customer service in the pharmacy.the sad thing is I have gone there for over 30 years yet I will be going elsewhere do to there belittling and rudeness

    I was in the store today to pick up some prescriptions 12/20/23 . A pharmacy staff member was very rude to me and then refused to wait on me . The pharmacist then came over and told me to “ not look at her that way” when I wasn’t even looking at anyone . Meanwhile I can hear the pharmacy staff member in opening talking about me in the background where I can hear her . I’m a healthcare provider as well as a ex pharmacy technician and have NEVER been treated this way . I have been going to CVS for years because my insurance company recommended them . Hah ! I will not ever come back here .
