I think it is one of the best broasted restaurants. In terms of quality, flavor, cleanliness of food and place. But I think we should focus on training employees on how to deal with customers. For example, today a man make an order and there was a shortage of orders. when he receive it. And when he alerted the employees to this mistake, they dealt with the matter indifferently, so that they did not apologize for that mistake and only modified it. Before that, I asked twice about my order and she told me that it was not ready yet, knowing that it was on the table, and when I asked another employee, he looked at the bags and said that my order was here and ready for a while. I wish more attention from the staff . The experience again.(Thursday 10/26/2023).. Today I visited and the staff there was very good. They were friendly. I loved the experience, the place and the food. It was of high quality, as is usual for them, so I wanted to re-evaluate it.

I'd been a Kfc customer since 1978. I've made the switch for obvious reasons. The customer service, especially at the Marj Alhamam location (The manager in general and the cashier in particular) is pretty bad. The cashier was disrespectful and aggressive. The manager was ill-informed and unprofessional. There were several other negative issues. There's definitely a room for improvement.

Food: great food I think it's one of the best fried chicken in Jordan. Service: great time came in 15 mins after I ordered. Atmosphere: can't say anything about it because I got delivery.

Crispy Chicken is amazing! The crunchy chicken is so good, and they have lots of choices. The people there are really nice too. Great place for chicken fans!

Ordered spicy chicken strips meal…it was perfect Excellent temperature, crunch, spiciness level, and taste! The fries, toum and coleslaw were lovely as well. The prices are very budget friendly. To be honest I was skeptical about this branch but I think I will be coming here more often!

Very good but fix the menu Plz because why cant i order a meal with chicken tenders that are more than 5 but not 20 pieces

Their spicy chicken is way too spicy and their not spicy chicken is bland. They are very stingy with their fries and lately their pieces' sizes are ridiculously small. They refuse to exchange pieces even if you paid for it.

The place is nice and cozy The staff very nice The chicken is crispy and fresh Coleslaw is very good Just the restaurant need a spray of air freshner every now and then Location is also convenient The outside seating is good for summer evening and winter afternoons. We took a group there on a busy Friday afternoon and there were a lot of people there still the service was top and the staff very attentive and helpful.
