No attention and ignorant attitude towards patients ! Didn’t see the doctor in the end, because no clear information ( wait 2 patients, ..wait 30 minutes, ..we don’t know, you have to wait...bla bla bla) and total ignorance that I got anxious and decided to leave. Lost in vain time and patience.

Also ich verstehe das Schwangere Vorrang haben aber ich finde es frech, trozdem eine Wartezeit von über 40 Minuten einem anzutun. War wegen einer Krebsvorsorge da. Außerdem sind die Arzthelferinnen sehr launisch und ich hab das Gefühl, nur als Schwangere hier willkommen zu sein.

Ich bin aufgrund von Kinderwunsch zu Dr. Wogatzki in die Praxis gegangen. Ich war zunächst sehr zufrieden, noch immer halte ich den Herrn Doktor für fachlich sehr gut. Seit kurzen und insbesondere seit Einsetzten der Schwangerschaft bin ich aber von den Arzthelferinnen und Hebamme sowie der Praxisorganisation sehr enttäuscht. Manchmal weiss die eine nicht was die andere tut. Es herrscht ein angespanntes Klima der Überforderung. Schnippische Antworten auf Fragen sind schon fast Standard. Als Erstschwangere wurde ich nicht ausreichend abgeholt. Warum was passiert ist nicht transparent. Will man relevante Informationen, beispielsweise zum Testergebnis der Immunität (von der wichtige Entscheidungen abhängen), muss man schon eigenaktiv mehrmals nachhaken. Don't get me started on the waiting time . Even if its for a Recept, count minimum of 45 minutes to stand outside. I mean, OUTSIDE, OUTSIDE THE PRAXIS. There are no chairs. So better sit on the floor. I am sorry to say ,but you guys have made all my appointments terrible. Even today when I came for the Recept I had to wait long enough carrying my baby outside the praxis. Your bloody phone doesn't ring to call you for an appointment. I have been waiting to get through since 4 weeks and that's when I decided to come there directly to ask whether you changed your damm number. And so unfriendly, rude and incompetent staffs, I should say. Those staffs are the biggest problem of ur praxis. You make the face of the praxis ther only ,very clearly. You should be ashamed of yourself making me write it as a public post. (Lab tech lady excluded. She is the only nice person in the praxis). Don't fall for the expensive extra unnecessar tests too. Dr.wogaskzy is very money oriented. He will make statements like "I would have done this test, If I were you" kindof .

Super unfreundliches Empfangs Personal. Das zieht die sehr guten Ärzte leider in den Hintergrund, der Besuch macht mir keine Freude.

Waren bei beiden Schwangerschaften dort die Mitarbeiterinnen dort sind extrem Launisch und oft sehr unfreundlich meine Frau spricht wenig deutsch und ständig sagen sie zu ihr sie soll doch bitte deutsch lernen also finde ich sehr unpassend mittlerweile sehen wir uns nach einem anderen Artzt um weil meine Frau sich gar nicht mehr dort wohl fühlt.

Ich war heute das 2. Mal zur krebsvorsorge dort und kann nur Positives sagen. Keinerlei Wartezeit, kompetentes Personal. Frau Dr. Müller ist sehr freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit und arbeitet sehr sorgfältig! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich habe vor 5 Monaten zwei Termine am selben Tag absolviert, eines beim Gynäkologen, das andere beim Endokrinologen, am Ende gab es nur ein Termin, weil sie mir im zweiten Termin einfach gesagt haben: „Wir haben keine Zeit.“ Ärzte haben keine Lust, Sie zu untersuchen, sie haben keine Lust, Ihnen zuzuhören. Der Service in dieser Klinik ist schrecklich.

Katastrophe unter aller Sau !! So unfreundlich verständnislos die an der Information, alt weise kurze Haare, Welch eine Frechheit ich als Mann soll draußen warten meine Frau kann sich nicht genug ausdrücken, aber andere Männer sitzen drinnen und warten diese Doppelmoral zum Kotzen üblichen Vorurteile !!!!
