This was our first experience with Pearle Vision (Welland) and it was honestly the BEST customer service anyone could ask for! We dealt strictly with Constance who went above and beyond from the minute my husband and I stepped foot in the door. Constance listened and answered our questions and advised all options I had for my new prescription glasses. She explained in detail the GREAT offers and promotions Pearle Vision had so that I could decide what was best for my purchase. Constance helped pick out frames to try on and was honest at advising how each set of frames looked on me specifically, so that I could find the perfect ones! (and I tried on quite a variety!) She made it the most pleasurable visit! Constance then gave us her availability the next few days so that my son could visit her for his purchase as well. His visit was just as positive and he also felt like Constance went above and beyond. I would recommend Pearle Vision for anyone needing to purchase glasses! This was the best experience I have ever had after many years of wearing glasses. The store had more than enough choices of frames. Gillian helped me narrow down the selection and was so patient when I tried lots of options. She helped with suggestions about what would suit my face and what colours would look best. The prices were much better than what I have paid in the past, so I am extremely pleased. Just wish I had gone there before. Will be from now on. Would highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for new glasses.

Best experience ever , it’s not the first time we had glasses made . We know the drill and it can get quite stressful especially in covid times with all the new rules and regulations. I have found glasses every time I have ever visited Pearle Vision. They have a huge selection. The staff are amazing. So helpful and they make you feel so comfortable. Purchasing glasses can be very stressful but they really help to ease that stress.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. The sales associate was incredibly patient , helpful and friendly. The selection for frames was astounding and I received 2 pairs of glasses at the same cost as my last pair ( different optical store) .

We came in this morning to purchase lenses for my wife's glasses Constance was on her own working with 4 customers at the same time she handled it excellently and professionally. Despite people's lack of respect and impatience she handled it with eloquence.

Helpful friendly staff. First time purchasing prescription Eyewear. Large selection. Prices as quoted and 30 day trial period was great as I did change my mind. 'Exchange' process was easy and quick. Overall a great experience. I mainly dealt with Gillian, bit all staff were great.

Thank you Simran and Pearle Vision for the great experience . She was patient and explained our options. I also have a cataract in my left eye. So when we fitted the glasses the left eye was blurry. She assured me they would be fine Once I got use to them. And she was right. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction.

Gillian came highly recommended by my partner. We went into the store and even though she was technically was off shift she helped show frames and answer all questions. Brought my senior parents here to upgrade their eyeglasses... Gillian was a delight to work with. She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the products, warm, and welcoming. It's safe to say that her customer service was impeccable and made our days, especially my parents'. So impeccable that I came back a few days later with my hubby and we upgraded ours too. Her exceptional service truly shines through consistency. We also had Simran and Constance assist with taking our measurements and they too were amazing!
