👍👍 I was there today for bloodwork and an ECG. I’m not sure why there are so many horrible reviews here. The staff was professional and efficient. They were working as fast as possible to attend to everyone. I had forgotten my requisition at home and they were nice enough to allow me to keep my appoint... I was there today for bloodwork and an ECG. I’m not sure why there are so many horrible reviews here. The staff was professional and efficient. They were working as fast as possible to attend to everyone. I had forgotten my requisition at home and they were nice enough to allow me to keep my appointment time while my doctor faxed them another requisition. It was a full waiting room and I was seen in a timely manner. Also - my blood was drawn painlessly. I usually have a hard time with this. People really need to mind their manners. This is not a restaurant or hotel that you are walking into demanding service at the exact time of your reservation. It’s a medical facility. And everyone that worked there was doing their best.

Wish I read the reviews before making an appointment. Also the worst Lifelabs I’ve been to. Took almost an hour after my scheduled (pre-booked) appointment time to take me in. Was told 2 of my requested tests “were speciality and not available at most locations”. They could not find a vein and the process was painful (This is not usually the case for me). I informed them I have an appointment scheduled 40 minutes after my booked time and they still couldn’t get me in, making me late for the rest of my day. I went minutes down the street to complete the 2 specialty tests and was told all life labs perform these test and had no issues. Go to the Leslie street location instead. They’re lovely.

The worst lifelabs I've been to. I scheduled an appointment to save time as I've seen how it works on other locations. I was there at 2:50 pm my appointment was for 3:05 one of the staff checked me in by 3:04 I ended up getting my blood work done at 3:35. Once the gentleman stepped outside, the receptionist called the next person to the room I was in and I hadn't even left. They need to be trained on how the scheduling system works because the screen in their is as useless as the receptionist in the front desk. Never going back.

Expect to wait even though you schedule an appointment. Also, expect the lady at the front desk to be rude: doesn’t acknowledge you when you step inside, and when you don’t go up right at the moment she calls; she’s saying “helloo??” Um, excuse you?! I see why there’s availability here more than other clinics. Won’t come back here.

The receptionist definitely needs a lot of training for customer service and multi-tasking skills. People are lining up for either their appointments or walk-ins. Many patients are standing in the tiny room space and waiting for her to check them in. The receptionist just focusing on her own things very very slowly… talking to her colleagues, talking over the phone…. Just never look at the patient and never calls people to check in. My appointment was delayed over 40 mins…. I know someone is waiting even longer than me. Not sure what is the purpose for appointment booking then…

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I booked a time online, got there 5 minutes before. Waited a couple min, they called my name. Was out in about 15-20min. Staff were polite. Asked me basic questions.

I had a positive experience. I'm not sure why people need to bash so harshly for things like wait times and understand thats Healthcare right now. I think they do care and they were polite to me.

Worst experience ever! Do not come to this location unless you want to do the same test twice!! They took my blood sample and my family doctor never got the report, he even contacted public health and they said they have no record of my test after 1.5 weeks! When I went back to ask, the lady at the reception just told me it would take 2 weeks to get the result without even checking the record, so I waited and now it's 2.5 weeks and my doctor still hasn't received the report. This is beyond ridiculous!!! Now I have no idea where my blood sample went and I will not go back to this location ever again! Stay away from them!!!

Find a different lab. The receptionist is rude and needs to figure out customer service, and the tech who drew my blood is a butcher. They won't tell you that you needed to complete other tests too until you're there and don't have an hour plus to wait around. I am not from this town, drove half an hour for blood work. To have a tech raise her voice at me when I told her she is hurting me. but apparently that was my fault. She also tried to say i was refusing the testing, which is NOT true, arguing with me for 5 minutes saying i am refusing...Will not be returning.

My recent visit was extremely disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the receptionist was rude and treated us like walk-in patients. The lack of professionalism and disrespect shown towards us was disheartening. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service quality in the future.

Rude reception, no sense of time or consideration for those with appointments. Very slow. Had to leave because I couldn’t wait an hour past my appointment time to have my blood taken. I was also given someone else’s health card in return… Do better.

If I can give this place a negative star I would. Incompetent staff members. I been coming to this location for a very long time. Have to wait forever even though at time there isn't much people waiting. One particular attendant, she's tan skin, probably middle eastern or persian. (Not racial profiling/being racist). Just a description of the employee. All others have given me no problem, today or in the past. This attendant is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I am nurse myself. Therefore, if your service towards public or patients isn't your thing, don't chose such career. A certification cannot be just the qualitification to be hired. Especially, this person. Today, had an appointment at 10am. Arrived at 0841. I never done any trouble in the past with this clinic or any other local Lifelabs whenever I arrive early. I sometimes come straight from night shift. Had no issue. This receptionist would not even register me until my appointment time. I have not heard any new policy against it. I always called on my way here to assure I can come early, and to assure there isnt a long wait time. And let me emphasize, there was 3 other people ahead of me right before I arrived. Reading other review to this location stating the something about possibly the staff member should be considered for Employee Appraisal, or least inform them of such reviews. This place is a $h!t show. I wouldn't recommend any one to come here. There is 2 other locations nearby. Go there, better for your own sanity.

I guess I should have read the reviews before booking. Only 2 staff, who took turns registering patients, so no comment on receptionist, however had to wait 45 mins past my apt time. Seems like a third staff is required so that 2 staff can be drawing blood and 1 dealing with incoming patients and the paperwork. Why book apts if you don't have the staff to support!

I booked my bloodwork appointment online the night before, thinking it would get me in and out on time. I still had to wait 15 minutes. This location has pay parking and most service providers here will give a parking token. Lifelabs, however, does not. I will not return to this location. EVER.

BEWARE! Stay away from here at all costs! I would give a 0 if I could. First of all, the receptionist embodies all the character traits of a villain. Secondly, the actual person who drew blood from me, was awful! It felt as though I was being stabbed with a dull blade and now I am in immense pain. I’ve had blood drawn thousands of times due to multiple pregnancy and this was the worst time in my entire existence. I wouldn’t be surprised if my wound where he drew blood turns into an infection.

I went here by mistake but they still took me on as a walk-in client. Double-check the address in your booking, because I booked at the Lifelabs on 679 Davis which is very close to this one. The blood-letting process was relatively efficient and painless for me. I would still highly recommend booking in advance, and to take a full day off or half-day from work (if possible) to allow for travel and wait time.

to use the parking, you have to buy a token from the pharmacy, but they would only sell you the token if you buy something from them for $15. awful experience. very inconvenient. there was no sign mentioning this at the entrance to the parking. awful building management.

Worst centre ever! I came 3 days consequently and all 3 days they have been running late atleast 1-2 hours! They gave same reasons everyday! “Short staffed”! This place has no sense of maintaining appointments! Its useless to book appointment for this location. Because its never on time!
