Dr. Malhorta in the Orangeville Myhealth and the clinic team saved my life, literally. I was in the middle of a stress test at Myhealth, when they stopped the test and Dr. Malhorta asked me to go immediately to the hospital on an urgent basis. He insisted I couldn't drive and insisted an ambulance be called. The doctors at the very fine Cariology department in Newmarket said this may have saved my life. I had an urgent quadruple bypass immediately. Thank you Dr. Malhorta for saving my life and your ongoing excellent care. And many thanks to the clinical team and technicians at the Orangeville MyHealth. They also went above and beyond and waited after clinic hours for the ambulance to arrive to make sure I was okay — and they strongly recommended to the ambulance team that I be taken straight to Cardiology in Newmarket. A very caring and expert team!

I could not have been better treated for my tests! All Office staff and technicians were extremely courteous, informative, and professional! A wonderful job here; for experiences that could have very easily been stressful and anxious, this clinic makes you feel at ease and welcome.

I found everyone to be helpful and kind from reception to technician. My only problem with the clinic is trying to find out if the test has been completed and if there is any concerns. I don’t expect to be given the results just to be notified they have been released

I recently saw Dr. Vikrum Malhotra at the Orangeville MyHealth Centre location and was blown away by his kindness and professionalism. From the moment I walked into the office the entire staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Malhotra took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my condition in a way that was easy for me to understand. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire appointment and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Malhotra to anyone in need of a top-notch cardiologist, he truly deserves a 5-star rating for his exceptional care and commitment to his patients.

My technician was very kind and considerate. The office was pleasant and well organized.

My wife and I have been several times recently at the Clinic for our heart checking and also blood pressure in my particular case. The attention provided by all the ladies technicians can be summarized as excellent; humanly and professionally. We also met Dr. Malhotra who treated us very respectfully and very approachable in addition to his professional advice. The front desk staff make a bit of negative impression on the other hand. They could be somewhat more polite, more amicable to the patients. But they do a good job with the appointments reminders by phone calls indeed. Keep it up. Thank you, sincerely to all.

The staff are friendly and efficient. They explain your procedures step by step and answer your questions. This is a very well run clinic.

The staff at this clinic are so nice and caring. I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. From the front of the office to the back, everyone is wonderful! I had a great experience there and it’s so nice being around such great people. Everything was explained to me in terms I can understand and during my appointment, the same thing was done by the doctor and student. I was asked if it was okay to have the student there to help and work which of course I said yes because they have to learn some how! She was really great and I can tell she’s going to be great! I knew what was going on and about to happen. They were compassionate and considerate of my conditions. The Orangeville Clinic is amazing!

This location is very organized. I have visited for multiple appointments, and it has always been a great experience. Never long wait times, and the staff are all very professional and friendly.
