I highly recommend Trailside Eye Care! Eva made me feel very welcomed and Dr. Elder is very thorough in her exam. I appreciate their quick response and going above and beyond. Eva tightened and cleaned my glasses for me- which was so much appreciated! Dr. Elder is a great listener and provided explanation of my eye health and vision. The office is very clean and inviting with a great aesthetic!

I recently visited Trailside Eye Care and had a very informative, efficient, pleasant appointment. I was very impressed with Dr Elders base knowledge and in addition to that was her knowledge about the current technology that is available. Greeted right away, no waiting. The lady that did the initial tests, and helped me with my frames was wonderful. The optometrist was excellent and effective. Even showed me my eyes on the computer and reassured me. Even a free parking pass. Overall, wonderful.

Eva was a very friendly receptionist and optometrist assistant! Both Dr. Elder and Eva made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my examination. I tend to be very nervous in these situations but felt just fine today. Dr. Elder is a very competent doctor and covered all the bases with my eye exam. Dr. Elder is a wonderful optometrist. She was so helpful when I needed conflicting prescriptions figured out from a mix-up at a clinic I had previously visited. She was also FANTASTIC with my son, who saw her for his very first eye check-up, making sure he was at ease while providing a thorough assessment. I absolutely recommend visiting Trailside Eye Care.

My visit to Trailside Eye Care was extremely positive from start to finish. The staff completing the booking and greeting in office are lovely and accomodating. Dr. Elder completed an eye exam for myself and my 6 month old in one session. She was wonderful with my daughter and took the time to explain what each test was measuring. The exams were very efficient and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Elder for patients of all ages!

Dr. Marian was very friendly and thorough with my exam. She took her time, asked me helpful questions and made sure I was well informed before leaving. The receptionist Eva was also lovely, very helpful and friendly. She helped me pick a perfect pair of glasses, fitted my head for them and helped me with my insurance information while paying. I’m so happy to have found a new eye doctor in Fergus with such a powerful female staff!

Fantastic experience, as usual, with Dr Elder and the staff. Dr Elder is great with all ages- she engages my young kids, explaining what she’s doing and how to take care of their eyes.
