I
heard
about
body
engineers
from
a
friend
and
decided
to
give
the
place
a
try.
I
signed
up
for
6
months
of
training
which
is
coming
up
for
renewal
this
month
and
I
wanted
to
share
my
thoughts.
If
you
are
a
new
age
"I
can't
focus
for
more
than
6
seconds"
person,
here
is
my
TL;DR
friendly
review
-
Gym
is
FIRE.
Hell
yeah
imma
renew
my
training.
If
you
are
in
the
junction
neighborhood
and
need
a
QUALITY
bit
of
workout...
you
want
to
go
to
BE.
(I
tried
being
young
-
#FAIL)
If
you
don't
mind
reading
and
are
currently
researching
gyms,
These
are
my
observations
and
experiences
at
BE.
Gym
overall:
The
gym
is
organized,
clean
and
stacked
with
well
maintained
equipment.
The
gym
has
2
floors
with
floor
space
that
allows
5
to
6
people
to
work
out
comfortably
on
each
floor
plus
a
trainer.
They
have
an
in-body
scale
to
scan
your
body
and
track
your
progress.
The
bathrooms
are
spotless.
I
might
steal
their
kettle
from
the
kitchen
:D
John
Murphy,
the
owner
of
the
establishment,
gave
me
the
tour
of
the
gym,
sat
down
with
me
for
my
initial
(free)
consultation
and
went
over
my
goals
&
targets
before
recommending
a
trainer
(I
believe
there
were
7
trainers
when
i
started
now
9)
who
would
best
fit
my
requirements.
Workout
classes:
I
signed
up
for
the
Partner
training
(2
trained
by
1)
with
my
girlfriend
and
we
absolutely
love
the
experience.
The
trainer
makes
sure
that
the
workouts
are
catered
to
each
of
our
goals.
BE
also
provides
Personal
training
and
Group
classes
(upto
6
trained
by
1).
Additionally,
BE
runs
a
free
football
(soccer,
for
you
NAsties)
games
in
the
summer
for
all
its
patrons
(which
I
signed
up
for
thru
the
app)
and
a
community
running
group
who
meet
on
Wednesdays
and
Sundays
for
a
run
around
the
Junction
neighborhood
(which
my
girlfriend
signed
up
for).
Trainer
(Emanuel):
I
was
recovering
from
a
major
car
crash
and
hadn't
walked
into
a
gym
in
5
years.
I
chose
the
personal
training
option
and
signed
up
with
Emanuel.
He
came
up
with
a
workout
plan
and
nutrition
plan
that
has
been
insanely
effective.
His
workout
plan
ensured
that
my
injuries
didn't
start
acting
up
and
if
it
did,
he
immediately
had
recovery
options.
Emanuel
is
a
gym
gem...
If
you
get
a
chance
to
work
out
with
him
TREASURE
THE
EXPERIENCE.
I
also
had
the
chance
to
interact
with
other
trainers
at
the
gym
over
the
past
6
months
like
John,
Riley,
James,
Emma
and
David
who
were
all
very
knowledgeable
people
and
a
delight
to
have
a
conversation
with.
You
are
always
in
safe
hands
with
the
trainers
at
BE.
Community
and
Other
Activities
I
had
a
chance
to
interact
with
a
lot
of
other
patrons
of
BE
and
they
are
all
such
wonderful
people
from
different
backgrounds.
Considering
most
people
who
come
to
BE
are
from
the
Junction
neighborhood,
we
run
into
them
on
the
street
all
the
time
and
have
fun
conversations.
BE
promotes
a
community
running
group
and
football
games
in
the
summer.
They
also
run
challenges
at
the
gym
which
everyone
can
participate
(free)
and
compete
like
the
BE
Transformed
challenge
that
i
took
part
in.
This
was
a
3-month
transformation
challenge
for
the
BE
community
where
20
people
participated.
Winning
the
challenge
aside,
what
made
me
insanely
glad
that
I
took
part
was
the
support
and
accountability
the
BE
community
took
to
keep
each
other
in
check
during
the
3
months.
I
am
glad
I
met
these
people
at
the
gym.
Apps:
The
gym
uses
BE
Optimized
(owned)
to
help
with
the
bookings
and
scheduling
for
customers.
I
found
the
app
extremely
easy
to
use
because
of
its
K.I.S.S.
(Keep
It
Simple
Stupid)
design.
Signing
up
for
not
only
the
classes,
but
also
their
other
community
workout
activities
was
very
straightforward.
Apart
from
BE
Optimized,
I
recommend
you
guys
also
download
the
InBody
app
and
the
ABC
Trainerize
app
to
help
keep
track
of
progress
and
training.
In
conclusion,
BE
gets
5
stars
from
me
-
a
true
All-Rounder.
