Super impressed by the service. First found this place as I needed to have my son checked urgently as he was hit by a ball and was experiencing blurred vision 24 hours later. In addition to that they were so amazing with him and due to their professionalism. Since then, the entire family has come over to them. They are quick, efficient and professional. They have great hours which helps as we are a very busy family. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I really like this optometrist, they are very thorough and get you in for an appointment fast. That's so important for me as my job involves a lot of driving. The staff are great, maybe some could use a little training with conflict resolution. But this a minor issue. I noticed that they always respond to every review good or bad, this professionalism and integrity. Thank you all for your care.

The staff here are so wonderful. Sherry was welcoming and helpful when I brought my 2 young children (5 & 6yrs old) for their eye exams. The office is conveniently located inside the Pickering Town Center and is comfortable and clean. Thank you Dr. Lin for doing such a thorough job and explaining each step. Showed up for my daughter's appointment to find out it was cancelled without any notification. Provided and showed the time I was called and returned the call to confim the appointment. Recommend booking someplace else with more reliable people and systems.

In the morning of Thursday, August 18, 2022, the skin/muscle around my right eye was all red and swollen without any obvious reason. I could hardly open it. While I couldn't contact my family doctor, I walked in the Pickering Town Centre Optometric Clinic on Monday, August 22, in the afternoon to try my luck and I found it there. I was received by a friendly adviser, Elizabeth, at the reception with great concern. She squeezed me in their busy schedule to see Dr. Santye Chen. Thanks to Dr. Chen for taking me in right away, he checked both of my eyes and found nothing wrong with them. He determined it was only a skin problem around my right eye. He gave me an ointment to treat the red swelling and arranged a secondary examination with Dr. Kiruthika Nagendran on Thursday, August 25. On the very next day the swelling began to recede. By the time I saw Dr. Nagendran, it was greatly reduced. Also thanks to Dr. Nagendran for examining my eyes once again thoroughly and advising me on how to taper off the treatment set by Dr. Chen. She also advised me on treating my other problem with tearing eyes. By Saturday, August 27, the swelling around my right eye disappeared and now I am fully recovered.

The process was seamless and the staff was excellent! Sherry and Elizabeth were very nice and accommodating (despite the fact that it’s been a long day already). Doctor Pelia was also very kind, knowledgeable, and clear when explaining my eye health.

Friendly, experienced staff. Very helpful answering all questions. Malla was excellent in issuing the first tests. Dr Chen was in depth and took the time to examine my eyes properly and put me at ease with questions regarding glasses and the current state of my eyes.

Due to COVID protocol, we had to wait to allow staff to finish with previous patients. Staff did keep us informed while we waited. Staff is very friendly and professional when performing their responsibilities. Dr. Cheung is friendly and explains everything in layman terms. Changes to prescriptions were not significant so we weren't encouraged to purchase new glasses but given the option to contact office if we changed our minds.

Staff is super friendly and explains every part of your exam as they go. They also book your next appointment a year in advance and call ahead of time as a reminder, which is great for forgetful people like myself.
