Today
I
went
into
this
Global
Pet
foods
as
this
is
the
only
franchise
I
shop
at
for
my
two
cats;
I
feed
them
nothing
less
than
the
most
premium
pet
foods
I
can
source
(Fromm
is
the
brand
I
choose
and
to
my
knowledge
can
only
be
sourced
at
this
franchise;
it’s
also
the
brand
the
owner
Eva
chose
to
feed
her
cats
which
has
blessed
them
with
2
decades
of
healthy
life).
At
global
pet
foods
they
have
a
very
diverse
incentive
program
that
applies
to
many
different
brands
and
products.
The
incentive
program
that
relates
to
Fromm’s
bags
of
Cat
food
is;
Buy
12
bags,
get
one
free
of
the
same
size,
I
had
11/12
of
the
big
bags
(10lbs)
purchased
on
my
account,
and
then
I
also
had
9/12
of
the
medium
bags
(4lbs)
purchased
on
my
account.
I
wanted
to
see
about
converting
a
couple
of
the
medium
bag
credits
from
the
incentive
program
to
equal
1
more
big
bag
so
I
could
access
the
free
bag
on
this
visit.
The
Owner
Eva
let
me
know
that
there
is
a
process
to
do
such
conversions
with
the
credits
from
the
program
and
unfortunately
It
wouldn’t
be
able
to
be
converted
today
on
this
visit;
However,
she
would
set
in
motion
the
process
of
having
that
completed
for
me
by
my
next
visit.
I
did
let
her
know
that
I
adjusted
my
budget
with
the
understanding
that
I
was
going
to
be
able
to
buy
my
cats’
food
with
the
credits
and
that
I
was
down
to
my
last
bowl
of
food
for
my
cats.
She
clearly
appreciated
the
situation
I
was
in
as
she
said
“I’m
not
letting
you
leave
here
without
having
food
for
your
cats,
give
me
a
second
honey”,
this
is
when
she
rustled
up

Samples
of
the
only
brand
my
spoiled
cats
will
touch
(Fromm),
and
she
asked
her
trusted
employee
Brandon
(who
is
very
friendly
and
accommodating)
to
check
the
back
to
see
if
there
were
any
returns
of
cat
food
by
their
preferred
brand;
Fromm
(bratty
cats😼😼).
After
looking
hard
in
the
back,
Brandon
came
through
with
finding
a
nice
4lb
bag
of
top
quality
Fromm
cat
food
of
the
“Healthy
Weight”
variety
and
it
was
looking
like
my
babies
were
getting
an
early
Christmas
present!
😸😸
Thank

Eva
and
Brandon
for
looking
at
your
customers
as
people
responsible
for
caring
for
their
beloved
animals,
and
not
just
looking
at
them
as
a
dollar
sign,
as
some
pet
stores
do.
I
appreciate
you
guys
and
I’m
happy
to
support
this
store
as
it
has
supported
me;
always
generous
with
new
samples
and
amazing
annual
Customer
Appreciation
days
(July
15th
weekend).
