    Products with good quality , but nobody speak English , it's hard for people that came from another places.

    Don't trust Mediamarkt, you ordering things, but next day they cancelling it and than avoiding to refund money, and it's a lot of money which they don't want to refund in time. They complaining that in 4 days will be refunded , 5 days gone nothing ,than saying 14 days, and keep complaining about refunds. I will contact with customers lawyer to get money back.

    I just brought the stars to one because a refund is quite difficult for products that are dysfunctional. The last three products I bought all had issues. It's so bad that I'm scared of returning two products and be embarrassed by the staff at the complaint desk.

    Nice range of electronic products in this big European chain of electronics shops. Friendly staff and big, free parking. I recommend MediaMarkt.
