Today I had food at long horn in Marlborough the long horn in milbury is 100 times better today they took 30 minutes to take my order. when I ordered my margarita it was completely water it was all ice the margarita looked like water. I asked for another margarita and the waiter accused me of wanting more alcohol when all I wanted was a new drink when they brought me a new drink it had even changed colors it finally looked and tasted like a margarita. After one and a half hour they brought the food me and my husband both ordered our steak medium and my husbands came out rare it was completely rare . The service was horrible took the waiter 30 minutes to ask us for our drinks and the whole restaurant was empty I had no idea why they took so long . The manager came up to me with a horrible attitude and kept raising his voice at me because I don’t speak fluent English I am absolutely never coming back.

Always enjoy eating here. Their steaks are juicy and cooked to perfection. The sides too are delicious. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful customer service here from the moment we came in till the moment we left! I would most definitely recommend this place! The hostess was so sweet, the guy who sat us was nice and our server took great care of us! The food was delicious! I was so glad they had the lamb chops back!

I find it easy to give these guys 5 stars. I ordered Flo's filet, rice and the salad. I had them cook the filet medium rare, and it was done to perfection. The stake was perfect on the outside and red and pink on the inside. The rice and salad were also great. I asked them to bring it to my car since I am getting over a fall that I had broken my foot. The woman that brought it to my car couldn't have been nicer. As you can tell I was very impressed with this place. By the way I ordered online and it was easy. My advice is; if you want a good stake reasonably, priced and good people; this is your place. Enjoy :-)

Friendly Servers. Good quality food. Food temp is hit or miss. Crispy Shrimp Appetizer was really good (slight kick to it). Flo's 6oz Filet w/baked sweet potato and Broiled Brussel Sprouts. Steak Tips w/loaded baked potato and Caesar Salad; are our regular choices.

Had a nice time today. We could tell our server Larissa is a hard worker, always running around attending to people and not lingering doing nothing. Steak was well-done... Just as requested.

Not a top tier steakhouse, but if you want a decent steak on a budget then this is definitely the place to come. Complimentary brown bread before the meal is delicious and a favorite of mine. I’ve had several steaks here of varying levels, but for the most part they serve a decent steak. Burgers aren’t anything special, but will make the non-steak lover happy. Spicy chicken bites are delicious. Also GREAT prices on drinks.

I’ve been going to the longhorn my whole life, a lot more often these last few months too as I work near by. I can definitely say this place majorly went downhill. Not even with food, just with service. Every time I go there I have the worst service no matter which server I get. Being greeted by a server, food and drinks will take forever, server is constantly no where to be seen. It’s like the same thing everytime I go there. Last night I had this same rodeo happen again, was 3 chicken fingers short on a meal, and when I finally saw my waitress to tell her my meal was wrong, she told me very rudely she knows what she’s doing. I was like… okay… but my meal is wrong? Didn’t get my correct one for about 30 minutes. Y’all gotta get some new servers or tell them to start actually paying attention to their tables, along with learning some respect.

I ordered the new grilled chicken with buffalo sauce and grilled shrimp 🍤 , macaroni and the corn and the cob 🌽. It was a dining experience.

The atmosphere of the place welcomes every single costumer, respectful and friendly staff, quality and taste of the food is priceless. This is the place to go for a steak.

Food was good and service was decent. They should check on the table more often so patrons aren't waiting 15 mins to order another beverage. We didn't get dessert as we didn't want to wait any more than we already had. Overall though food was good and staff was pleasant and professional.

Love the seasoning on the wings. Great service for the staff with my drinks. Will go back to this location.

We had a great dining experience. The tables were spaced out and the waitstaff was on top of sanitizing everything once a patron left. Our waitress Samantha was extremely sweet. The food was fresh and delicious.

Longhorn is amazing, honestly me and my wife had our first date there about 5 years ago. Until this day, we have never been served badly, and we’ve never had a bad meal there. From what I’ve tried there before, I don’t remember a time I got a bad meal. That being said, today meal was no exception, I had the tenders today and they were juicy and delicious. Truly and amazing tender and one of the best I’ve had. My wife had the salmon, that so far we haven’t been disappointed about, unfortunately todays salmon was a bit small, still delicious and amazing, but it was on the smaller side. Thankfully the flavor made every little bite worth it. As an appetizer we had some shrimp, and oh boy they are freaking good, honestly I love the way they were presented, and an order is that size is sure to make every one at the table wanting more. Please do keep up the good work on the food side and on the service side. The atmosphere, food, staff are truly great here.

My ribs were delicious! Broccoli had good flavor and the fries were so good as well. Got a tasty strawberry margarita along with my meal. The waitress was very attentive and nice. Hope to come back soon!

We went Longhorn in Marlborough Saturday about 6pm. Sat in bar area at the high tops. Excellent service from the bartenders ( married couple - super nice and efficient ). Food was correctly prepared - from great salads to the steaks and sides. I rarely post reviews - but this was a very good dinner from time we got there until we left.

I love this place it’s become my new favorite restaurant!!! Edgar is amazing, I have received great service from every employee so far… I completely recommend this restaurant, it’s always clean and food is the best. My most favorite part is the virgin PIÑACOLADA it’s to die for 🤤😋❤️

We both had steak tips. Marinade was pretty good but some people may find it a little salty. Comes with one side. We were a party of 7 and five of us had the tips, the girls took half home. I could have eaten two portions and I'm not a big guy.

First time at LongHorn Steakhouse! We arrived with no reservations, the hostess said to wait 15 minutes while they prepare a table for us! They forgot about us — 25 minutes went by and she realized we weren’t seated yet, rushed to clean a table. It took a while for our food to arrive to our table — approximately 15 minutes for our appetizers & 20-30 minutes for our main courses. Other than that, the kids who ordered the Steak tips didn’t really enjoy their meal it was a 2/5. As for my husband who had the New York Strip it was overcooked he asked for medium & it was dry ; 1/5! As for me, I had the Ribeye and it was good compare to the others it was a solid 2/5 only because I’ve had better steak. The highlight of our experience at LongHorn Steakhouse was the spicy chicken bites as well as the Chocolate cake it was a 4/5! Overall experience was probably not what we expected due to poor customer service. However LongHorn Steakhouse corporate did reach out to us and apologized on the behalf of their staff and for our bad experience as well. They also credited us with an E- Gift card for the future which is greatly appreciated. That being said don’t let my review hold you back from trying LongHorn Steakhouse. This is a personal situation that happened to us on that night but could be different for others.

A good place to enjoy a good steak. I am a ribeye regular at longhorn, it’s the best every time! The only problem I’ve faced is how well they cook. I always ask for medium, but I get medium rare or medium well… well I’ve got medium couple of times. So, you will get it the way you like it if it’s your lucky day. Otherwise, they have a good menu and lots of different things to try.

I had the steak and lobster tail, with asparagus and Brussels sprouts as side dishes and they were all delicious. Service, decoration and the music were also good, I would definitely recommend.

Disappointed about beer sizes, the 16oz vs 20oz beer size, it is the same volume inside, but different price of course, all they do is serving into a taller and skinny glass...I'm brewer and I know about glass sizes..the outlaw steak is really good..!

Very busy but we (2 of us) were seated right away around 7pm. It was cold where we were seated. Asked for the AC to be turned down. They did it right away. The manager and the waitress could not have been more helpful. Food came fast and was good.

OMG This location ROCKS!!! My husband and I usually go to a location closer to use but on our way home from Boston we decided to try this place out and avoid most of the traffic going home. We were greeted with big smiles and kind voices right off the bat! We requested to not be seated near the bar (because we don't like the distraction or the noise). No resistance or attitude was given. The manager handed us to a host who gave us the perfect spot! A nice quiet solo booth away from everything. We had been having a lot of stress lately so this really made us happy! Our waiter was Keith. He was such a joy to have taking care of us! He had awesome charisma and was very kind with such a positive attitude. We ended up chatting with him a lot each time he came over to check on us because he was just so pleasant! He was so calming and kept us smiling the entire visit! The food was cooked to absolute perfection! I said to my husband that the Millbury location could take a lesson from this place! I often have bad luck with food. Keith was patient in the fact that I am a picky eater (and have food sensitivities but I didn't mention that) and just took my order with such patience and it came out exactly perfect! The steak was like cutting butter with great flavor and the lobster had absolutely no shell in the meat, it was cut nice and clean from the shell! Sometimes I've been to locations that mess it up and I get unpleasant bites of shell hitting my teeth. Not this time! Like I said... perfection! My husband asked to see the manager, I think we forgot to get his name. He came right over and my husband complimented the staff, food, Keith especially, and of course him for doing such an amazing job in managing the place! Sorry Millbury location but we'll be driving the extra distance from now on to go see Keith and the crew! I mean it when I say this place rocks! My husband and I left so happy with big smiles! That doesn't happen very often. Thank you to everyone working at that Longhorn! Hope to see you again!

We stopped in for lunch with no reservations and on a schedule. The staff attended to us quickly and met our deadlines so we could leave on time. Food was really good. Steaks tasty. The French Onion Soup is a must, really good. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Would go again.

Christmas party. Service was great. Food soso co worker steak med was rare like purple. My asparagus was just bland. But appetizers were great. Made room for our party of seven w no notice. Service was great manager was very helpful and consistently checking on.

The location is in a plaza. Lots of parking, right off the highway and main road. It can be easily spotted from the road. Best chicken strawberry salad I ever had. It was like the strawberry fields salad at Wendy's but 10 times better. The grilled chicken was juicy, well grilled and seasoned. The raspberry vinaigrette was well made and the perfect match to the sweetness of the strawberries and mandarins, the nuttiness of the pecans and the crunch of the mixed greens. The vinaigrette had the perfect amount of acidic and sweetness flavor to perfectly meld all the flavors the salad offered together. The portion was a decent size enough for two meals if you do not eat much.

Very pleased with experience. The only other were the screaming children that you couldn't get away from. Waitress was efficient and very kind. Meal was hot and fresh. I would go back. Thank you Longhorn.

On Sept 21 my wife and I had a gift card from my birthday and decided to have a date night. The server Samantha was our waitress. My wife ordered a maduri sour. She came back and said that they were out. We ordered something different and when she came back she had the first drink ++++! My wife ordered the strip medium and I ordered the tips medium rare. When we got them they were backwards so we sent my wife's back and I just ate mine czuse that the way my wife likes hers so she had lunch for tomorrow. Here steak was fantastic and the bake potato and broccoli we hot which is a rare thing at most restaurants. then we ordered strawberry and cream! WOW AWESOME! I don't normally write on reviews but Samantha was awesome and I hope I have her as a waitress the next time I go!

We enjoyed an unscheduled dinner here..steaks we're done perfectly..as we're sides and the service was very personal. We felt very safe with no-one anywhere near is and all staff observing mask protocol.

Hands down the best steak house in marlborough. The bread they give is awesome and the environment is pretty good. My favorite cut is the new york strip and love the mashed potatoes and the rice that they serve. If you look for a good steak to eat this is your place, wether it's with friend of with your family. Remember always medium or medium rare

Love the food here and friendly staff. Terri and Ed are exceptional bartenders and waiter/waitress; extremely friendly and very personable. We have also had Caitlyn as a waitress many times who is in the same category as Terri and Ed. Don't ever loose them!!
