Fresh ingredients. Lots of options. One of the hidden gems around in Metrowest area. Have had lunch here 6-7 times. Never been disappointed. There juices/teas are amazing as well. The variety of ingredients that go in your panini/sandwich is awesome!

Very busy, which I guess is a good thing. I did like how I had 1 staff member was with me from greeting to the press, then they leap frog back to the line. I had the steak and cheese with onions peppers and mushrooms. I substituted Mayo for Chipotle Mayo, pretty good, a bit too much cheese, but now I know for next time to ask for less. Just a bit pricey but I guess that, $12 for a sandwich is "normal" nowadays.

First of all this is Not the real panini as I thought, not feel there is any Swiss cheese, it said shaved steak but this is ground feef not shaved. And it's greasy and oily and First time last time. Not speaking about the expensive price.

My boyfriend and I have been having great dinners thanks to the nice workers here. Recently we started putting "please make with love:)" on our special instructions. Not only do they make it with love but the box has been drawn on and a little note. It makes our ordering online experience even better. Thanks to all our new friends down there we got an awesome dinner ahead! 10/10 would do again!

This is actually my favorite place to go for a bite! I go here every year when I have a hockey tournament in Marlborough, Massachusetts. I go there at least 3 or 4 times every time I am in Marlborough. I’m so sad that they don’t have one of these in Minnesota. (could honestly make a s&@! ton of money if they opened a location in Central Park Commons in Eagan, MN or on Grand Avenue in St.Paul, MN). I ELEVEN OUT OF TEN RECOMMEND AND I AM NOT GETTING PAID TO SAY THIS!

Delicious and fresh. I got the Italian cold cuts panini which was excellent (added tomato and onion). The bread here is great- perfect balance of chewy, crunchy, and not too fluffy. Kevin greeted me with a smile and was helpful. That goes a long way these days! Will be back.

Ordered food from here a few times -- staff was friendly, service was fast, food was fresh/tasty -- would definitely eat here again!

Had a veggie wrap here. Server went beyond and ensured I was covered for veg options, because of my dietary restrictions. Thanks to people like her who are there at this place.

The wait time for door dash orders need to be improved DRASTICALLY. It’s clear you have a special work space for online orders. No reason I should come in 15 minutes AFTER estimated wait time and still have to wait another 20 minutes for a sandwich and a cup of Mac. WATCHED THEM TAKE AND MAKE 16 orders as I stood here waiting for my ONE order. That needs to change. No excuses. You can see my previous reviews from this establishment this is an on going issue.

I never write reviews but just had on this place. Food was horrible. I had a chicken parm panini. There was just a couple of tiny pieces of chicken, no cheese I could detect and bread was not even cooked, let alone grilled on a panini.

Great place, if you love paninis. Good variety and service. I am a vegetarian, and love both of their veggie selections. Santa Fe is my preferred choice.

The Mac and cheese sandwich is really good the only thing “bad” about it is they didn’t clean the press so when I saw there was hot sauce on my sandwich (I HATE hot sauce!) I was kinda upset also the employees were very quiet and I screwed up my order because of this. The food is good tho and the music is new and trendy.

The app told me my food would be ready at 11:10. I had to wait 15 min when I arrived wasting my lunch break. They were doing a huge catering order. Fix ur app to show correct pick up times. U are lying to customers saying food is ready when its not and wasting peoples short lunch break time. Great food but lousy execution.

I went to the hottable in Marlborough today and had no problems until the manager gave my mother an attitude because SHE(THE MANAGER) made the wrong sandwich!!! we are both not happy, as this was supposed to be fun for us! We still got our food and left which was good!! But the service by that manager was aweful!!

I visited with a friend for a quiet place to sit and talk. My friend ordered some food. I only wanted a bottle of water. But when the final price for a small bottle was $2.86, I decided to skip it. Rediculous price gouging.

Love the paninis from here. The selection of the meats and topings including chesse are great. The paninis are made perfectly crisp. The place is busy around lunch time so plan accordingly. The customer service at this location is not good and needs to be improved

The food here is delicious!! I do always have to order the extra meat option because the regular portion is a bit small and throws off the ratio. But other than that, i love the food here! Even the soups are wonderful.

Very good sandwiches when you go in and order. If you place a takeout order, it’ll be sitting on the shelf 15-20 minutes before pick up time, even when there’s no other customers. Also take out is a 50/50 shot on accuracy

Rude customer service. Had to call 8 times for a "team member" to answer the phone. She picked up asking "why do you keep calling?". Not from here was trying new food places. I noticed once we got back to hotel that my panini didn’t have the ham on it. I called and let them know the women was very respectful offered to refund immediately and/or to come in to get it made right. I said no I ate it and was honestly still very good will definitely try this again same thing just with ham. We weren’t a fan of soup or Mac but paninis were very delicious!

It's fine place to eat, but one nitpick...I always thought a panini was something like a "sealed" sandwich in which the bread portion contains the ingredients after grilling the edges down. They do press the sandwiches into a panini in a grill, but they don't seal the entire sandwich and the content s spill a bit when eating.

Delicious paninis.... the breads are yum and the portions are perfect as it comes in small, medium and large sizes. The large size is too big, half size good enough for people who want to control portion size. Good atmosphere. Gets busy during lunch time. Service is quick, staffs are friendly. Great fresh food made to order in front of you. The food came out lightning fast and it honestly took me longer to decide what house-made beverage I wanted. I settled on the hibiscus punch. Was not disappointed!
