My guy Keith. Greatest guy ever. So nice and passionate. I have never felt so accepted at a fast food restaurant. He made my night. I wanna go back, truly an experience meeting him.

Keith is the best in terms fast food service. This man should be working in a 3 Michelin star restaurant. He id calm even while his employees make mistakes. He always fixes mistakes and makes sure every order is correct. Keith is the first ever fast food server that I want to tip. Keith should the president of the United States. Keith 2024! He will for sure do more than president Biden.

Great service and they were even down on staff. Keith the manager is the most down to earth person ever and deserves to be promoted to even higher. He played trivia while we were waiting for our food and was hard working at the same time. If I could rate more than 5 stars it would be.

I’m glad the finally put one around the corner, but service for chick-fil-A speaks for itself, never a problem and great food.

Omg, my first time there I was greeted by a gentleman named Yariel. He was happy, nice and welcoming. He listened and repeated our order back to us. He then advised us to try the Chic Fil A Sauce and also sold me on upgrading my sandwich to a meal. So that i may have the Chic Fil A experience. I ordered the Chic Fil A Deluxe meal with a Coca-Cola. Ryan ordered the 12ct. Grill nuggets and I must say i would have no problem feeding that to my child. Ryan then saw my sandwich and said oh i should have gotten one of those. I gave him a bite and he loved it. So he went and got a Chic Fil A not deluxe. I took my First Bite and OMG!!! Juicy, fresh bun and guilt free deliciousness. The waffle fries are bomb. They were worth the wait.

Keith Johnson. Absolutely and easily my favorite experience in regards to customer service. He was kind, humorous and very professional throughout the whole transaction despite the majority of the crew not showing up. Definitely made the experience overall one to remember. I've never bothered leaving a review on anything until now, so here's to you, Keith! Google wouldn't let us give you a 5 1/5, so just pretend it was six and you took a bite of it.

Worst Chick Fil A I've been to. Rude staff. Milkshake was leaking everywhere with the outside of the cup covered in milkshake and a lid that doesn't stay on. We ordered 8 ct nuggets, a chick Fila meal and 2 nuggets kids meals and asked for Chick fil a sauce for all 4 meals. They gave us 4 sauces total so I asked for more. The guy gave me attitude then went to the window and came back with 1 additional sauce. I just accepted it to not create an issue in line. Apparently my $50 order didn't justify more than 5 total sauces. Fries were cold.

Overall this was a good experience and lunch, as it was for many other chick-fil-as. I ordered a lot of food for 6 people totaling around $43 in the drive through. They gave us a large bag and after we sorted out the food items we realized that they had missed a spicy chicken sandwich. I drove back into the drive through and after waiting for 5 minutes they gave us the sandwich with no questions asked and a very nice apology. The employees were courteous, the customer service was excellent and the food was amazing. Just wish they could have double checked the order so that I didn’t have to go through the drive through a second time.

That's what a 12 ct chcken nugget meal looks like ? For 12$ They counted a tiny pice of crusty breading as a nugget. Fries were cold, salad was ok and Mac n cheese was awesome however rhe girl taking my order was awesome and friendly while food came out very fast. Really disappointed in the quaily of the main meal tho...

Today I was blown away by the service at Chick-fil-A. The woman who took my order was so friendly and personable. She remembered my kids’ names throughout the visit and even treated us to free sundaes at the end of our meal. Best “fast food” joint around.

Missing half of the items at the drive-up. Previous visits to other stores have been very accurate. This one was missing a sandwich and all of the sauces. Drove back and they corrected it. Seriously, the clerk handed me the bag with confidence and obviously didn’t check it before giving it to me.

First visit & won't be my last! My now fav take out/fast food place! Manager was so wonderful, forgive me not sure if his name is John Keith or Keith John very polite, held the door open for us on the way in, had no idea he was the manager, genuinely kind & friendly. Every employee from start to finish was extremely helpful, pleasant & well mannered. It was clear they each wanted the customers experience to be the best!! It was, I will definitely be back!! Can any other place match Chick-fil-A in terms of Waffle fries? Please tell me I'll wait. Really like this place and it's probably my most visited restaurant in Marlborough. Love the staff, service, drive through workers and the food! My favorites are waffle fries, nuggets and kale crunch!

Love the place, but the drive thru only deal has got to stop, work truck doesn't fit because of the useless roofs over the menus... I can EAT inside a moes but can't just order inside any chick fil a? Ridiculous

Usually a very long line. Expect to spend minimum 20-40 minutes during lunch time / dinner time waiting in the drive through. Usually will charge for extra sauces when asked for, but will rarely remember to give them to you.

One thing that struck me when first entering is the happiness of the employees. They seem happy and to enjoy their jobs. They are VERY friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. All around a good experience.

Best fast food around! The service is always good, no matter the location. You can tell people are trained purposefully because service is never this good at other fast food places.

Food was good. The salad was delicious. Even when it was crazy busy, food came out fast.

I hate to be a "Karen" but im very disappointed in this location. I love CFA but this experience was awful, the worst I've ever had. My lemonade had lemon guts spitting out the top and when I tried to drink it, I only got a mouthful of more guts. Barely any drink at this point. They also didn't put bacon on my sandwich that I paid extra for and it even says it on the sticker on the box. The girl at the window wasn't very pleasant either. She called me by another customer's name and when I said no she looked at me like I had 5 heads. She also would be silent and kept me waiting. Just communicate with me, not that hard. I tried to complain through the app vs a public review but it didn't give me the option and I was passing through Marlboro, I didn't have time to go back and address my issue.

i understand it was a busy friday night but chicken is literally not something you cut time on to get people out of the drive thru. my chicken sandwich was undercooked (along with my fries, but i dont really care about undercooked fries). i have never had an issue with this location, the food was always good even if the service was sometimes off. this time around with the undercooked food and mid service, i will not be coming back. i’d rather drive out to another location i trust than risk having this happen again.

friendly and nice staff, a nice patriotic and family friendly atmosphere, good and fairly quick service. i loved that they had little centrepieces with flowers and the american flag in them, so cute. the food was amazing omg ! also this was my first time trying it, i had the deluxe chicken burger meal and a mac n cheese with chick fil a sauce and a peach milkshake and oh my was it all so good 😌🙏 10/10 i love it also it was the best mac n cheese and chicken burger i’ve ever had !

This was my first time in here and I couldn't figure out what all the good noise was about. I ended up arguing with the staff about what I was promised on the phone and what I was told by a different person when I got there. I got the grilled nuggets and the long wait wasn't worth it. I wont be back.

How the heck do they forget to put Avocado lime ranch sauce for the #8 Cool Ranch wrap? Even after specifically asking for it. They suck what a waste of money they don't even know how to run their business smoothly. Have people running all over the place inside, mixing up orders, not including sauces, they suck. Who can eat a cool ranch wrap without the dressing. BOOOOOOOOOOO

I ordered a FROSTED Coke, which at every other Chick-fil-A across America you may purchase… This franchise specifically tells the employees to not make anything but frosted lemonade or frosted coffee’s. Otherwise they will get in “trouble.” So instead of the Frosted Coke, I received a medium coke and a vanilla milkshake to combine myself at home.

Consistently slow and always forgotting basics like napkins, spoons, sauces etc. Been coming here for years. They also seem to have unsafe food practices like giving out wrong drinks and taking them back.

we asked for two #8 meals and the employee (anna julia) put down two 8 count nugget meals and we then ordered a kids meal and the employee read back the order and got it completely wrong. we then said we wanted two #8 meals again with balsamic vinaigrette on the side and then we were questioned by the employee about getting balsamic on the side for the wraps. as well as being questioned the employee was extremely rude and did not say “my pleasure”. when we got to the window to pay they had made both the 8 count nugget meals, two kids meals, and the two cool wraps. we were told that balsamic vinaigrette was in the bag and when we got home there was no sauce on the side. the order was still completely wrong after leaving and the wraps were completely disgusting and dry. i think the customer service needs to be worked on. please consider working on the customer services skills and well as listening skills.

You got to try the Chicken, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich!! The chicken was juicy and the egg was perfect. Their hash browns kick butt. Nice and crispy and fresh. They are super nice people.

What is there not to love about chick fil a

I just got kikout no sign to customer no. Able to eat in and it was cold outside and we had to leave with our food slk open because we had to eat w our masks on the mouth!! I hoped they tell us before ordering the food so we can take out but no after we look for table they tell you it’s not fear

EXCELLENT customer service. For the drive through, they came out in person to you in your car and moved along as the line moved. I mean it's Chick-fil-A, it's great food!

I just ordered a hot meal paid for it got home and had the wrong food in my bag a cold wrap. I called and got set to voice mail being told they were busy taking care of other customers. so I don't matter my order didn't matter and it's ok to take my money and give me whatever you want to for food. I will never go back here again and I am going to make sure everyone I know is aware that you are thieves.

I love this place,the food is fresh,they have great chicken sandwiches as well as awesome chicken nuggets! Order the cheese sauce and then you can dip your nuggets in it,its delicious!!

That's two days in a row that they mess up my order; even after I repeat it several times and get a confirmation of it. They take longer and give me free things that I am not going to eat (of course because they messed the order up and can't take it back). I have been to more than 40 Chick-fil-a's all over the nation and this one takes the cake for being the worse. I can't give it one star because the food quality is good as it always has been. Double check your bag before you leave.

What you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. Drive thru is not as streamlined as the one in Framingham but they do pretty well to get people in and out.
