Was not Satisfied at ALL! It was like the FNP-C was pushing me out of the office. It was like he really didn’t know what to do! I rather had a Doctor, than a FNP-C! I was in and out in 14 minutes and he felt like he did something! Got paid by my insurance!

I truly like this urgent care! I actually like the concept of making an appointment rather than just waiting around to be call. My son injured his hand while at football practice. I knew it wasn’t broken but wanted to make sure it wasn’t fractured. I checked online and most other urgent care locations had a live update feed of being extremely busy. Did some more internet search and located Premier Health Express Urgent Care and made an appointment. Was in by 10:30am and walking out by 11:50 am. Not bad wait time for a urgent care. Also loved how their website, provided the current wait for walk-in patients which I hadn’t seen before. Overall great experience! Check in was easy, staff and Dr. Nokuri we’re all friendly. Will definitely come back again whenever I need to visit a urgent care.

My day started out with an hour drive in traffic to Fairfax only to be told they didn't have the instruments to conduct my labs. The place I went to seemed very incompetent. I was so angry I got up and left called to complain and reschedule. Man I am so happy I stood up for myself because what I got was better than what I had!!! Y'all know I am a US NAVY veteran. I value customer service, honor, courage and commitment. I have not in my 23 years serving been met with such amazing customer service. The lady at the desk was on the phone when I walked in. She looked up asked me how could she help me, I told her and she asked me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. This amazing young lady walked out and greeted me with a warm handshake 🤝. Invited me back to their veteran lounge and offered me refreshments. I was stunned!!! Although she had no record of my appointment she made me feel seen, safe and comfortable. My lab 💉 request was just sent to her 15 minutes prior so I didn't even mind waiting. If it took all day I would not have cared because I felt welcomed. Please if you are looking for quality care check them out 💗

Horrible place. I called before I came, was assured I could visit. 10 minutes later upon arrival, was advised, I couldn’t be seen. When questioned, I was advised “that was then, this is now” if you value your life, go somewhere else.

This place was a true gem!!! With the winter season approaching the children are coming down with everything under the sun! Coughing, sneezing, running nose, the works! With COVID still floating around you just can’t be to sure… I came straight to premier health express urgent care center and was VERY pleased with the staff! They all were so helpful with my three children and very patient! The provider made sure to listen to EACH one of there of concerns and address them quickly! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone but especially with children! Very satisfied and I will definitely return for anything in the near future!

I have been here before and had good care. Came in today because I might have a fractured/broken toe and it takes appts only! Like why does it say Walk ins welcome at the front then? What is EXPRESS URGENT if you have to make an appt beforehand? Just disappointed.

Everyone was friendly and the location waiting area was inviting and well maintained. The wait was short and need tests accomplished with skill. Dr (Col) Sam was a pleasure to see and very thorough with his exam! Great experience.

We are from out-of-town and needed to take my daughter to an urgent care. We did our research and decided to go to them. Upon arrival, they were closed; we went during normal business hours. The lady said they were going to be closed until Monday. They could have posted it on the website that they were closed. It was such an inconvenience.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Short wait time. They took me in 30 min before closing on Friday night, did all the tests and sent prescription to my pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Worst urgent care experience of my life! The staff is extremely slow when they don’t have many patients. The triage nurse barely took my vitals. She didn’t ask when’s the last time I’ve had my cycle. She didn’t weigh me nor get my height she simply asked me and proceeded with her day. The owner didn’t care at all about his poorly trained staff. This has to be the worst urgent care I’ve ever been to & I wouldn’t recommend at all!
