20,00 euros for one star, is it worth it? They asked 20,00 euros in advance in order to send a technician in my house within 5 working days. The time passed and they never did send anyone so i had to call them every day and try to learn whats going on. Of course, no result In the end of the day i quit, and now i wil try to get the 20,00 euros back. It will be a big struggle for a small amount, i know but i will stay strong :) P.S. The employee had attitude and he was ironic

It is good located, situated near by several offices buildings and offering a large variety of products on good quality and for reasonable prices. In fact you can find several types of products based on each person needs and budget. Staff is willing to help anytime is needed. There is parking in the underground.

900 euro couch took two weeks to arrive. When it finally got in it was bent and couldn’t be assembled. Parts just didn’t line up. Typical Chinese garbage.

I think it has more quality than the other stores at its class. It's not falling back on the price dept either. The staff is well educated and eager to help also

3-5 days delivery turns out to be scheduled for 13 days delivery. Let's see when they are going to deliver it. It was two more days at the end. Delivery from 8 to 12, happened five minutes to 16 with small damages on boards. 0 stars for delivery.

Absolutely negative staff throughout, the lack of stock bears no resemblance to the web pages and I bought everything with so much ease from their German counterparts.

This is a hardware store (similar to Home Depot except the construction side). Has 2 floors of everything you might need for your home. I can't compare prices because it has the monopoly, in Athens anyway. But can't complain, the store is clean, the staff are helpful, there's a coffee stand and a big inside parking lot.

Very poor customer service at the till! Customers with one or two items have to queue waiting for very long time with two tills of which one was just looking for an item price for 10 mins. When I asked politely for more tills to open I had a rude reply such as " when new staff comes to the tills you will find out". Ok thanks! See you, never again!!!

I love to go to Leroy Merlin and I'm thrilled I don't have to go a million miles away to get there. Well located.

We bought most thinks for our home on this shop After I give my address correct the worker there wrote the post code wrong so The furniture (after 1 and half week waiting for them ) get in same address but some other place in Athens After 20 calls still waiting for them I never get a experience like that Special for people who come from other places because of they child study and want to help with them home for sure stay way from this shop You will louse your time for sure

You know what you get with these stores. You're very likely to find what you are looking for, it just takes forever and you end up spending more time in there than you thought you would.

Something went really wrong with the construction of this store. Narrow corridors, absence of windows. In comparison with other stores of the same brand it feels really claustrophobic. The staff, as always, was very helpful and really polite.

Great prices with a wide range of products but custom orders take a long time Edit: Order was missing products when I received it and they don't answer the phones much. Customer service is nonexistent.

Good selection of tools etc - Very tidy and clean. Their white label series (Dexter) is high quality. Their board cutting service is excellent. Somewhat understaffed. But the staff is generally helpful. The underground parking is great.

The only downside was the no-show staff. We were waiting for a service, and no one showed up even though a line started forming. We had to go look around for an employee because no one was around for a while. We left without getting what we wanted.

We've been here several times recently. A decent selection of DIY hardware and goods. If you change your mind about an item there is no problem doing a return. The people there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are also open at very useful hours.

Very bad delivery service! Delivery personal always demands more money. Never on time! Bought a kitchen from 8/22 work is not finished till today! Bought solar system paid full delivery. Delivers have asked more money in order not to leave my goods, out side in the street...Greek best service!

Ordered some things. A vent is broken. Contacted them by mail - no reaction. After I called them they told me they will pick up the product. Nothing happend! No answers on my emails, no carrier for pick up the product, no refund of money. Don´t buy there, worst service and only lies!

Average service. Customer support (phone) is extremely hard to find. They told me delivery time between 9am to 14.00 pm, they never show up.

Went there to look for decorations and ended up getting completely different ideas on what to do with the space I want decorated. The quality of things I bought so far is not brilliant, but is ok for the price you pay. Staff seem busy and overworked, they are willing to help but are chased by at least 4-5 customers every time you stop to ask them something.

Horrible service, ordered an item available in store, then got informed that it'll take 2 working days, then 4-5 working days and eventually they told me it'll take up to 30 working days. Ridiculous! They promise things they can't deliver. Do yourself a favour and never shop from them.
