Was told there would be a little wait for food. Ordered the Kiev Pizza which arrived after an hour. The pizza was described on the menu as having a garlic base, the pizza arrived with a tomato base (as pictured.) I sent the item back asking for the item to be made as described. The waitress asked what was wrong or if I had any allergies but I don't think she quite understood what the issue was. There were no checkbacks made with the table nor any communication made with the table until a few minutes prior to the remake coming out. The second pizza arrived 30 more minutes after the food was sent back and still did not have a garlic base or even any garlic on the item. A remake of a pizza should only take 2-3 minutes in a wood fired oven including prep time. I fear my ticket may have gone to the end of the queue in a very busy kitchen and that the chef had not been following the menu. As the rest of the party had already finished I asked for it to be boxed up to take away. I have had this item several times before at Okell's pubs such as The Cat With No Tail where it has always been a favourite of mine. Sadly, this experience has left me disappointed. Quality assurance and better staffing required.

Great place with fantastic food and very friendly staff. Very much a fan of the Okells Bitter they serve here - something I shall miss when I return to the UK.

Good carpark, good beer, good food, good place to watch the TT, oh yes, good clean toilets, great place.

Love the Crosby! Sunday roast is great. People are great. Staff if so lovely and alway welcome you with a smile and my two young daughters love going here.

Walked to Crosby from Union Mills along the old railway line; after an amazing couple of hours in the park opposite (alongside Costa) we went to the Crosby pub which is often recommended to us and we’re glad we did. We had drinks & our five year old played in the small play area - toys, books and a small teepee - it’s a nice family friendly atmosphere in the restaurant and lounge side. There were more people in the bar area across the other side of the pub. They were in good spirits enjoying the Bank Holiday BUT it wasn’t raucous or loud. Our son ordered his own hot chocolates and the staff were very kind and patient with him. They were apologetic that they’d ran out of marshmallows for his second hot chocolate. We didn’t have food this time but I noticed there’s a couple of “plant based” options so hopefully they are cooked separately for vegans. The view is gorgeous looking out over Co-Op, plenty of rolling hills. We’ll definitely be back for another drink and food if it’s available. Recommend this pub for families & people who just want a reasonably priced drink in the countryside.

Stopped for lunch here yesterday and it was just us in there,but the staff were great.We had a drink and a hot beef ciabatta with chips and coleslaw it was amazing,the taste was gorgeous and so fresh.100% Recommended.

Lovely weather so sat in the garden and they had a band on. Bar service was slow despite lots of staff. Food came promptly and was good.

Private function with soup, sandwich, tea and biscuits. Sandwiches and biscuits fresh and plenty of tea / coffee. Wasn't too impressed with paper plates and soup in polystyrene cup. Staff helpful and friendly.

Great, good food and value for money

Was looking forward to watching the football that they apparently show but was extremely disappointed to discover that sky does not work at this pub and speaking to the locals discovered that even when it did work they did not have BT sport to watch the European games even though most other H and B pubs do, wouldn't be able to see it as the TV is that small if they did show it you'd need binoculars, if your interested in playing a game of pool with a few drinks find somewhere else all the pool cues are broken very poor from a well known Ilse of man pub.

Thank you for making our tea for us tonight to take next door. We all enjoyed the food and we'll definitely be back!

Top quality food, good prices. Lovely motorbike themed pub. What's not to like.

Not overly impressed. Standard Burger was full of onion and herbs. Not indicated on menu. Ordered Naked Burger which comes with no bun but extra salad. Came with half a lettuce leaf and one slice of tomato. Had to complain and in fairness extra salad was brought but shouldn't ever be that way.

Have been going here for a number of years during the TT fortnight; unfortunately standards have slipped. Only 2 bar staff on with 20+ people quing at the bar and had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for the food - although it was nice. Won't consider going during racing periods again. If I'm going to be "trapped" while racing is on it'll be somewhere I get decent service, staff were rude and not very welcoming at all considering how much people were spending during their visit.

Great place to watch the bikes Good food, decent prices and spot on staff. Cannot speak highly enough of this venue as an ideal spot to introduce yourself to the mad crazy world of the TT. Got it all going on with video footage, radio TT commentary etc. Heck even a rider or two may drop in of they have technical issues too. 100% recommended.

Lovely lunchtime meal. Good well cooked not to pricey...little bit of a wait, only one staff member to cover all bars and meal orders plus serve...but she did it all very well and should get a rise...staff like that are gold dust. Well done girl.

Food was good when it arrived. Had issues with 3 out of the 5 meals ordered due to running out of stock (this was at 12.15pm today) - we were the first customers of the day! I think they were banking on people ordering from their festive menu, but none of us did. However the staff were very nice and apologetic
