Compared with the UK, this KFC is incredible! Proper crispy chicken pieces, actually spicy zinger burger and salty chips. They give you this bread roll with a meal which I don't see the point of but I still smashed every calorie available on my plate down my throat. No complaints here! Staff always very polite and the bathrooms are pretty good for the location, it's next to the main square after all!

Food: can’t go wrong with Crispy Chicken Strip original and spicy meal, kids loved it. Service: Excellent fast and great service. Atmosphere: The inside of the premises was lovely and clean.

Me and my family, members of 13 in total came Marrakech as part of our summer holidays and had KFC from this specific shop and from that night onward for 4-6 days we ALL had digestive problem and diarrhoea, little as a one year old was having to go through it. It was very devastating. Absolutely shame. This KFC should be sued or inspected in how they are dealing with food.

Walked 20 minutes there and waited about 40minutes, walked back to my riad another 20 mins. Only to find the chicken is all pink and hard to chew so had to throw it all out. We got 2 zinger box meal and only really could eat the chips out of both. Would not recommend.

Never thought I'd review a KFC but this KFC is actually quite good!!! The zinger actually has spice unlike the one in the UK. Sad to say that this was one of our best meals in Marrakech...

Good place, staff speaking English and delicious food. The only downside is missing WiFi - I'm just used to having it in all KFCs worldwide.

Food was not like usual Kentucky fried chicken in the US or EU.. stay on local food in Morocco

They never have wings, never have shrimp so no point ! the staff laugh and ridiculed when I asked if I can have a rice box they refused since the RICEBOXES DIDNT HAVE LIDS WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE and they ridiculed me not knowing I also understand French and Arabic

FOOD POISONING! Got sickness and diarrhoea from this place. I know it was this place because it was the only thing I ate or drank differently. I don't know exactly what it was but I remember the mayo tasting wierd. Plus the only thing KFC about it is the packaging, the zinger burger is a over fried chicken burger and the fried chicken is what you'll find in a cheap takeaway.

So far, the worst KFC I have visited. The menu is reasonably small, prices are okay (a meal starts from 65MAD which is approximately 6€). The restaurant is full of smoke from the kitchen, I mean seems like they have foggy weather there. The PDQ is permanently out of order, as all businesses in Morocco, they want to force you to pay in cash as they don't trust the bank system and for them cash is the king. The area outside is full of beggars, so before walk out, make sure that you have packed everything. The WiFi also, isn't available, like all old style restaurants, you have to real talk with your table sharers, however this is a pain for tourists as I was planning to Google some information and to update my maps. Overall the place looks clean, due to all the above, it not looks at the standards of the KFC brand and I'll not visit again this place unless forced.

Would give zero stars. Ordered a burger meal and chicken was fully raw. All went straight to the bin. The store doesn’t even have a phone number for us to call. The worst KFC i’ve ever had.

Good Tagine cheat day while travelling around Morocco for 2 weeks. Clean, well prepared, no issues. Bit more expansive,as most of the “western” things here.

Really friendly place away from the hustle bustle of the Elfina Square. It's directly opposite to small park should you wish to eat your food there. It has a downstairs and upstairs. Very friendly staff, Hijaby girl whoes name I forget was brilliant and really helpful. if your up for your up for it catch a tour on the horse powered carriage whilst eating your food

Very busy but it's near to the market so it's to be expected. Standard KFC. The toilets are readily available, which is a welcome plus.

Food is not as good should b at KFC cashier wasn’t clear about price. He try to charge extra even meal box was cheaper on screen Dynamite burger was with one and half strip. Chips look refried 3 different Color of chips shop smells. Hopefully will not come again.

Wish there was more halal American food nearby the Medina! We really enjoyed it, the 5 piece tender and burger was great quality ! It wasn’t busy when we went too which was nice

Top KFC I’ve tried so far - compared to many countries around the world. We ordered the family bucket (original) and it arrived very fresh and delicious. The price is quite okay. Most importantly, fries were top!

Hello my name is Mohammed Miah and I am from London I have come to visit Morocco and I have come to this KFC in Kutubia the staff were not professional and on top the refuse to give ice saying it’s cold so you don’t need and after me asking the name of the manager they come and say the ice machine isn’t working so please tell me how can you run a big company without proper service
