Beautiful location, excellent food, wonderful music and dancing. Yassine and Loubna and Mary were extremely kind and helpful. We visited on our first night in Marrakech and it felt like home away from home.

Yassa and Loubna and all of the staff- Mary, the musicians and dancer, just marvelous. The food is divine. Seasoned to perfection and served as if you were royalty. Truly, a wonderful dining experience which brought home all the reasons to visit Morocco. Please, visit this restaurant- you won’t be disappointed!

Restaurant is nicely decorated but is extremely overpriced while the food is not that tasty. We went there at 3 pm and were the only table there in busy Marrakech. We found it odd at first but later realised it because it is very expensive. We were charged 900 dirhams for 1 appetizer, 2 main course & tea!!! When we left and told our driver, he went back and spoke to them so they refunded part of it thankfully The waitress is nice though because she made us wear Kaftans to take a picture

Beware lots of taxi drivers will take you here as a “authentic and very cheap” recommendation for tajine. The place is almost completely empty which is another sign that we should’ve picked up on. Also incredibly overpriced compared to everywhere else. Do not fall for the tourist trap if your taxi brings you here.

We are visiting from the USA and this was a great, authentic, delicious dinner. Amazing live music and belly dancer Show. Service wonderful a must when in Marakesh!!

The only word that comes to mind is spectacular. The interior is exquisitely decorated with wood carvings, the food absolutely delicious and presented beautifully, and the service is prompt and attentive. The restaurant also has live entertainment, both musicians and dancers, for a great evening out. You get much more than a meal, it's an experience. We'll definitely come back next time we're in Marrakech.

We recently had a meal at Dar Chahine restaurant , what an experience. Let me explain the food was good no issues here, then it went down hill they had music blasting throughout our meal and we couldnt hear ourselves think, it was too loud. Then they had this dancer/belly dancer who must have been atleast 80 years old lady with the extra baggage. It was a sad scene watching an old lady trying to dance, then had the cheek to want some money. This was a dark day for us, it is a scene you cannot unsee, it's now etched into your brain forever and ever. Then the bill arrived. totally over priced, not worth a visit ever again in my life. The taxi driver must have some kind of deal with this restaurant as he recommeded it to us, when we finished he was waiting outside for us to take us back to the hotel. so double money for him too, who also ripped us off. My advice is to stay away. Don't waste your time and money and ear drums.
