One of the better hotels I stayed during my trip to Morocco in July 2021. Beautiful rooms and very nice pool. Hotel staff was welcoming and professional. Breakfast could be better, but not bad with variety of foods. Very convenient location near to train station with a lot of resturants around. Definitely recommended.

Let''s get the technical aspects out of the way. The hotel is in an awesome location in the Gueliz area of Marrakech, the rooms and interior space are very tidy, the pool and its surroundings reflects a 5 star hotel setting, the shower is hot with high pressure and the ac is top notch. Now, I will discuss what makes this hotel the place you should not skip, its staff. From the welcoming smile of the first greeter at the door to everyone who graces its hall, this hotel reminds me of what a privilege it is to see the world. I cannot talk enough about the kindness from every individual staff member that I have encountered here. What I can tell you from my personal experience of having traveled each memorable year celebrating birthdays with my traveling twin for the last 15 years is that a place cannot be what it wants to be without the effort of its staff. The exemplary display of dedication of guests at this hotel should be noted not only by travelers but by all business that want to elevate guest services. This hotel and its staff has made this 54th birthday a celebration to be remembered. Thank you so much.

Very chic Radisson hotel in the center of guliez. The movie art posters are an interesting exhibition of Marrakesh's fascination by movie makers. The pool is see through, so be careful😀 there is an audience of admirers sitting with a view!

Old hotel and very poor level of cleanliness!! A three star hotel not five. Breakfast every day the same thing dry and inedible except for an omelette that is made on the spot, Small pool there is never room and chairs to sit Old dirty rooms smell of urine in the toilet no water pressure coming down… In conclusion: don't waste your money, very disappointed!!! Only the location is good, central near a mall and shops The only plus is the location that is close to everything It is important that they know that this may be a five-star hotel, but it is very far from it We suffered so much from the dirt and the lack of hygiene there, we simply suffered

Excellent hotel with great service. We stayed there for four nights and had breakfast included. The breakfast had various options and also had an egg station! You could eat outside in the warmth. The rooms were cleaned every day and were extremely comfortable. The pool side was super fun! We enjoyed the drinks by the pool and had snacks there too! The staff were amazing. The location is the best, there are several restaurants in the neighborhood and tons of shops too. It was very clean and comfortable. We recommend staying here 10/10!

we stayed from 03.02.2023 till 07.02.2023 in this hotel. Here are the Cons: the pool was under renovation, thus couldn't be used. Construction works lasted from 10:00 a.m till 08:30 p.m with the accompanying noise during that time. The Spa was only available with surcharges. All of that not mentioned prior to our arrival. No information concerning this issues was communicated on their website, not to our travel agency or in any way publicly available. On our last day, they didn't even provide us with table water in the room anymore. Honestly, if we would have been aware of those circumstances we would have booked another hotel. Besides the hotel needs some renovation. During our stay it simply wasn't a five star hotel. We have been in other Radisson Blue hotels before and never experienced anything like this. We asked our agency to file a complain, since no compensation (i.e. free access to the Spa etc. ) was .offered to us. Haven't received any response till today. The pros: The staff there is excellent. Very friendly, ,always engaged to help. The breakfast is marvelous with a rich variety of dishes and fresh, tasty food. Try the Moroccan Coffee! The hygiene in the room was also excellent. Conclusion: there is a lot of potential to be a good 5 star hotel but unfortunately during our stay there it was more close to the 2 Stars which we fully dedicate to the staff of the hotel and the breakfast :-) Elpi & Mike

Poor Service!🤷🏽‍♀️ We visited your restaurant for the second time, and we were disappointed with the service. We waited for about 25 minutes at our table for the waiter to come over, but no one did. I went to the counter to ask for two bottles of water and the menu. The waiter simply handed me the menu and did not say anything else, not even "please wait for the water" or "I will bring the water to your table." I was not comfortable with this, so I asked my husband to speak to the waiter again. It seemed as if we were being ignored. Or probably they were just being racist or something, I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️ I know what it means to provide good hospitality, as we own nine units for staycation. I know how to handle guests in a proper way. We are very disappointed with the service we received at your restaurant. We hope that you will take our feedback into consideration and improve your customer service. We would be happy to give you another try if we see that the service has improved. Thank you!

The only thing I can complain about is the price of food and drinks, expensive! Service was excellent, staff very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Highly recommend. Well done to all the staff. 👍👍👍👍👍

Just stayed here for 4 nights and wow! What a hotel. Rooms are gorgeous, food is very good and the overall decor and state of the hotel is very modern and new. Rooms have everything you would need, our bathroom was huge with a double basin. Gym was good with plenty of equipment including a boxing ring. Pool area is very nice and not very busy so we always got a bed. Staff were amazing and very helpful at all times! Amazing location, best hotel in Marrakech. If I come back to Marrakech this is where I will be staying.

Where do I even begin to describe the exceptional experience I had at the marvelous Radisson Blu Hotel in Marrakech? From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by its grandeur, elegance, and impeccable attention to detail. I couldn't be more delighted to share my incredible experience. First and foremost, the bar at this hotel is an absolute gem! The moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm ambiance and a stunning array of top-quality spirits and beverages. The bar staff proved to be true artists, crafting delectable cocktails that were as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate, each one is a work of art! Speaking of the staff, they deserve every accolade imaginable. From the doormen to the receptionists, every member of the team exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The level of service provided by the staff at this hotel truly sets it apart and elevates it to the realm of luxury.

They have stolen my deposit. have contacted them four times via email. One response from Yassir Badaa and then silence. I now have to start a claim with my credit card company. Having stayed at this hotel 4 times before I will no longer stay here as the staff are clearly fraudulent. Potential customers beware - check that they refund your credit card when you get back from your trip.

Value to money is not in balance. There are good things but also a lot bad things. Good: - breakfast - nice people - nice sphere - very good location - warm swimmingpool in winter and fall Bad: - rooms are a bit outdated and not 5 star - room cleaning doesnt happen properly - we needed ask for water and coffee refill for 3 out of 7 days. - there is a bad smell on the fifth floor (not in the rooms , but in the walk to the rooms and lifts. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Just 4. For 1200 - 7 nights you can find better in Marrakesh.

This is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff at this hotel from the managers to bar staff and receptionist to name a few Rachid, Hamid, Hussain, Mehdi, Ayoub, Sara, Fatima and many more all made my stay so special. Always giving 5* service made me and my friend feel comfortable and happy. They did a lovely surprise for my birthday and made my holiday in Marrakech memorable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Marrakech. Thank you all again!

My 1st time in Marrakesh. I stayed at the Radisson which is centrally located in just a few minutes from all the tourist attractions including the Medina. There are shops cafes restaurants all around the hotel. There is a three level mall right next door that can be assessed from the hotel. Which is super convenient as the mall also has a large supermarket. The hotel has beautiful rooms that were spacious and the beds were comfortable. If I had to pinpoint any negatives it would be that there are no walk in showers but a combination tub shower unit both in the regular rooms and in the suites. This might pose an issue for someone who has difficulties entering and exiting a very deep tub. There's Only 1, (3 bank)elevators located in one location in the hotel. This was a issues as there are a tremendous amount of rooms but only 1 main elevator. My room was located literally the equivalent of about 10 blocks on the other side of the building. It literally took me 3 to 5 minutes to walk from my room to the elevator every time I wanted to leave or return. I give high marks for the housekeeping staff as well as the room service attendants their performance was impeccable during my holiday. While the service overall from every department in the hotel was impeccable the check in check out, front desk/concierge services could be greatly improve. The whole process require a test and patience. All that being said I would return again as the hotel is walking distance and centrally located to everything that Marrakesh has to offer

Beautiful modern hotel with great location. 30min leisurely walk from the medina. Nice glass pool which gets full of people you can barely swim. They have hammam and massage spa on site. Staff are very attentive and courteous.

Room was ok, defo not 5*! lack mirrors! why on earth would you have a mirror outside the toilet door? it was difficult whilst the other was using the loo, really ought to have been on the wardrobe. Our rooms couch was absolutely filthy and stained, it was so old that we didnt bother sitting on it, looked really bad. Staff do a good job with cleaning however, the showers do have some mould, perhaps Raddison need to re do the edges of the shower. shower can’t be moved either its set on one location which is very low. 1 Pool under construction, so the remaining one was always packed out with children and parents, really unfair at points could not relax or take a calm dip as kids continuously jumping in and out! closes at 7 but staff seemed lazy and allowed people to stay longer when me and my partner were strictly told to leave on the previous day at 7pm.. so why cant you follow the same rules ?? Friendly bar staff, great breakfast and dinner was nice too, we opted for dinner 1 night and nice music. Lifts are really annoying and slow, you have to wait to to get to the second floor, then get out to get onto other lifts which take forever. decent location, would not recommend walking to main attractions esp during the summer, taxis rip you off, we were charged 20MAD to Jema al fana, following day 100 MAD! and these taxis were flagged down by hotel security! insane!

I booked this hotel through a tour company and prepaid in advance for the room. Upon check-in it was confirmed I had paid for the room and there would be no charges to my credit card. Upon my return to the USA I discovered the hotel charged over $400.00 to my credit card, after numerous phone calls, emails and the tour company trying to correct the error on my behalf the hotel acknowledged the error in writing and assured my account would be credited, I have yet to receive this credit, 21 days later. The General Manager got involved and this issue was finally resolved.

The rooms were beautiful, the location is central and very good restaurants nearby, the breakfast was varied and it would be hard to beat any other place nearby with the choices provided; room service was excellent and staff always accommodating. I did have one problem with a charge on my card, and while it took a bit longer than I had hoped to resolve, it was resolved to my satisfaction and the Manager did respond to my inquiries timely.

Very nice hotel, only fault we had was that there aren’t enough elevators and our room was pretty far from the 3 available elevators. Other than this, the hotel was fantastic staff were very helpful and location was great.

Fantastic visit to this hotel last weekend. Modern hotel with decent gym and a pool too. Great location too, about 20-25 mins walk from the Medina and also situated above a modern local shopping mall for bits and pieces! Friendly staff, great service and food and drink selection, the breakfast buffet goes on for ever. Can also arrange airport transfers for you for around £20 each way in decent cars which seems pretty good to me. Recommended and will definitely be back!

Located about 1t minutes for the airport in the modern part of Marrakesh. Hotel is on the 2-5 floor. Lift extremely slow and opted to walk and up and down a number of times. Staff at check in slow, Took 15 mins- chatted in Arabic, Nervously and immediately knew that there was an issue. Arrived at 5pm and told room not ready. But they managed to salvage the situation and as Expedia gold, got an upgrade from the a suite with terrace we to another suite. At times there was a long queue from check in as walking pass. Need to organise check in better. Why take out 20000MAD as a deposit ie £1666 on arrival. Why not take the amount owed for the room and the 1000MAD per night as deposit as notes in the booking email. Room 4021- two bedroom Suite - large three rooms: a double , two singles and a living room. Nice & clean interior, business hotel look. Large terrace- two seating areas facing Mohammad IV road.noise insulation was good, toiletries was good. Good size bathroom. Could do with more coffee capsules and mini milk cartons. Breakfast- terrible coffee: cappuccino in the morning similar to hot chocolate-undrinkable a bit there is a selection of teas and also moroccan tea sweetened and unsweetened Negatives: Pool, noisy with kids running around and shouting. Water was reasonably warm for October. Sun only for part of day, disappears at the pool at 4pm. Stop fixing items when guest are having breakfast. Stop doing work when guest trying to relax at the pool. Positives: Location- close to airport circa 15minutes, good restaurants around and a mall underneath. , modern part of city. Breakfast: the omelette station and crepe station. Good selection of bread, pastries and fruits. fruits were generally medium ripe but lacked consistency. Also Lacks a good selection of cut meat. Gym was large and very functional. Tanning/ lounge area by pool. Surrounded by building so warm. Sun up to about 4pm at the pool( depending on where you lie) Currency exchange rate was surprisingly better than most currency exchanges.

FANTASTIC SERVICE PROVIDED BY MR H ZAAKRI THE MANAGER AT THE RADISSON BLU, HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT STAY AT THE HOTEL. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT SERVICE IN A LUXURIOUS SETTING. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO STAY AGAIN. THANK YOU

+ : Very very good location. Quick chech in and check out. Heated Pool. -: Breakfast to improve (quality and organisation) The rooms are definitely not satisfying for a 5 star hotel To sum up, It’s a business hotel, doesn’t worth more than 1000 MAD for a night.

Only reason for 5 star is because of Adil Rmidi (the Banquet manager) and his team They are very accommodating and helpful. I was discussing soups with Adil, he mentioned he will make me soup. I thought his just being friendly. Following morning, Adil finds where I’m sitting and serves me a authentic Moroccan breakfast, from Harrira to the tea etc. I was going to write few niggly things about the hotel but they make it up for it.

At all radissons members: stay away!!! This is not radisson blu!! They have to get a downgrade to radisson park-in at least!! no respect for golden members. The swimming pool is small and from 14h in the shadow. The reception is very chaotic (you get stress when entering the building: very crowded) They make promises untill you check out (15% reduction for golden members on food and drinks is not true, while they promise you in the beginning) when complaining of the bathroom floating over after showering no solution! Alcohol only possible when you order food? 1 word: terrible

Great service, very clean and spacious rooms, I even saw the rooms being painted daily from marks left by uncareful guests slamming their suitcases into the walls. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. The staff is so friendly and hospitable. I felt sorry that they had to wear masks all day. One of the best hotels in Marrakech.

  • 3/5 Qamar G. 2 years ago on Google
Generally staff apart from reception are quite nice and friendly, but check in took ages as we were told something was wrong with the booking. Which was a mistake made by booking.com. Room was OK, nothing special, breakfast was minimal, waiters in a big hurry to clean tables and finish breakfast. Not a 5 star around 3 star at best. Swimming pool is very small. Would not stay again.

I would rated with 10 star but it is limited with 5. I dont know where to start. Location, rooms, breakfast, staff. Everything is very nice. Not need a car to reach touristic places if you like walking along the street.

Shockingly disappointed with this hotel. The staff were astonishingly rude when we checked in (after we waited for over an hour), we had all our ID, check in details, visas and pldriving licenses but my fiance couldn't find his passport so they refused to check us in, saying nobody was even allowed in the hotel bar without a passport (which is untrue as we had been for drinks the night before with no problems). I asked if I could check in and bring my partner as my guest and they laughed and said they didn't care if I was a diplomat, I wasn't allowed any guests. While we were looking again for my partner's passport they then called security and escorted my partner from the hotel, leaving me alone. This was utterly unnecessary and shocking when all we were doing is trying to find his passport. For information, the website explicitly states that the only thing that MIGHT be needed is 'government issued ID ' but this is not a requirement. When I got to my room the internet was not working, the phones were not working so I had to go back to reception for help. I was told 'do you really need internet?' and 'sorry we don't offer internet in the rooms'. We only chose this hotel specifically because it states free wireless and wired internet in the rooms' as well as a business centre. I was told at reception that this was old information and there was no wired internet available, the 'business centre' is a computer next to the check in desk in reception, and that the IT manager wouldn't be able to fix my internet until tomorrow afternoon. She again said 'are you sure you need internet now?', I replied yes I really urgently needed it for several meetings, she said she would contact the manager. I waited for an hour and watched her check in other guests. While waiting, I went to the bar and asked for a glass of milk. Security followed me and the barman refused to serve me. This is the single worst experience I have had at any hotel, let alone any of the Radisson Blu hotels I have stayed in all over the world. I am still waiting in reception with no internet and nobody helping. My partner was not allowed back into the hotel for over an hour.

  • 1/5 Sascha V. 1 year ago on Google
The worst Radisson Hotel I have ever visited. I would never book it again nor recommend anyone to do so. The only friendly person was the Concierge at the entrance; reception staff was unfriendly and arrogant, same applied to the restaurant. The room looked nice at first view, but wasn’t very clean and used. Poor service quality - late check out request by one hour could not be met the night before, instead I was asked to come to the reception at 7am the morning of my check out to ask again. On the bill, I was charged additional breakfast, only after mentioning it was incorrect they receptionist removed it - no apology, no word. I wish I‘d stayed in another hotel to have a better experience in Marrakech.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Gueliz. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were nice and well decorated with an interesting layout and a big balcony. Breakfast was lovely but could do with some more variety. The pool was nice but small. Location was great and everything is a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

The Staff are very welcoming and professional, 5 stars. The only downside is the elevator system where only one can get you to the parking, wich is not very efficient on checkout time.

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel manager Marouane was very helpful and sorted out any issues directly. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are spacious and clean, the food is amazing and the location is 10/10. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want a hassle free, comfortable and convenient stay. Will be back next year !

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a problem with our room. We had booked third floor to make it easy to climb stairs on Shabbat when we are not permitted to use lift. Unfortunately the room was not available. We arrived only half an hour before Shabbat and were in a panic so took whatever was available. The hotel manager Rajib came and personally assisted us, upgrading us to a much larger and truly exceptional corner room on the the third floor, telling us how important it was for the hotel to show respect and make comfortable those of the Jewish faith. Quite apart from our wonderful personal experience above, the hotel is truly five-star. Because of Kashrut laws we could not eat the breakfast, but it was visibly of superior quality, as was the luxurious pool dining area.

We booked 1 junior suite and 1 normal room for 6 nights. Front desk staff need to be trained. They don’t know how sort it out customers problem. Only they can easily sorry for each time. But never try to solve customers problem. I want to reception for samples problem many times but they never take care. Just they saying sorry for everything. I would stay this Raddison blu not 5 star service hotel. May be 2 or 3 Star. They should change the front staff or Raddison blu will loose many customers. Customer service is very very poor. I never recommend this Raddison blu Marrakesh to my friends and families.

+ very good location, breakfast and size of the rooms - the towels need to be changed, at the restaurant nobody can be sure if they have enough beers or same wine like yesterday, in the room they did not supply every day shampoos, or one day shampoo and not shower gel, not every day ear sticks, and for a 5 stars hotel is not acceptable.

Hotel does not deserve 5 stars but was ok. I am very disappointed with the service after stay. I have not received an invoice for the room and I haven't receive any response for my e-mails for 11 days. Additionally, there was incorrect data in the invoice for the bar.

We’re here in busy season and you can definitely tell. This hotel has put in the best staff, although there’s a slight language barrier, it’s ok. Kindness is understood in all languages. From the people tending to the tables during the morning breakfast buffets, housekeeping, and elevator attendants, everyone greets you and is kind. They came and made the rooms every day and fixed the bench under our sink when it collapsed immediately (due to our son stepping on it). Lovely place and overall worth the money for your time in Marrakech. Oh also the outdoor pool is heated! Great for the kids!
