Worst hotel ever. Dirty, unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Hassan the receptionist should reconsider his career plans as he is not made to work in contact with customers. The rooms are extremely dirty, bed sheets and towels aren't changed after each customers. The floor is a disaster. The pool stinks. There is nothing good about this place. Breakfast doesn't open on time and close earlier than planed. Avoid it at all cost, even sleeping in a tent would be much better.

Definitely not 4 star hotel. Quiet dated and worn out. Could do with new bedding and towels. Staff very helpful and doing their best all the time. Food was good when we was there. We had half board but didn't have problem when we needed to swap evening meal for lunch. We was charged for bottled water but I think it should be included as tap water isn't safe to drink. Overall good stay. Swimming pool really great. Kids have fun.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Yes the roof pool is lovely but that’s the only 4 stars part. Rooms are hit and miss - my friend has a shower like a jet wash but mine which is next door had water pressure of a dripping tap. The towel rail came off the wall when I tried to hang my towel up. Air con in my room also didn’t work (my friend’s room air con was fine). No fridge in my friend’s room but I have one that didn’t work. Staff is really friendly and the location is good. Hotel itself really needs updating and sort out all the facilities. Breakfast is not worth the extra cost either. I’d rate it 2-3 stars at most.

I have been in this hotel from 20th to the 31st March2020 during Lockdown in Marrakech. It has been a trying time and the staff are superb. The Lobby personal were so helpful in every aspect. Showing me how to use my IPHONE to telling me what to pay for a taxi. Thank You so much for finding me other accommodation when you closed today. So very grateful.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff, unhealthily dirty conditions and absolutely not worth the money. The wifi didn’t work, the aircon blew out hot air, the shower flooded our room and ruined our possessions, the fridge in our room was broken and there was rotting food from other guests left outside our room for 4 days. The entire hotel has the most pungent and inescapable smell of dirty drains- which is clearly a sign of complete negligence from management. It claims to be a 4 star hotel but the standards are that of a hostel. The manager was the most patronising and childish character I have ever come across; we had one issue after another every day with the room and the conditions and were told by him it wasn’t his problem. Absolutely avoid this establishment at all costs, it completely ruined our perception of marrakesh and moroccan hospitality.

the hotel and the front desk staff and the rooms all is good . but if you have a car and you park it outside there is a very rude man running their parking lot .. early morning on 02/02/2023 i gave him 17 Dh as a tip ( the parking is free ) and he wanted more then that and when i refused to give him more then he ended up hitting me physically and through money coins at me very hard that caused bruises . be carful people if you go there and you dont give him a big tip he will physically attack you . stay safe

I didn't read the reviews on this hotel until after I had booked it, so was not sure what to expect. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but we had our room upgraded as soon as we arrived. The room was very clean, huge bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city. Air conditioning in our room worked brilliant and the swimming pool was spotlessly clean. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble.<br/>Very good value.

The hotel and the workers were amazing and their english is so good and you can really talk to them well. They also provided us tourist tours and attractions which was beneficial for us. The rooms in general were good and everything else was nice and clean. Could have done with a kettle and maybe a fridge and freezer but it was good overall. Thankyou for letting us stay 💯👊🏽

The walls were paper thin, children were running up and down the corridors until 2am and the staff did nothing. The shower barely worked and it was very outdated and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. Everything was very outdated in general. The pool looks nice but is very small and not heated so can't use in winter. The pool chairs/sofas were so old and mankey looking you would not want to sit on them. We decided on our visit back to Marrakech to stay at riad omri instead, this is an excellent alternative. I simply cannot give any positives to imperial plaza, avoid. Laundry cost 100 dirham. The photos the hotel puts up are not reflective of the room quality, they are likely from 10 years ago when it was new.

The staff is very friendly especially the Amal who has been kind to support our needs. Very thankful for the lovely tours arranged. The restaurant and the breakfast can be better. Room cleanliness and space was good with sufficient amenities. Pool was beautiful and overall the stay was comfortable Tours operated were fantastic and did have a lovely time and Amal did guide us well. Thanks for the lovely Marrakesh

The lobby attendant who works in the evenings and the lady who sells and manages the city tours, both are nice and thoughtful people. However, regarding the rooms: air-cons DO NOT WORK (hot hot hot!); the Internet only works SOMETIMES - and even when it does, it is super SLOW, certainly not suitable to do any work; lastly, pillows are as hard as ROCKS.

Amazing staff, customer service is exceptionally good. The rooms are very big and spacious, traditional and cosy. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful! They have their own bar and restaurant , with live music every night. The atmosphere was very good. Thanks for an amazing stay!:)

We were a little worried about the bad reviews we had read. However, this hotel is really lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, so respectful and always had a smile. The room was clean and adequate for what we needed it for. The room was cleaned everyday and again the cleaners were happy to help. The lady who helped us with booking excursions was such a great helpi and lovely. Food was excellent and very nice. But if you want English food this is not the place for you.

A very good representation of Moroccan hospitality. The staff is really nice and helpful. I had a wifi problem in my room and they accepted to change my room at night! A good quality price hotel! Highly recommended!

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and the price. The pool area had loud, bad music playing all day which was impossible to tune out. The underneath of the beds were filthy. Cigarettes everywhere. The rooms weren’t cleaned well and the towels and other items weren’t replaced until I called reception. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful on check in and check out. Charged us to print our plane boarding passes and the food was so bad we spent more money going out to eat for each meal. Save your money and book a decent hotel
