I have been in quite a few hammams all over Morocco. Scam place - they promise 1.5 hour total procedure time and literally within 45 minutes with all dressing you are out. It's like factory. Instead of agreed 1 hour massage - you get maybe at max 25 minutes. Surely not recommended.

I absolutely recommend for seriousness and professionalism! I took a group of 9 people after trying it and they were all (men and women) satisfied with both the hammam and the massage. I recommend the 350dh basic experience that represents the real Morocco Hammam! I will send other groups! Advice for the manager: modify the Turkish bath so that the steam comes out from below so that the room is warmer!

Cheated big style! In French and English the three of us, two males and one females, went to Ziani after a reading on "la guide des routard". We wanted the Moroccan "traditional hammam" experience. We knew that derived from the Turkish bath and Roman baths, the Hammam was supposed to have the experience of the hot steam room. The owner told us that the lady could have done the entire Hammam and that the two men would have done the Hammam without scrubs but with a double massage: one hour instead of a half. . We accepted for the full cost of the hammam. What a surprise for the men to be ordered, still greased with oil after the massage "get dressed and go" and for the lady to have dirt, rude orders and no hygiene. An experience to avoid. Always specify all the steps of the hammam you expect and don't get fooled like we did

Had a great experience at this hamam, Hicham treated me very well and was friendly despite no english. 350MAD for seaweed scrub and massage etc. It would have been good to have some more instructions on what to do / how to use the pack included but I felt well looked after by all staff and facility was great. I'd gladly come back. Thanks Hicham.

Excellent service and wonderfully authentic! Reasonably priced and will definitely be able to accommodate groups as well as walk ins. Relaxing hammam includes: steam, salt scrub and either a 30 minute or 1 hour massage. It lasts around 1 hour 30 minutes. Separate areas for men and women. You can tour the facilities before use. The staff here are so nice and genuine.

Excellent! Fabulous afternoon here with our 3 children, they took us all in and I thought the rubbing, scrubbing and massage would never end. Ultimate luxury with an authentic Moroccan style. We loved it.

The worst hammam that I have ever went to. The staff is rude, the use the same towels over and over again, they don’t wash the place you lay in after you, and they ask you for a tip afterwords. When I told the owner about this, he said thank you and didn’t even offer a conpensation. They have two chooses to pick from. And you pay before the hammam. Don’t recommend to go here at all.

We went to this place and it exceeded our expectations. Amaizing staff and they were genuinely very kind and friendly. The price is lower than other places. Location is very convenient. They spent more time taking care of us making sure we had the best experience. We forgot our phone there and waited for us to get our phone back. Ziani was exceptionally helpfull and professional. We can't wait to get back again! I highly recommend it! 👌
