My mom and I stayed here for a couple of days and we have loved every minute of our stay. The owner and staff have done an amazing job with their hospitality and kindness. This is the first time at a riad and this will definitely not be the last. I can’t wait to come back here and stay for longer time. The rooms are amazing and so cozy as well as the breakfast! Such an amazing Riad feels like home far away from home. If I can personally thank each and everyone of the staff this review will go on forever, but I do want to thank the owner for being so kind and generous he has done an amazing job and wishing him all the success. Can’t wait to come back soon with my friends!!

This place has been a slice of heaven! Honestly the team who run it are so great and helpful. From helping us carry our bags to helping us arrange our washing (and looking out for us when they thought we were being overcharged). The breakfast spread was amazing and such a great variety, the facilities were great with the pools being a much needed cool down after a day of exploring the city in summer. We had some issues with our AC and were moved into a different room right away. If you want luxury, attentiveness and yummy food to wake up to I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. No other place I’ll be staying if i visit Marrakech ever again.

Everything about our stay here was lovely! The room was very comfortable and quiet, considering proximity to souqs within the busy Medina. We also enjoyed spoiling hamman spa services, delicious breakfast and a particularly memorable dinner on the rooftop terrace. Staff was so friendly and welcoming, Mamadou helped us out with everything from taxis to market bargaining tips.

A very lovely riad! Reservation by email was efficient. Riad was quiet and peaceful. Staffs were very welcoming and friendly. Hammam and massage was amazing! They have only one massage bed tho, my boyfriend and I had to take turns. Room was clean and cozy. Pool was cold in late Ocotober, but the area is stunning.

Stayed 4 days. Very kind, polite, and helpful staff, every one of them. Nice location 8-10mins walking to the center and souk, but still at a quiet and clam area. They are several nice restaurants around. Walking distance to all the tourist spots. Nice riad and cute room, breakfast on the rooftop. We enjoyed our stay in Marrakech, we will come back!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Nelia during our honeymoon recently. The service was beyond exceptional - the staff are responsive, considerate and overall great people. Their food is amazing and the look and feel of the riad is modern and aesthetic. The location is very central to the medina which makes everything walkable. Unfortunately our stay ended ubruptly with the unexpected earthquake, however the staff did a phenomenal job of making their guests feel safe.
