My
last
night
in
Marrakech
I
decided
to
wander
and
stumbled
upon
Montana
by
accident.
This
family-owned
restaurant
has
a
nondescript
facade
with
a
small
sign
at
the
intersection
(located
near
PepeNero,
which
is
a
chain
I’ve
seen
in
Munich).
I
ordered
the
vegetable
soup
purée
and
the
cous
cous
with
chicken.
From
start
to
finish
the
meal
was
a
delight.
The
soup
was
fresh,
light
and
creamy,
soothing,
and
served
at
the
perfect
temperature
-
hot.
In
my
travel
experience
soups
can
be
over-seasoned
or
made
too
salty,
this
was
perfect.
The
cous
cous
was
also
just
as
fresh.
The
presentation
was
lovely
with
a
garnish
of
sweet
carmelized
onions.
The
cous
cous
was
light
and
fluffy
and
the
chicken
fell
off
the
bone.
What
was
best
about
this
meal
is
it
was
not
overdone
with
oil
and
fat,
which
can
leave
you
feeling
tired.
Food
prep
takes
some
time
(10-15
mins
for
soup,
15-20
for
cous
cous)
-
in
my
opinion
worth
the
wait.
Based
on
my
dining
experience
I
hope
this
family
stays
in
business
for
many
years
to
come.
