Fabulous luxurious resort - highest standards possible. The gardens are well maintained with mature olive and palm trees , grasses and lovely flowers. All the staff are so attentive, polite and hospitable starting from reception to housekeeping, to the buggy drivers and the restaurants. They will try to accommodate all your needs. The breakfast buffet is high quality and a good variety of fresh fruits ,bakery items ,hot food etc. The pools are breathtaking and clean and not overcrowded- the whole resort has a sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere - the grounds are beautiful. We spent the most relaxing wonderful week , taking the hotel shuttle to the city and coming back to one of the best hotel experiences.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Marrakech and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, Marcien and Zakaria went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always happy to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see in the area. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the views from the room were stunning. The pool area was also a highlight - it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. In addition to the great service and facilities, the location of the Fairmont Marrakech was also excellent. It was just a short distance from the city center and many of the major tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Fairmont Marrakech. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to Marcien, Zakaria, and the rest of the staff for their excellent service and making my stay so memorable.

One of Fairmonts best kept secret. The compound for the entire fairmont is huge. Two hotel checkpoints before arriving at the lobby. Walking around day or night always felt safe. The hotel premise was clean, well-kept and staff are courteous as expected from any fairmont. I used majority of their amenities from the spa, golf and pool. The gym as well but not the courts. Was not disappointed and would recommend. They also have a small farm to tour. I tried all but one restaurant and they were to expectations but in the end the breakfast buffet was probably my favourite meal.

This hotel is up there with some of the best I have stayed in (Atlantis, Dubai Mayfair London) Food was incredible, and the service is brilliant. Mohamed and his team by the pool are very friendly, helpful and polite.

It's concerning to learn that this hotel is using fake accounts to boost its rating. I was contacted by a number to post a positive review for cash, and it's possible that many of the 5-star reviews are generated in a similar way. I advise caution and recommend not relying solely on these reviews when making your decision.

I booked a 3 night stay in August, in a junior suite. The resort is 20mins from the airport. The grounds are amazing and very well maintained. The suite is a good size. We had a problem with the air con on the first day. Sleeping in 40 degree heat with dysfunctional A/C was hard. They moved us to a different suite with an upgrade on the 2nd day; the Deluxe suite is definitely much bigger and nice :) The Fitness Center is very well equipped and has own pool. The Spa facilities are great! The staff were very helpful and a great asset to the hotel. Thank you Eman and Sara. The breakfast buffet was 5* with excellent selection of food. The onsite restaurant food was top notch. We didn’t use the shuttle or buggy. Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back.

The location of the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech Hotel was another advantage. It was conveniently situated near major attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service, which was a convenient option for getting around.

We were at this lovely hotel for my birthday at the end of August 2023. Breakfast was enjoyable, plenty of vegetarian dishes mint tea served by Mr Ayoub the waiter always with a smile. Dinner at the hotel was great, our waiter Humzah was very welcoming, his service was above and beyond to help us choose the perfect menu. Staff was incredibly helpful. Came here with my baby & husband. The staff were so attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate and gave my baby so much attention which she loved! They were just amazing from the moment we checked in until we sadly checked out. I’ve never been so sad to leave a hotel!!

My husband and I had the most beautiful time staying at Fairmount. They are worth every penny and probably should charge more. The hotel was so clean, the staff were so friendly and professional. Everyone made us feel at home. They allowed us to take a few photos to celebrate our anniversary, they came out beautifully. We made family there for sure. I am really looking forward to going back with some friends. I truly enjoyed my time and will always recommend this place to friends in the U.S. who plan to visit Marrakesh.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was quite the luxury experience with fabulous amenities, great views, beautiful grounds, delicious restaurants, and helpful, kind staff. A true highlight of our trip.

We went for lunch at the Sabra restaurant at the Fairmont I would not recommend eating here. My wife’s sister found blood in the chicken meaning it was not cooked sufficiently. Most alarmingly my burger gave me food poising. I’ve been throwing up and had a fever since eating here. This is not the quality I would expect from the Fairmont having stayed at their locations in other countries.

The service provided by all of the employees at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from everyone I encountered. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable and that all of my needs were met. The bartenders, Imad and Hamza, were particularly noteworthy. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and were able to make expert recommendations. They were attentive and personable, and their passion for their craft was evident in the way they prepared and presented each shisha and cigar. They truly made my night. Lastly, I can't remember the name of the man who was working at the sports center. He was very kind and great. My brother and I invited him to play tennis with us. Next time i visit, we will play again :)

A beautiful hotel away from the city, it’s incredibly peaceful and there’s security around the gates of the hotel so you feel safe walking around whatever time it may be. Service is excellent, hotel staff are lovely and housekeeping - Yazid was genuine and very professional. Rooms are spacious and allows for lots of light to flood through. You’ll always hear the sound of birds.

We weren't staying at the hotel but attended their Christmas Day Garden Party and it was as close to perfection as you can get. The food was incredible with so many options to choose from and the kids had a great time in the pool which was at an ideal temperature. Things ramped up a bit when Santa arrived on a camel and the little Christmas village was a great idea with gifts and sweet treats for the kids - and greedy adults too. Wish we were there for the next party.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The facilities are excellent (very large swimming pool, the farm for kids, the golf & country club), but what makes this hotel stand apart is its staff and their friendliness with the little guests, be it from staff in the farm(AbdelGhani), restaurants (special note to Hassan and Abdallah in the caravane restaurant) and all the drivers (including those driving buggies) we used during our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay at this gorgeous resort!

The unmatched hospitality and service, the stunning property, the magnificent food...everything was truly exceptional. The level of service at the hotel is top-notch and the rooms are gorgeous! They also have such a wonderful Mexican restaurant - great food and atmosphere. You must try out the Fairmont Royal Palm. Must.

Good amenities but awful services. Staff are poorly trained and brought very unprofessional services to us. We have lived in this hotel for 3 days and booked the Mexican restaurant (not much restaurants available in the hotel) one day in advance. When we went back from an one day trip and were informed that the restaurant was closed because it’s not open on very Monday. No other table in other restaurants reversed for us! They told us to the other restaurant AFTER 9:30 PM! (we went back at 7pm). No apologies and no one would like to help us with it. I can’t believe it I have to stay hungry in a 5 star hotel with such insane experience.

I had dinner at the Caravane where Abdulsamad was the service for the evening. He ensured that I had a smooth dining experience where nothing was too much. I appreciated the professionalism and outstanding service.

I came here with my wife and a couple of friends. We stayed here for 4 nights in July. The hotel is about a 20-25 minutes drive from the Marrakech airport. We made arrangements for a van to pick us up from the airport and take us straight to the hotel. The Good The reception is beautiful with very high ceilings and a kind of traditional design. We were welcomed quite cordially by the reception staff. After the brief documentation and payment of city taxes, we were escorted to the bar and given a complimentary refreshing cocktail. Couple of minutes after this we were escorted to our rooms with an electric buggy. It was at this point that it was clear how big the grounds were. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a garden view. The rooms are as big as the grounds...huge rooms...huge bathrooms...huge walk in closets. Quite impressive. Breakfast is really extensive. Large variety of local and international dishes. fresh fruits and vegetables. with a local playing what looked like their local guitar. The grounds has an impressive golf course which my friends got up early to play on. so if you are a golfer this would be an amazing course for you to swing on. The hotel has about 3 restaurants that offer a variety of food. The Bad Since the hotel is on such large grounds, movement from room to reception and back is by buggy ( you dont want to be walking in 48oC) Taxis to the centre of town are soo expensive ( some said 350-400 dhs) for a return trip. If you want to stay locked up in a far away place and want privacy for your holiday, this is the hotel. If you are young and want some fun its better you either stay in town or rent a car for the time of your stay. Most of the guests we saw were senior citizens. The restaurants have a limited selection of food. The Ugly I complained about 3 times to house keeping and the reception about the drain in the shower being clogged. Nothing was done about it. We also had an infestation of mosquitoes in our room--the response to this is there is a garden outside and its expected. XO

Stayed at the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech. Beautiful large property. Most certainly a 5 star experience. Stayed in a family suite which was very spacious with beautiful decor. Buggy service was excellent which took us to our suite without having to wait too long. All staff in every department went out of their way to provide an amazing service. To note, We received excellent service from our Pool attendants Ismail and Nourdine. Both of them made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Very hard working with a smile at all times. Constantly looked out to see if we required their assistance. Thank you very much. Mohammed at poolside was also very welcoming and provided a friendly atmosphere everyday. Thank you very much. Would also like to commend Souad head of Concierge whose knowledge was amazing. She helped so much with planning our trip around Marrakech. Her recommendations for our first trip to Marrakech were excellent and exactly what we required. Very helpful. Thank you very much.
