They provided the most personalized service I've ever experienced, and really went out of their way to make me feel at home. From the delicious breakfasts each morning to the helpful tips and recommendations they gave me for exploring Marrakech, I felt like I was truly taken care of during my stay. And let's not forget about the location - the riad is just a short walk from some of the city's most popular attractions, including the souks and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. I loved being able to explore the city during the day and then come back to the peaceful, serene oasis of the riad in the evenings. Marco (owner) welcomed me with mint tea and walked me thru map of Marrakech. Asking what I wanted to see/do and then circled highlights on the map. He also provided cell phone programmed to call Riad and him if you needed anything. I switched Riads to join my friend when she arrived. The New Riad despite its trendy reputation fell far short. Wished I was back at Riad Infinity Sea! Marco arranged last minute massage when I arrived and it was heavenly. Infinity Sea was well appointed and nicely decorated.

Perfect Riad in the Medina, a tranquil setting run by Marco, who welcomes you and sets you up for everything you need to know and do -- complete with cell phone. Marco and his staff made for a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, the spa (massages) and the food. By the way, the best food we ate in Marrakech was at Infinity Sea (and we went to several places that are on most people's checklists).

This riad (a home that was converted into an 8 suite shared home) was really nice to stay in. Marco the owner was extremely pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was very basic to bread, yogurt and jams. I wish we had our own tv in our room vs the shared tv in the underground floor

We had the pleasure to spend our first 3 nights in Marrakech at Infinity Sea. The eperience was great, staff was wonderful and we couldn't have gotten a better welcome. We sat down and they showed us how to best get around in Medina which meant a lot to us. We got to know everything from the best restaurants to what we should consider while moving around (do's and dont's). Why not 5 stars then? Well it's regarding a preference, we thought the breakfast was a bit too sweet. I guess this is a cultural aspect, but we felt like we couldn't control what we were served since we never got a question what we would prefer. Every morning we got some sweet buns, pancakes (or similar) with jam. However, the dinner we ate here was amazing so there was nothing wrong with the chef.

Beautiful stylish details and cozy spaces. Immaculately clean and quiet. Set in the north of the Medina this hidden riad is as authentic as they get. The staff is amazing. The will take care of any detail and really care. Marco is a fabulous host.
