A very neat welcome upon arrival yet quite late in the evening and Azzedine nevertheless offered us dinner. Excellent cuisine! Just like the breakfast. A magnificent riad full of charm and in a great location. And what to say about the service of the hosts, who in addition to the place put us perfectly at ease and always good advice for the visits in the city. Thank you Nazira, Azzedine, and Redouane, we will return for sure!

My wife and I traveled to Fes and stayed in this beautiful riad for our honeymoon. The staff took great care of us and we always look forward to going back to relax after a long day outside exploring Fes. Our room was perfect, it was quiet and had direct access to their big indoor pool! I highly recommend their in-house hammam and spa/massage services — one of the best massages I had in years!

Wonderful place. Sam, Sophie and team could not have done more to help and genuinely 'host' their guests. The place is beautiful and the activities/food of offer make a great option for when the Medina gets too much. Location is perfect and facilities exceptional. Get breakfast in the riad and make sure to have a drink on the roof terrace. Thanks guys

I had a wonderful stay at this Riad! The staff were incredible, they made the experience! It was a relaxing haven, centrally located, and a great value. The dinner we had was delicious and breakfasts were very nice! The room was comfortable and well kept and the rooftop was a nice place to enjoy some delicious Moroccan tea. I would recommend this place to a friend and would 100% stay here again if I come back to Marrakech.

While we only had one night here, we loved it. As soon as you arrive you feel like family and they take care of their guests. They were able to accommodate our late arrival for dinner and had a lot of attention to detail. Wish we had more time here! -- Laura & Kyle

Let me preface this review by stating that I read hundreds of reviews for hundreds of riads before booking this one. The previous reviews of this riad actually led me to cancel my other booking and book this one instead. I hope this review can lead the next traveler in the same direction. If you have the opportunity to stay at Riad Jardin Des Sens, PLEASE do. Nothing about this riad disappoints. The owners, Sam and Sophie, were incredibly lovely people. They went out of their way to make us dinner reservations, even calling in a personal favor 30 minutes before dinner time to ensure we were able to eat at their top recommended restaurant before we left the following day. The staff, Mohammad, Azzidine and Mostafa truly made the experience unforgettable. Azzidine and Mostafa began to feel like family within hours of our arrival at the riad. Azzidine paid attention to every detail and even surprised us with a box of the pastries we enjoyed the most during our stay without us mentioning our preference to him. In addition, the location of this riad is perfect. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the mesmerizing experience of Dabachi street and only about 5 minutes walk from Jma el Fna (the square.) The riad is incredibly beautiful, well decorated and looks identical to the pictures, which is something I found to not be the case with other riads I looked at. Sam and Sophie suggested we book dinner at the riad the day of our arrival and the lovely ladies in the kitchen prepared one of the most amazing meals we had in Marrakesh. Azzidine sang to us, taught us about his culture and shared stories of his upbringing. Speaking to him felt like reconnecting with an old friend. We felt safe and secure in the riad, as they have 24/7 security and are constantly available to provide whatever you may need. The riad is in a safe area and we at no point felt uncomfortable, even walking back from dinner at around 1am. The ONLY thing I could possibly warn people about is that the internet connection is slightly slow compared to what we are accustomed to in the US. This is by no means a complaint as it worked perfectly for what I needed (uploading photos and messaging with family at home) but if you plan on working or require good internet connection for whatever reason, this may present a challenge. This is by no means the fault of the riad as it appears that this is the case with all of Marrakech. But the beauty of this city is the ability to disconnect and immerse yourself in the incredible cultural experience you will undoubtedly receive. Our time in Marrakesh was life changing and we truly owe it to the staff at Riad Jardin Des Sens. I have never felt more at home in a place so foreign to me. Sam and Sophie, thank you for the experience of a lifetime. I apologize for not writing this review sooner, as my stay was in February of 2020. Our stay was so incredible I felt inclined to post this after all this time.

Fantastic place!! The staff are super friendly and the French owner's are lovely and speak very good English. Very high standards throughout. Very comfortable terrace. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful and serene riad, being there is definately feeding your senses. The employees are absolutely fantastic, special greetings to Azzedine! Who has welcomed us warmly. The breakfast is really nice as well as the ultra hot shower. Location is great if not travelling with an own car. Very close to the heart of the city.

If I could give this Riad a million stars I would. The moment you walk into the Riad you're greeted by their incredible staff. Their smiles light up the room! The owners introduced themselves and they were extremely lovely people. The rooms were extremely cozy and the smell.. the smell of the Riad made me fall in love!! I felt as if I woke up every morning in a dream and welcomed by family to an amazing breakfast each day. I'm so grateful to have such an amazing experience at this Riad. As a travel advisor I highly recommend booking your stay here. You'll feel right at home and at peace.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this lovely Riad. The staff were so welcoming and helpful , always smiling and calm …. They even organised a delicious candle lit cake as a surprise for my husband’s birthday! The Riad is very well located, near all the energy but a couple of quiet streets away….. we got a great map from them and it was well used by the end of our stay …. better than the iphone for the medina. The Riad can organise all transport transfers and everything was really easy. There are lovely rooftop spaces to relax in or dine in …… food and breakfast were delicious. We couldn’t go without an invigorating hammam - a must. The Riad is a really serene beautifully designed little oasis to come back into after the frenetic pace outside……. We’d definitely stay here again…… highly recommended! .

A true hidden oasis near the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We stayed in Nov 2022, and we still talk about going back! The service was excellent, the breakfast was exquisite and the Riad was gorgeous! We went for my Birthday and the staff presented me with a cake upon arrival, they truely went out of their way! Boaba was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. We also tried the spa services, and the massage was amazing!

Wonderful riad close to the main square in Marrakesh. All the staff were outstanding. Our flight was late and we didn’t arrive until 0230 in the morning and they welcomed us even at this lte hour. We had the hammam and 4 hands massage which was probably one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Truly superb. We had a lovely dinner in house one night and the lamb tajine was amazing. Slight mark down for the room as I found the bed too hard and the pillows too high. This is absolutely personal preference and it’s known that Moroccans prefer hard beds. That would be the only, very minor complaint.

Fantastic riad with amazing hospitality — upon arriving, the manager gave us personalized recommendations for our trip and helped us arrange taxis to/from the riad. The place was beautiful with gorgeous pools and rooftops. Totally recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay Riad Le Jardin des Senses during our week in Marrakech. We stayed in the Ambra suite and really enjoyed our private terrace, but the rooftop terrace and the downstairs seating areas by the pools are just as lovely. Despite being right in the centre of the Medina, the riad felt like a serene oasis, very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was always very nice and generous with international and Moroccan elements. We also had lunch and dinner at the riad a couple of times which was excellent and very authentic. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Finally, the hammam and massage facilities were perfect, we really enjoyed “ritual of the orient” package. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Medina

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad, in the heart of the medina. We stayed in the Ambra suite, which was stunning, and the surroundings and facilities in the riad were wonderful too. The service was impeccable and all the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to advise and help us when needed, giving us great recommendations in terms of itinerary and dining. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone wanting a calm oasis whilst being in the heart of Marrakech.

The best Hotel/Riad in Marrakesh. We had a wonderful time there. It couldn’t be better. Everything was perfect. All the staff (Mohamed, Azzedine, Redwan, Karim) was incredible and very attentive/kind all the time. I recommend 100%
