Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly amenable to our needs, going above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. They arranged taxi services on our behalf, provided intimate local advice and even allowed us to check-in early. Of particular note, the team also allowed us to reschedule the dates of our stay at short notice at no extra cost, which was unprecedented and extremely generous given the circumstances. We booked extra services for Hammam and Dinner on the terrace which were well worth it. A truly memorable stay, would recommend to anyone looking to visit Marrakesh.

Stayed for 5 nights as a Couple and child at the top floor suite tent room in February 2022 straight after the Covid 19 travel ban was lifted. The Riad is beautiful, clean and decorated in the traditional Morrocan style. The entire staff team is super friendly, accommodating and provide exceptional service. They truly do put a lot of genuine effort and passion into serving the needs of their customers. The location is also very good right in the middle of old city with walking distances to various soukhs, shopping streets, restaurants, Jama El fanaa square and the Bahia Palace. The top floor tent room is probably the biggest room in Riad accommodating a king size double bed and a single bed for kids. The room was clean and spacious with a fridge and decent size wardrobe. The tent had a separate area partitioned off by a curtain to accommodate a bath tub and a toilet. The roof top terrace is right out side the room with sun loungers and a good size jacuzzi pool surrounded by various cactus plants. The area is well maintained and creates a relaxing environment right outside the tent suite. The breakfast is very good and is served on demand in whatever common area of the hotel you choose. The breakfast service is excellent and staff lay on different types of breakfast every day ranging from eggs, various kinds of pancakes, fruits, yogurts, cakes, jams, coffees and teas and off course the fresh Morrocan Orange juice. You can ask for whatever you need and the staff even prepared a special Morrocan egg tagine for breakfast one day when we wanted to try something different. So the breakfast is adequate, good quality and has some thing for every one. We had dinner at the Riad for our 10th anniversary and were pleasantly surprised. The staff made a lot of effort to prepare for the event and we were consulted on the menu choices and out likes and preferences. We pretty much designed our own menu with starters, salads, tagine of our choice, deserts and the staff executed it really well. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay at the Riad Melhoun and Spa. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Thank you.

Thank you to the team at Riad Melhoun, we had an amazing week as a couple. Nothing was too much trouble and staying in an authentic Moroccan Riad was brilliant. Location was ideal for getting around the Old City.

2 nights in Marrakesh. Good location in quiet area.The staff were brilliant from arrival. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Our room was the extra one on top of the Riad and plenty of space and comfortable bed. Our only compaint was that there was just a bath with a short shower attachment that meant you could only have a shower whilst sitting in the bath!!!

Small but lovely Riad with some of the nicest staff you'll ever meet. They helped us book excursions and transportation to and from the airport. We also utilized their spa services and that was also excellent. We looked forward to coming back everyday after being out exploring. The beds are comfortable also.

Riad Melhoun and Spa was one of the most incredible stays we have ever had! The Riad is immaculate and pristine as the staff are cleaning and caring for the property all day long. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have air conditioning. The amenities are superb with fantastic pools, amazing views, and incredible food. The breakfast selection is delicious and their dinners are unforgettable! The hosts are fantastic and Nour, the manager, set us up with great activities including a guided walking tour, camel rides in Agafay, and a spa day at the Riad. The spa was truly unforgettable! The Riad is entirely intact following the earthquake in Marrakech and we had a fantastic stay. The city is very welcoming and is encouraging tourists to visit. Thank you to everyone at Riad Melhoun for a wonderful trip to Marrakech!

Outstanding and super nice staff that was extremely accommodating for us first time visitors to Morocco on our honeymoon. They called us taxis, arranged an incredible breakfast when we needed it, and spa staff was great. Excellent cleaning staff too. Beautiful Riad and great location too. 10/10

This was my first visit to Marrakesh, and when I go again, I will stay at Riad Melhoun & Spa every time. The staff, specifically Mohamed, Jamal, and Abdul, demonstrated exemplary customer service skills, anticipating our needs before we had a chance to verbalize them. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and that we enjoyed our visit. The hotel helped us arrange all of our excursions and transfers prior to arriving to the hotel through email and it all went smoothly and everything was provided as promised. I would highly recommend using their services for transfers, as the city is very hectic. The hotel is located in an excellent location to see the old part of the city, plus it's not far from the airport or train station. The hotel and rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable, including the beds and the areas around the pools. The spa services were fabulous, including the therapists who also went out of their way to ensure we had a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this riad.

Riad Melhoun was FAR beyond our expectation. Noor and his team manage the entire Riad, so it felt like a Hotel with all the amenities unlike a standard Airbnb if you book on air bnb! This meant they paid close attention to the guests comfort and needs as they are always on site, it was comparable to the Ritz Carlton. The Riad is walking distance to the Palace, Souks, many little shops and highly rated restaurants, as well as a 15min drive to the airport. The Riad was thoroughly cleaned daily and they purchase dinner items daily so everything is cooked with fresh ingredients. We highly recommend their tagine with eggs and their juices and ice teas! Their breakfast was also huge and prepared fresh to each table. Thank you so much for making this the highlight of our holiday Noor and Team!

Can’t say enough about this amazing little oasis in the middle of bustling Marrakech. Stayed here after finishing a busy week long tour and it was the perfect ending to our trip. The riad is absolutely stunning and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. We organized a three course dinner and they catered to our tastes and needs. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful. An absolute gem!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Melhoun. The staff are wonderful and treat you like visiting family, making the riad feel like a home from home. There are no issues at all after the earthquake in the riad or surrounding areas. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Riad Melhoun. The staff truly made our experience in Marrakesh. We miss them already! Please make sure to leave tips in their tip box at the front desk. When we first walked into the Riad, our jaws dropped from the beauty. Our suite was on the first floor and spacious for the two of us. The meat tajine was also our favorite meal in Marrakesh. Would highly recommend having lunch or dinner there! We are still talking about it. It had dried figs, apricots and walnuts in it. The meat was so tender and flavorful. We also booked The Royal Couple Melhoun spa package. It included a 45m hammam scrub + black soap scrub and a 60m couples massage. This was so luxurious, I wanted to do it again before we left but we did not have time. It was so relaxing and I have never felt cleaner.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff are absolutely amazing. Noor greeted us with traditional tea and welcome. It feels wrong to single out any of them but I have to mention Jamal as he was so patient spelling out names of foods for me to (probably fail!) to make at home. The food is delicious. We ate in the riad the first night and then never ate anywhere else. When we suggested it to the children, the 13yo said "why would we do that?" I am not sure how they managed a different delicious thing every night but they did. The eldest is vegetarian. No trouble at all. Having travelled elsewhere, it can be challenging to get decent vegetarian food but not here. Absolutely delicious. The rooms are bijou but well decorated and it feels completely safe. The children were in a different room and this was completely fine. I had been slightly anxious before we arrived. Rooftop terrace is lovely. We had the hammam and black soap scrub and massage. Massage was fabulous. Noor organised a trip for us. Mountains, Agafay and and camel ride. It was a long day but worth it. All very laid back except for getting to the camels for sunset! Location is great. Close to the palaces and tombs. Close to the souks. Easy to get out. This was a fabulous short break made by the staff. Completely recommend.

Loved the Riad Melhoun & Spa in Marrakech. I was planning to stay 1 night and the Riad easily allowed me to extend my stay. They arranged for an airport transfer for me in the morning and had breakfast out before I left. The facilities are amazing and I recommend the Hammam experience and massage. I managed a dip in the heated pool today too! I was very pleased with the location of the Riad and it’s proximity to Jemaa El Fna. It felt very safe walking around alone.

Great location and service. The personnel are super friendly and can help you at any time. Rooms are a bit small though. Breakfast is average compared to other Riads in Marrakech.

A wonderfully beautiful and peaceful Riad. - The staff is incredibly caring, always here to help and answer questions. - The food is just fantastic. From breakfast to dinner, it's delicious, full of flavour. - The place itself is gorgeous, the rooms are really nice, the patio is like a little gem you could spend hours sitting in and the terrasse is a great place to read, chill or have a little drink or snack. Don't think twice, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Such a beautiful space. And the staff that we encountered during our stay were some of the nicest people we met in Morocco.

The Riad is very delicate. The service provided is very good. Breakfast is the traditional Moroccan style and the time can be tailored according to your trip. However as probably in other Riads as well, finding the place is a bit tricky as it is located in the small lanes of the old city and every building from outside in the old city is the same. Luckily the Google map can get you there, as different from the Medina that you always get lost unless you are a local. The room is a bit small. Also you have to be watchful as you have to walk down 2 steps when you enter your room. There is no TV but this is not very important.

all the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable! i went with my parents and sister. my parents’ room had some problems with the hot water and clogged drains, but ours was fine. the rooms are slightly small but comfortable. breakfast was delicious, with fresh juice, yogurt, jams, cheese, moroccan pancakes, crepes, and bread. the mint tea was lovely too :) we enjoyed our stay and would recommend! i also left my camera bag in the car that came to pick us up at the airport. our driver the next day called the hotel for us. they checked both rooms and the reception area, then called the driver for us. i got it back in no time. thanks so much!

Riad Melhoun helped make Marakech our favorite city! The staff is beyond fabulous! Great spa with wonderful masseuses. The staff helped us in numerous ways: laundering, fabulous dinners and breakfasts,, helpful by going to the Culinary School to notify we would be late and guiding my husband there. Plus a great location! Rose petals on our dining table every night. Nice touches!

An unforgettable 4-day stay in this riad where all the staff were very attentive. Daily massage and visit of Marrakech thanks to a privileged location. A place where we will return without hesitation to spend unforgettable moments.
