Staff very helpful and store easy to find

Very small shop and nearly no choice for men

I’m a vip client of Louis Vuitton worldwide I never seen any boutique so unprofessional like this one in Marrakech the worst LV ever ! I bought a bag from Elisabeth Maas for my mom’s birthday to deliver it to her they promise me in 24 hours it will be delivered after the payment they call me the bag is damage we don’t have an other one you have to wait two weeks ! I was chocked they didn’t even check it before to sell it ! They don’t have a quality check ! This is the LV policy in Morocco ! Now she is not even bothered to reply to my emails and still the bag is not delivered and they damage my mom’s birthday surprise and gift really i never suggest to someone to buy from them .

Was delighted to discover Louis Vuitton next door to our Hotel, beautiful items and couldn’t resist a look inside.

Its a smaller LV store its not as big as many others i have been too and does not have the full selection of everything. Regardless its in a nice store located in a nice area away from most other shopping places.

Very knowledgable and welcoming staff. The coffee and water was a lovely touch.

Kleiner Laden aber sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiter konnten uns gut beraten. Tasche gekauft 😉

Horrible service, snotty sales lady. I walked in ready to buy a bag. Not realising that she was busy with someone else, I asked the sales lady a question. Who, rightly so, asked me to wait a minute while she is is busy with another customer, So I waited. But once the customer walked out of the store, the sales lady walked by me as if was air, totally ignoring my presence and went to chat with a man sitting on the other side of the store. 10 minutes later she still could not care less. Needles to say, the bag I bought today was a £3000 Gucci.

I had a great experience purchasing a perfume at Louis Vuitton. Hind was incredibly knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. She helped me find the perfect fragrance and made the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Hind, and Louis Vuitton for the amazing service! 6 may 2023
