This place has NOT changed name or remodeled or closed! It is still in the same location on 2nd floor of a small shopping center. It is located on a busy walking street and there are just so many touts. I went to look for this place twice today. First time wasn’t successful. The guys on the street will take you to another store and they are so terrible that they will lie to you that this place has renamed and that the pictures you’re looking at are old. I was taken to two different stores by two diffe rent guys, one of the guy i asked for help in Hotel Tazi! While I believe their products many be alright, I just don’t want to spend a cent in their store because of the way they trick people into their stores. So terrible. None of these guys can be trusted. Just don’t bother ask anyone for direction. Anyways, back to Herboristerie Firdaois. After having so much hard time looking for this place, I decided to post some pictures so hopefully they will be helpful for those of you looking for this place specifically. I’m providing the most recent picture of the entrance to the shopping center on the street. And their real business card front and back. Back side has the direction to find this place. I bought some argon oil, essential oil and saffron. The price isn’t cheap, I know that, but this place has good reviews and I didn’t want to bother with argon oil hunting in the souks, I just wanted to bring some decent gifts back to friends and family so I choose to trust their quality. The lady at the store is very nice and helpful. She is not pushy to sell any product at all. The bottles holding argon oil looked decent, and after purchase they were taped tight to avoid leakage in the suitcase. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The place is not that hidden but located in the mall on the pavewalk. The lady is very helpful and she explained us everything about the products and tested them as well before buying. Also she gave us several tips about the souks (markets) and how people behave, what to be aware of and to react in case of aggressive locals. I will return with an update about the products soon! ***ALERT*** Do NOT FOLLOW anyone who wants to take you in this store. They have cards from the store itself and they tell you that they will take you to Firdaous. Instead of that they will take to another store to take commission of the sales.

We did not have a good experience at this store. The owner Saida was quite pushy and almost rude. 1. My wife communicated with Saida over whatsapp and inquired about the price of argan oil. We realized it was almost double the price of another reputed Argan oil seller (from Agadir) and ended up getting it from there. Very happy with our choice. She started questioning my wife rudely as to "why did you message me about it and not buy from me?" We tried to side-step the discussion. But she repeated the same question a few times 2. We went there to buy rose and orange blossom oil/water from her. When we tried the oil, it was no different from other vendors and her price was a lot more. She started to say that no one else in the world has the true products like she does and others are just selling incorrectly marketed products. So we said sorry and started to leave. She became really rude with my wife at that point. My wife had to verbally push her back asking if every customer who messages her is required to buy her products. At that point, the owner stepped back. It does not matter how good/true the products are. You cant be questioning your customer's decisions in a rude way.

I bought alot from the shop and i made sure to use it for a few weeks before i give my honest review. I am sure i purchased almost 50% of every of their shop items. After using for almost 4 months, i must say only 2 of their products have been fitted into my (very comprehensive) skin care regime. I must say their star product is the Cream de Malarie de Peau & the Rose water. The Cream de malarie is a universial cream, used mainly for acne prone skin. I used it for the first week and my acne miraculously slow down. Now that i have no more acne, i use this cream when i have irritation, redness or pending-pimples. I even use it as a lip balm, its a really wonderful balm and i definitely will repurchase that. The rose water have a hint of honey, making it very hydrating. Idk if i would repurchase that because its kinda of bulky. In terms of their oils, i prefer the cactus seed oil instead of the argan. Its difficult to find good quality Cactus Seed oil and im glad to find a good one from them. Essential oil was okay, i didnt buy alot. I tried the rose oil but i am abit skeptical. I think its genuine but i think they are using a different type of rose and different part of the rose for distillation. I am used to using Damascus rose from Iran and they only use the petals of the rose (rather than the whole bulb). That form of extraction and work makes these oil very expensive, 5ml (50drops) for US$100. If you dont believe u can go to youtube and watch it yourself. I was attended by a young slim lady which seems abit quiet. I wanted to buy alot but that lady seems very lackadaisical. Fortunately, Saida came midway of my shopping and she is really knowledgable. She explain about how they extract it and the benefits of these individual oils. She also speak excellent english. Saida is the lady in a hijab, middle aged woman, wait for her to be in the stall when ure shopping! u wont regret talking to her!

In the madhouse world of fake árgan oil and scams everywhere, this is an authentic producer and retailer of the real thing. The owner, pictured here, is one you should look for when visiting as many phonies have caught on that this is the real place, and thus you may not know if you’re in the right store or not. And of course listening to your guides that get commissions from what you buy will recommend the places where they get paid the most, not looking out for your best interests.

Nice place to buy argan oil and rose water. Lady at the shop was very friendly and patient even we spent lots of time thinking what to buy or even asked a bunch of questions about the products. The store is not easy to find as it locates at the second floor of this building.

Wow! I cannot sing the praises of the lovely Saida more! One of our best experiences in Morocco! Saida takes her time to explain everything about natural remedies, oils, fragrance in such kind and attentive detail. We spent about 2 hours in this shop and had the best time. Ignore the horrible men trying to put her out of business in the mall below, she is located on the second floor Of a small mall in a little shop regardless of what these men try to tell you. Will Definitely be buying more of her wonderful bio products again!! Fantastic!

Friendly staff, quality products. Not easy to find (in a small shopping center on the 1st floor). Cards accepted.

We found this shop based on a few articles online. We accidentally sent to the shop on the street first before finding the shop (it's upstairs in an arcade so a bit hidden). The owner was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain the argan oil. We have used a bit already and it's worked wonders.

Walk into the mall and straight through the hall to the big open staircase. Turn right and you're at the shop! It's a great store with really nice argan oil, and it was so nice to talk with the woman who runs the shop. Definitely stop here for argan oil (both for cooking and skincare) and other cosmetic oils.

Place to be for buying real argan oil! Shop is situated in small shopping mall; take the stairs in the centre of the mall and the shop is direct at the right hand site. The lady is friendly and helpful. There are multiple sizes of argan oil. You can call her for advice or for help or just to sure she is open

I read about this place in the Vogue magazine article. It was a bit confusing to find it but definitely worth it. Their Argan oil is the real deal and the wife and husband running the store, own the business that makes the oil as well so they can tell you all about Argan oil.

Nice little family shop with lovely lady. We found directions in another review. Argan oil 100mL is 150 dirham, scented is 180. Decent prices.

It can be hard to find real argan and essential oils on the Souks in Marrakech as ~90% of the products are either diluted or fake. Herboristerie Firdaous is a family run business that sells the genuine articles at high quality and for fair prices. The woman who runs the store is named Saida and she is very knowledgable about the products as her family not only sell the products but also produce them. She allowed me to sample the products, explained how they were produced and was not trying to persuade me to purchase anything that I didn't want. Saida also helped me with questions about where to shop for items she didn't sell and even recommended a Hammam to me (for which she was not receiving commission) as I wanted to experience a place that is used by the local population. Overall my experience at Herboristerie Firdaous was a refreshing one given the number of scams and fake goods in Marrakech. Saida is a smart business woman who prioritises quality, customer service and fair prices over short term profit. Be sure to go to the first floor of the mall where the shop is located on the right hand side. Do not listen to touts outside as they do not work with Saida and are merely trying to take you to another store and capitalise on her success. Give this shop a visit- you will not be dissapointed!

Amazing quality of oils both for cooking and for cosmetic purposes. The shop is upstairs on the right. There are people on the ground floor entrance who pretend that they are the shop owners but please do pass them and make sure you reach to the first floor! If you don’t see the lady and the shop is closed, do call her (see the WhatsApp number picture posted - you will find this on the real shop entrance on the first floor). We saw a mix of locals as well as the tourists buying oils. We tried the argan oil last night, it was very good!

The owner of the shop was very helpful. The prices are good and you are sure you are buying thd right product and not getting scammed. We bought some argan oil. It's a bit hard to find the store - you need to take the staircase from ground floor to 1st floor. The store is located just right from the staircase. It can be easily missed because the store is rather small.

If you want argon oil (150 dirham for 100ml) or any Moroccan oil (rose, orange flower, among others) this is your place! Just confidently enter the galerie essalam (unsure on spelling but the sign is huge). Do not stop and talk to anyone just proceed to the second floor. The shop there to the right at the top of the stairs. This place has been in business for many years now and isn’t going anywhere. They don’t work with “guides” who bring tourists there. They aren’t closed. The name didn’t change. Just go upstairs and be greeted by the kindest woman who will explain the whole extraction process and benefits to you. I’ll be back!

Wonderful place. The woman who owns the place with her husband is a wonderful resource. She explained things so well and prices are very very reasonable. She was also very good at giving good tips on things to do in Marrakech. Do not get some guide to go in here. They will charge a lot from you. This lady has great prices so don’t give your money to some guide. The location is inside of a mall and you walk upstairs to the second floor.

Like all other reviews say, the shop is owned bij aan very lovely lady who takes her time telling all the things you need to know about all the products. Been here before in 2017 and i’m happy to be back. She even envited me and my girfriend to have diner with her at her house. Whatsapp her before you go there! +212 (0)671-844599. Untill next time!

Small shop inside the Mall in the first floor. The owner is really friendly and helpful. If you want to get there, be careful not to follow the guys at the entrance of the Mall as they want to bring you to another store which appearently sells some lower quality stuff. Just go inside the Mall and to the first floor, there you'll find it.

I found this place while reading up on where to buy authentic argan oil when in Morocco. Initially the place was a little difficult to find due to all the guides outside pointing you in the wrong direction, DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. You can find the store inside the Galerie Essalam on the second floor. On my second visit I was attended to by Saida, she is very kind and knowledgeable. She is extremely helpful and helped me out with which products to buy based on my concerns. I ended up buying their argan oil, argan soap, black soap, clay mask and visage cream. So far I've only used the argan oil, argan soap and black soap, and they are all working well for me, especially the black soap and argan oil. Highly recommend!

120 dirhams for 100ml of argal oil. You got to enter the small mall and go to the first floor to find it.

Extremely disappointed! I bought a few oils from this store and among them, prickly pear oil which was the most expensive. I opened this oil 2 months after I bought it and it was very rancid. So disappointing! I came to this store trusting other reviews but I would not buy anything else again from here.

This is an amazing shop. Their products are excellent quality. Mohamed, the owner produces most of their products from scratch and his wife Saida works in their shop. Exceptional quality.

The lady there are very friendly and told us how to use each of product. The product quality are just average compare to the french aromatic product which I used for years. But the price are almost the same as french brand. Rose essential oil is cheap but with strong smell of chemical.

👍👍 The best hammam experience I’ve had jn Morocco. The prices are fair for the service provided.
