Wir haben vor einer Weile eine große Marokko Rundreise gebucht und waren wirklich begeistert. Marokko ist ein absolutes Traumziel. Die Architektur, Farben, Gerüche und gastfreundlichen Menschen, die uns auf der Reise begegnet sind… einfach toll. Auf der Tour haben wir so beeindruckende Orte kennen lernen dürfen und haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte unser Reiseleiter Mohammed Saadouni, der sich mit sehr viel Engagement und Herzblut um jeden Einzelnen aus unserer Gruppe gekümmert hat. Er hat die Reise reibungslos organisiert, ist unheimlich hilfsbereit auf jedes Bedürfnis der Mitreisenden eingegangen und hat uns immer mit interessanten Informationen über Land und Leute versorgt, ohne dass es jemals runtergeleiert, auswendig gelernt oder aufdringlich gewirkt hat, was man sonst häufig von geführten Touren oder Ausflügen kennt. Mohammed hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste und ist auf Fragen mit viel Gewissenheit, Offenheit und Witz eingegangen. Durch ihn hat man wirklich einen tollen Einblick ins Land und die Kultur bekommen. Auch das Zusatzprogramm hat uns gut gefallen, obwohl wir bei sowas eher zurückhaltend sind. Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt und ist seinen Preis absolut wert! Nur eine Anmerkung: Bitte nehmt die Kutschfahrt aus dem Programm. Den Umgang mit den Pferden sollte man nicht fördern… Mein Mann und ich werden diese Reise garantiert wiederholen, dann aber auf jeden Fall wieder bei Mohammed, dem wir einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verdanken. Wir wünschen ihm das Allerbeste und möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken!

We've been in February to Marrakech. Did there a tour with meeting point... bad decision. The tour was nice, but after two days I've seen they've charged my credit card twice. I called the guy we booked with and he wanted to check and get back to us. After a few days I texted him again and he said they need to wait till the end of the month to see all the payments. After this I texted him again and he said there was only one payment, I sent him screenshots of the booking from my credit card where you can see it has been charged twice, but he couldn't help. We were already back in Germany, so we contacted the company we booked our holiday with, they couldn't help us either. We texted the meeting point directly online, about 10 times, but never got a reply. Very disappointed in the lack of service... and 150€ are gone for nothing, that's a lot for students like us.

Mit dem sehr erfahrenen, rücksichtsvollen und umsichtigen Reiseleiter Mohamed Saadouni kein Problem, wie sich schnell herausstellte. Er vermittelte uns mit seiner symphatischen Art tiefe Einblicke in die Kultur, Wirtschaft und Geographie seiner Heimat. Perfekte Organisation ließ allen Mitreisenden unserer Reisegruppe dieses faszinierende Land mit seinen aufmerksamen, sehr freundlichen und respektvollen Menschen näherbringen. Nicht zuletzt durch die ausgezeichneten deutschen Sprachkenntnisse von Mohamed und auch der Local Guides in den faszinierenden Königsstädten, durften wir ein lebendiges und wundervolles Marokko kennenlernen. Den Blick geschärft für das moderne Leben und sich zeitgleich dem Gefühl hinzugeben in eine andere, zurückliegende Zeit einzutauchen, ließen die Tage zu einer unvergesslichen Reise werden. Die Stimmung in der Gruppe war gut. Ladekabel oder Medikament im letzten Hotel vergessen; kein Problem: Es gab immer eine Lösung. 😅 Die vielfältige Natur mit ihren schneebedeckten Bergen des Atlasgebirges, die Farben der Schluchten, fruchtbare Oasen sowie ein Sonnenuntergang am Rande der Erg Chebbi Wüste waren ein Erlebnis. Die marokkanische Küche hat uns immer wieder mit leckeren Spezialitäten überrascht. Meine Favoriten waren übrigens Tajine mit Lamm oder Zitronenhähnchen😋 Die Hotels waren für eine Rundreise okay und falls einmal etwas fehlte, wurde uns aufmerksam und spontan geholfen. Unser Fahrer Abdullah hielt den Reisebus stets sauber und geleitete uns sicher auf allen Wegen. Über den Kooperationspartner Meeting Point war die Möglichkeit geboten, Ergänzungen zum Programm oder der Verpflegung hinzuzubuchen. Wir haben dieses Angebot gerne genutzt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Beispielsweise die Besichtigung der riesigen Hassan II Moschee in Casablanca, geführt von Moses, stimmte sehr ergriffen. Eine Übernachtung direkt in der Wüste hätte leider den zeitlichen Rahmen gesprengt...deshalb nur ein Sonnenuntergang und dann beim nächsten Mal vielleicht mehr..., Essen musste man ohnehin, und die zusätzlichen Mahlzeiten waren stets lecker. Manch verstecktes, märchenhaft schönes Restaurant im Innenhof, mit spezieller Küche und gutem Niveau, beispielsweise in der Medina von Fes, hätte ich alleine nie gefunden. Alles in allem eine runde Sache. Nun träumen wir von unserer Reise im "Coronaschlaf" und können es kaum erwarten wiederzukommen 😁

Im April 2019 durften wir eine Rundreise durch Marokko erleben. Begleitet hat uns Frau Amina die über ein wahnsinniges Wissen über Land und Leute erzählt. Sehr herzlich und freundlich betreut durch Sie wurde unsere Marokko Reise zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Diese Reiseleiterin kann man sehr empfehlen👍👍👍👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WARNING: SEE THESE "GENTLEMAN" FROM MEETING POINT, BEST ADVISE IS TO RUN...as staying at la branda aqua park in marrakech one, of your henchmen at the hotel thought he step in to challenge my complaint. Nothing to do with him, no need to threaten me and try to undermine a genuine concern, here is a picture of him at the reception counter. His collegue from meeting point habib can provide his details. His concerns and interventions were not needed, in fact his overtures made matters worse..

I would highly recommend this company, whether it is to book your whole holiday package with or whilst your there to book excursions through. I found Mohamed Amarra extremely friendly and helpful. He could answer all my questions and concerns. Made me and my friends very welcome, nothing was too much to ask from him. Always greeted us with a smile and warm welcome each day we were there. Thank you for making my holiday stress free and fun!

Terrible ! Stay away from this company We planned a trip to see the waterfalls and was told it took 2 hours.4 hours later we finally made it to see 2 hours of the waterfall to be told we are now leaving. After a 5 hour journey home as we had to wait another hour for a different bus to take us home. Everyone on our journey was tired and went to complain to have no apology and no refund. Stay aware book someone else

Anfangs hatte ich vom Meeting Point Marocco noch ein gutes Gefühl nachdem dafür auch angesehene deutsche Reiseportale werben... Nach drei Buchungen bin ich restlos enttäuscht auch wenn die Guides wahrscheinlich keine Schuld daran haben. Bei einer Atlas Tour wurden wir in eine Verkaufsshow gezwungen und bei einer Buchung der Marrakesch Stadtbesichtugung bestand es nur noch bzw fast ausschließlich auf Promotion Verkaufsshow! Schlimmer geht's nicht! Da sind sogar noch die Ettenhuber Busreisen / Kaffeefahrten weniger dreist! Ich werde nie wieder etwas über FTI/Meeting Point Morocco buchen! Das ist eine absolute Frechheit! Gerade renommierte Reiseagenturen beschmutzen dadurch ihren Namen anscheinend verdienen sie zu viel Geld... Danke für nichts FTI bzw Meeting Point International GmbH Marocco...

I traveled to Marrakech last October and found waiting for us at the airport, the agency delegate who greeted us warmly and who was a young blonde-haired called Mohamed to take us with the driver to the point of our stay, which was like a riad inside the beautiful alleys of the city, it was a pleasant experience, I would like to thank Mohamed who was following us On the phone, he gives us everything we ask for, and I also thank all the cheerful people of Marrakech

We stayed at the Aqua Fun Club through this company and the reps weren't very good. On our first day we were given our welcome talk and encouraged to book trips through the company. We were also told that on the day before our departure to hand over our travel voucher as our rep will organise this for us. She seemed friendly enough and assured us she was also around so any problems contact her. Luckily enough we didn't have any issues so I can't judge based on that. She did seem a bit annoyed when she realised we booked trips without her help, however the trips offered by this company were overpriced and not what we were looking for. We had a different rep on our last day he was not interested in helping us. I gave him the travel voucher first thing in the morning as we were off to the souks and weren't expected back until 3ish and he said that we must come back at 1. I explained we would not be back by then and he said well you need to be back by 3 because that's when I go home. When we arrived back at 10 to 3 he hadn't even made the phone call to the travel company yet!! He also could not give us any info regarding the shuttle bus service that was being run and told us to go to reception for info, however we were told by the female rep that we were to go to them for the shuttle bus.

We was told by our rep that best time to go to the souk was in morning . We heard bad things about the evening and afternoon so the idea booked and payed £51 pound for a so called romantic horse and carriage ride at night . Once we payed we found out was the souk it takes us to when it's so busy you can't move , ppl we know went 2 days before we were supposed to go and they said they will never go again someone was hit by a car and was left with no help . So we tried contact our rep to cancel reception at hotel tried she wasn't answering her mobile at all to cancel this and was knowhere to be seen my partner was ill as well. When a different rep for same company was there he contacted her and she answered then my sister spoke to her and she said that all details were given to rep there and said he's been looking for us and we looked at him and he said he hasn't ! . So I lost £51 for a booking that we cancelled due to the fact she could not be arsed being there total dissatisfied and disappointed with this company very poor very very poor will not use these again

Mohamad (one of the meeting point representatives) at the labranda rose aqua Parc Hotel is an extremely rude, arrogant and inconsiderate human being. On the final day of our holiday, it had just come to my attention that we needed hard copies of our boarding passes and when i asked the hotel receptionist if he could print them for us, he said he couldnt and pointed me into the direction of Mohamad at the meeting point desk. Mohamad wanted me to give him 80 dirhams to print 4 boarding passes. He's a con artist and a thief. Also don't book tours with this company, they are charging double/sometimes triple the amount of money that TripAdvisor, viator, get your guide, etc charges and the service is well below what you would expect for the price you pay. Book with reputable tour companies like TripAdvisor, viator, getyourguide etc. You will get much more reasonable prices and will have a much more positive experience. Don't trust the con artists and thieves at meeting point (Mohamad at labranda rose aqua parc)
