Very bad service. High prices for the worst pool you can experience the water is saty and burns so bad your eyes!. The staff wont even care most of the toys children activitys arent working you just have 1 tiny kids pool and other is not big for adults! Avoid this place if you can cannot recommend to my worst enemys

Very bad customer service, staff is arrogant and does not cooperate with you. Place is really basic, nothing special besides a couple of pools. Palmiya is way better for families with kids, cleaner, and better customer service. I do not recommend this place.

I lliked most the pool resrved for women. It need more variety in the food menu. The prices are fair and is suitable for families with children.

A nice place to swim and have fun. Be warned that the swimming pool is not too big nor deep ( 1.5m )

It is ridiculous how these people treat you in the way like you're not paying your ticket,the water is also full of chlore and also the restauration is a 0/10 i don't recommend it at all,and this was the worst swimming pool i've experienced until now.

Practically had the place to ourselves as it was not so warm (23 degrees) staff were super helpful and friendly. They were also great with our kids ( 2 and 4 year old). There are 3 pools plus one for women only. Small scale place but we liked it like that. It is a bit "rough around the edges" if you are used to European standards but that didn't detract from our experience at all.

The food is very expensive, especially when it is forbidden to bring food into the pool. The price does not match the quality of the pools. They are very small and not filled with water. The toilets are dirty. The staff was good, which is the only good point.
