Honestly hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. I can’t recommend this Riad highly enough. Sarah, Elena and Amal amongst all the other staff made our stay so memorable we decided to extend our stay. The attention to detail and amazing customer service was beyond anything I’d ever experienced. Must must must stay while visiting Marrakesh.

We were made to feel incredibly welcome from the start of our stay to the end. The Riad is beautiful and clean. The area is 100% safe. Wonderful rooftop for breakfast and lounging in the sun. Their hammam is worth a visit! Loved our stay!!

As a global luxury traveler I have to say this Riad exceeded my expectations in every respect. Location is perfect for medina exploration. Food and food service was great but the truly outstanding characteristic was the front desk/staff care and attention to their guests. Hind (our concierge) made us feel welcome, safe and attended to in every way. We stayed at a Fairmont and a Four Seasons (Casablanca and Tangier) and the service here was equal or better 😎

An absolutely incredible experience. The staff at the Kheirredine are the best that I've ever come across in any hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional, and excellent at their jobs. My wife and I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and the riad far exceeded our expectations. The concierge helped with everything from activities, to dinner recommendations, to tips on getting around the city. Marrakesh is a busy and exciting city, but the Kheirredine made it easier for us to navigate, and a much more special experience. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend it to anyone coming to stay. A few highlights: - the prices at the riad were extremely fair, between dinners and any extras, like alcohol and snacks - delicious breakfast included each morning - they provide you with a phone to contact them at any point for cab pickups or help with whatever you need like navigating the city - amazing concierge to help with plans. We arranged a medina tour and a hot air balloon ride - incredibly quick and great room service - free laundry service was a life saver - we booked the Imperial Suite, it was massive and spacious. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day

This is a truly special Riad. We stayed for 6 nights, and did not want to leave. The rooms, common spaces, restaurant, and hammam are exquisitely designed and decorated to create a luxurious, personal, and peaceful experience. Every physical detail has been thought through and executed beautifully. But the most striking thing for me about Riad Kheirredine are the people who work there. The genuine kindness and warmth of the staff is different from any hotel I have ever visited. The staff magically anticipated our needs and made us feel like family. Every request we made was met with exceptional warmth and care. Picture the best concierge experience you’ve had and multiply that by 10! They arranged guides to orient us to the souks, drivers to take us to various activities, and even helped us arrange a complicated shopping situation. And the restaurant is excellent and offers a wonderful variety of Moroccan and Italian options. You will not regret booking here!!

The whole hotel is beautiful, the service is the best we have had in all of Morocco. They are very caring and looked after us all the time. Their breakfast is perfect, also if you want to rest, it's a great place because it's not noisy and yet it's in the city center. All recommendations, I am very satisfied!!

Amazing stay, cannot recommend Riad Kheirredine enough. We were made to feel so welcome, Elena and the ladies at reception organised everything for us, from a city tour and cooking course to a trip to the Atlas mountains, it was perfect. An excellent Riad with top notch service. It's located a bit further from the main square and easy to get lost, but the Riad offers a service where someone is always available to walk you out and you can call them (they provide a phone) to have someone meet you to walk you back to the Riad. We ate dinner there a couple of times and food was excellent. Breakfast was always great as well. The room we booked was large and the amenities provided were great. They provide a free laundry option as well which was helpful! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Where should I begin? Location, views, amenities, facilities, spa (wow wow wowwww) cousine, breakfast, staff !!!! This Riad is the true meaning of high end, Boutique hospitality. It was the second time I visited Marrakech, and second time I have stayed at Riad Kheirredine. I am a designer and artist and aesthetics are very important to me when traveling. It’s often difficult to find a place that is beautiful yet also keep amazing service and facilities. This one absolutely does. And the staff, so caring and thoughtful. Every little detail is thought of. They know what you want before you even do. Siham and Jana had been taking care of me in the most respectful, warm hospitality. The even decorated our room for my friend’s birthday 🥹 Truly feels like home. Thank you🫶🏽 Can not wait to be back.

Elena was a perfect host, she took care of everything we needed during our stay. The Riad is absolutely beautiful. The food is excellent, we ordered the lamb shoulder in advance which was delicious. They serve a really nice breakfast until 1 pm. The service in the restaurant was excellent and they cared about all our wishes.

This is a Riad in Medina, research this term if you don't know what that is or means. This Riad was a wonderful experience full of surprises.  Such as the gorgeous views from the top of the Riad, the Aragon oil soap, lotion and conditioner which I discovered is a thing that exists, providing tons of bottled water and the insanely large breakfast.  Trying to recreate their Moraccan crapes will be my first order of business when I'm home! The staff really looked out for me in a very detailed manner which is extremely helpful because Marrakech is highly confusing. Such as escorting me through the maze that is Medina while also assisting with my cooking spices shopping, providing a cell phone to contact the Riad if necessary, suggesting and making dinner reservations, calling a cab and escorting me to it, and just being an overall delight to be around and chat with!

They go above and beyond for the guests. The 10/10 morning breakfast (included), transfer from the airport (included) and the service of walking us to and from the main square so we didn’t get lost (included), are just a few of the added extras that made this trip so special. The hotel itself is also absolutely stunning, pictures don’t do it justice! If you can, try and book with them directly, as you can imagine the email responses are also super efficient!

An absolutely incredible stay at a beautifully traditional yet luxurious 5 star Riad. Staff - From the moment you arrive you do not feel like a guest but a part of a family. The staff's genuine and heartfelt back and forth is complimented by their extreme professionalism. Every member of staff is excellent but a few honourable mentions, Brahim is amazing and extremely professional, Yassine is fun and feels like an old friend. All of the wonderful ladies on the front desk who arranged our trips and airport transfers, nothing was to much trouble. Even the night guards greet you with a warm smile at any hour. Location - A short walk from the heart of the Medina, just outside the hustle and bustle so extremely peaceful on the roof terrace and quiet in the Riad. A short three minute walk down the safe and quirky alleys of Marrakesh and you are in the amazing souks. Rooms - We were fortunate enough to have an Imperial Suite, it was excellent. Clean, spacious, beautiful details all throughout the room with quality materials used throughout. The cleaning service and dress down each day was meticulous with amazing levels of detail. The rooms soaps and shampoo were of excellent quality and topped up each day. Food and drink - Fantastic selection of food and drink, the three course Moroccan set meal is a must. They also serve non Moroccan dishes which are excellent, the beef fillet was delicious. Wide range of beers and spirits at reasonable prices comparable to European hotels, the cocktails are very nice especially the Hendrick’s Q Poivre! We look forward to our next trip to Marrakesh and would not hesitate in staying here again. See you again very soon!

What an amazing place. The Riad in the heart on the Medina is a true hideaway. Our stay in March was just fantastic. The Riad itself is luxirous but relaxed, the team is truly amazing. It's feels like coming home, staying with friens, All of them are so friendly and just lovely. The Chef is more than delighted if you challenge him with special wishes. Everybody is just taking care of you. We definetly will come back!

We had an absolute wonderful stay here in July 2022 for 4 nights. This Riad takes service to a new level. Every single staff delivers a high level of service which is unique for even a luxury hotel. We really enjoyed the feeling of almost having the place to ourselves. There are plenty of small lounge areas so you feel very private. You can have your meals wherever you want but sitting on the roof terrace is wonderful when the sun sets. The breakfast is amazing with fresh fruits, pastries, bread and then whatever else you want to pick from a menu at no extra cost. You can also order coffee and water at no cost throughout the day. We also had fruit and cookies in our room every day. It's a small thing but very nice! The staff will help you with whatever you need and there is always someone at hand to escort you in the labyrinth of the medina but you'll soon get the hang of it. We never felt scared walking through the small alleys, even at night, but it would be tricky if you got lost. Our phones didn't work well but we were given a mobile phone by the hotel so we could get in contact with them whenever we were out and wanted to be picked up. They also arranged for taxis when we needed (standard fixed rate for rides in central Marrakesh seemed to be €5). We wanted to come back to this Riad while we were in Morocco but changed our plans but we will definitely stay here again next time we visit. Million thanks to the entire staff!

My boyfriend planned a surprise birthday trip to Marrakech and Riad Kheirredine helped organise our stay. They ensured everything was perfect and it most definitely was! The breakfast that they served daily was delicious. Additionally, our room has such exquisite interiors and they even made sure to clean our room not once but TWICE everyday! The staff were all so hospitable and helpful, they would walk us to our destinations, book us taxis, book our restaurants and even provide us with medicine when needed. The Riad also provided us with a phone with a SIM card, which helped us stay in touch with them and also access local maps, directories, etc when needed. My Boyfriend and I had a wonderful time in Marrakech and we will most definitely be back. Most certainly, with Riad Kheirredine.

A lovely place to be in the medina with truly exceptional staff. They are attentive, kind and warm. The rooms are lovely and the views spectacular. The front desk staff really take the time to get to know you and to recommend things you might enjoy doing. Will be back!

An amazing holiday at an amazing riad with the most amazingly kind, friendly, helpful and diligent staff throughout that I have ever met. The service levels were exceptional, the decor is so beautiful, the food superb, and there was not a single thing to fault. A truly 5 star experience.

Rightly deserves the great reviews this Riad gets. It’s a lovely calm oasis in the middle of the fantastically hectic Marrakesh. My favourite part of our stay was how nice and welcoming the staff were. Little touches like if you book your taxis with them, even at night, one of the staff would be at the taxi drop off point to walk you through the winding streets back to the Riad. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone there is so nice. Rooms are lovely, food is great too.

This Riad in the medina was absolutely fantastic. The key point here that is repeated across many reviews is the service standards. Everyone simply cannot do enough for you but a special shout out to Elena and Ibrahim for making our stay extra special. The riad is a bit of a walk from the taxi point but there is always someone to accompany you so you don't get lost and part of the charm is walking through the old streets into the oasis of the riad. The cleaning staff always did a wonderful job with the room. We loved the hotel and can't wait to return.

Sometimes you just get lucky. That's how we felt the moment we arrived at the Kheirredine! It’s tucked away in a quiet residential part of the Medina which we loved because it's peaceful and quiet and away from the chaos of the medina and allowed us to relax and feel at home. I can't say enough good things about the staff! We are in hotels frequently, and I am admittedly fussy, and the service, kindness and professionalism of the staff blew us away. The property itself is gorgeous and we stayed in two different rooms. Both were lovely, and you can just tell tremendous thought and attention has gone into every detail. I'd also like to call out the cleaning staff for being so terrific, our rooms were spotless and the people were so nice. I really just can't say enough about the entire staff. The rooftop dining provides a dinner menu with three options - Moroccan, International, and Italian (the owner is Italian), and all of it is exceptional. Some of the best meals we had in Morocco were at the Riad. Definitely try to eat at least one dinner there. I've stayed at five star properties in Marrakesh, including Mamounia, but wanted my husband to have an authentic, intimate experience in the Medina, and we will absolutely go back to this lovely oasis. We'd also like to thank the staff for being so warm and welcoming. This place is a gem!

My husband and I have stayed in hotels all around the world and know we’ll never have a stay as remarkable as Riad Kheirredine! The property is truly stunning. Someday I hope to design parts of my house like the rooftop terrace. I could have lounged there all day every day. And I am that person who always finds stranger’s hairs in even the nicest hotel rooms. This Riad was the cleanest establishment I’ve ever stayed at. The cleaning crew is incredible. And the best meals we had in Morocco were at the Riad. Definitely eat at least one dinner there. While the property itself is luxurious and inspired, the team at Riad Kheirredine truly made our time in Marrakech a wonderful experience! This was my husband and my first time in Africa and we were admittedly a bit nervous. We always had help from the riad! They guided us anywhere, anytime. By our last day we knew our route at last but really appreciated them walking us around the Medina for our comfort. Everyone was sincerely caring and helpful. A special shoutout to Elena, Arjane, Jana, Ibrahim and Karim. We loved our stay so much we asked if the owner had any other properties anywhere in the world that we could visit. I honestly think we might not have loved our visit to Marrakech if we had stayed elsewhere. Thank you all for the care you take and the kindness you show!

Quite literally the best service I’ve experienced at any hotel anywhere. The staff were wonderful and they pay attention to every detail. That’s also reflected in the property which you can tell was lovingly done with no expense spared. There was never a thing to worry about while staying at Riad Kheirredine. They took care of everything from ensuring you have water or a phone(!) to laundry done to your specifications to double checking reservations we made for dinner (all included - no extra charges for anything). I honestly don’t have a single complaint! It’s also in a quiet residential part of the Medina which we loved because it got us out of the tour group chaos and allowed us to relax and feel at home. If you’re in Marrakech, there’s no where else to stay - Mamounia couldn’t possibly be this good!
