Cannot begin to explain how incredible our stay at Olinto has been. For starters, the grounds and gardens are impeccable. The entire place is filled with flowers, lush trees, and beautiful sitting areas throughout. You are truly staying in a garden oasis in the mountains. Our pavilion where we slept was perfectly designed and took our breath away when we first walked in. We stayed in the Eucalyptus pavilion which has its own private pool and patio area. Also included a rooftop which was amazing to have a glass of wine before sunset. And now for the incredible staff! From the moment of check-in until our final day, the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you have the chance to come to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco - this is THE place to stay. We will be back :)

Just opened and insanely beautiful. Luxury and complete escape. Feels like a different world, perhaps an elegant Italian or French villa, but screams Moroccan in every way. Hard to describe and is unlike any place I’ve ever stayed. Only 9 villas in the entire hotel and we had our own private infinity pool. Everything is well thought out. Every design in every room, or well manicured planting in luscious nature, had a purpose. Care, thoughtfulness and impeccable design. Staff is beyond anything you have experienced. My wife forgot something and they ran to the local store to buy it. The drinks and food are 10/10. Everything was sublime. They can also make/provide almost anything you ask for. This is a HUGE benefit and reminds you of the level of care they have for their guests. Pool and lounge beds were extremely comfortable and very spacious. Loved every minute of this place. One of a kind. Truly.

This hotel is truly amazing. Only open for 4 months but already impeccable. We stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms, food and staff were magnificent. The last night we were upgraded to a room with private pool. They also arranged a very special private dinner for us where the wonderful chef prepared a lovely 3 course vegetarian meal for us. To top it off, we received a complimentary massage since the spa was not yet up and running. The staff there was so kind and helpful. Especially Youssef and Soufian, and a special thanks to Jamie the manager for making sure we had a magical experience. We will definitely be coming back!

We’ve had a memorable lunch at Olinto today. Aside from the delicious food, the staff’s kindness and attention to detail is out of this world. A special thank you to Kamal who took time to show us around the gorgeous views, the olive plantations and pavillons after lunch. We’ll definitely come back!

The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. They set the standard for service, atmosphere, comfort and best overall experience. The staff are both friendly and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding....the best food we have had in 3 weeks. The gardens are wonderful...with lots of variety and comfortable little nooks to sit and relax in.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Marrakech in early October and anyone visiting should consider a trip to this breathtaking oasis in the mountains. Immaculately manicured gardens, beautifully designed pavilions and impeccable service make this a must visit. Fabrizio and Jamie are building something very special and while I wish I could keep it a secret, others deserve to experience this magical retreat.

The most amazing hotel experience EVER Review of Olinto Reviewed 2 days ago It is difficult to find a proper starting point when describing this exceptional, this one-of-a-kind facility – I hesitate to even use the word “hotel”…perhaps EXPERIENCE is a better noun. Olinto is the complete package, exceeding anything I’ve seen in my many years of travel, and I will try to break down my impressions by category. THE GROUNDS There are at least 6 gardeners who maintain the massive and dramatic landscape into which The Olinto is nestled. The property has been created in a massive olive grove, and there are fruit and flower trees, everywhere. Streams growing water lilies run through the grounds, and winding paths allow visitors to stroll freely and appreciate the lushness surrounding them fully. There is a very large swimming pool, and another, smaller heated pool located near the spa and hammam area. Additionally, carefully placed around the grounds are cozy seating areas and a beautifully covered, very large gazebo where several guests can eat, drink, relax and enjoy. This property is absolutely a paradise and will make you feel as though you just discovered heaven on earth. THE PAVILLIONS The pavilions are beyond belief – no detail has been overlooked and the attention put into the design and functionality of each suite is beyond measure. We stayed in the Lavender pavilion ( each one is named after a flower.) I am quite sure the reception staff thought I had lost my mind when I first entered the suite and I will let the attached photographs speak for themselves. Suffice to say that I have never encountered such elegance and beauty in any kind of accommodation worldwide. This is first class and without compare. THE STAFF The Olinto has a literal dream team of staff in all areas: from reception to dining to maintenance, you will come away from this experience feeling as though you are part of a family. I particularly want to mention Mohcine and Youssef who simply could not have been any kinder or more accommodating to our dining and all around needs. Olinto’s staff do their job from their hearts and it shows in every word they say and every move they make…I have never felt more welcomed or cared for and I do not believe there is another hotel anywhere who have better staff than this group. 10/10 to all of you. I am and always will be overwhelmed by your service. I DO HOPE I have an opportunity to return to The Olinto, but in case I do not, thank you so very much from a Calgarian who will never forget this amazing experience. XOXOXOXO

So we have stayed at some of the nost prestige places in Morocco including the Royal Monsour. Olinto meets and surpasses those places. The food we had was the best food we have ever had in Morocco. You will be very impressed if you choose to stay here!
