I've
never
felt
the
need
to
write
such
a
scathing
review,
but
my
experience
at
Polyclinic
Narcisses
has
left
me
no
choice.
The
level
of
frustration
I've
endured
here
is
beyond
belief.
To
begin
with,
trying
to
contact
this
clinic
is
an
absolute
nightmare.
Their
phone
lines
are
an
exercise
in
futility.
It's
as
if
they've
made
a
sport
out
of
not
answering
calls.
When
you
finally
do
get
through,
they
put
you
on
hold
indefinitely,
as
if
your
time
isn't
valuable.
And
just
when
you
think
you
might
get
a
response,
they
abruptly
hang
up
after
around
10
minutes.
It's
beyond
infuriating!
I
cannot
comprehend
how
a
healthcare
facility
can
be
so
careless
and
callous
in
their
approach
to
patient
communication.
When
you're
dealing
with
people's
health
and
well-being,
responsiveness
should
be
an
absolute
priority.
Sadly,
it's
not
the
case
at
Polyclinic
Narcisses.
It's
deeply
concerning
that
they
play
games
with
patients'
health
and
don't
seem
to
care
one
bit.
The
lack
of
respect
for
patients
is
astonishing.
This
clinic
has
shown
a
shocking
disregard
for
basic
courtesy
and
professionalism.
I
implore
anyone
seeking
medical
attention
to
steer
clear
of
Polyclinic
Narcisses.
The
frustration
and
stress
I've
endured
in
trying
to
simply
get
in
touch
with
them
is
not
worth
it.
It's
an
absolute
disservice
to
the
community
when
a
healthcare
provider
behaves
in
such
a
negligent
and
unprofessional
manner.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
management
of
Polyclinic
Narcisses
takes
these
reviews
seriously
and
makes
immediate
changes
to
their
communication
and
customer
service
practices.
Patients
deserve
better,
and
the
current
state
of
affairs
is
nothing
short
of
unacceptable.
