Great place with great coach! I haven’t worked out in years and I have been able to build muscle and be at the weight I want to. The coach is very knowledgeable and tells you what you need to do. I live in California and have been working out with Youssef remotely by video since the start of the pandemic, when my gym shut down. Now that my gym is open again, I’m not going back!!! I love doing fitness with Youssef. There is nothing like having a personal trainer, and his attention to detail and safety is terrific. Earlier this year I underwent a major surgery, and Youssef has been the cornerstone of my physical training recovery. He’s excellent with step-by-step recovery, with gradually increasing the intensity and variation of the workouts, as I strengthen. Finding Youssef was a great move for me, and I encourage others to join the fun!
