I
ordered
a
cake
for
my
birthday.
I
went
to
pick
it
up
and
the
cashier
partially
opened
the
cake
box
that
was
looking
good.
I
came
home
and
when
I
completely
saw
the
cake
I
was
really
disappointed.
It
looked
like
a
mouse
ate
a
part
of
it
and
it
didn't
have
a
circular
shape
at
all.
If
you
go
to
a
cake
shop
to
order
a
cake
you
expect
that
they
will
make
it
more
beautiful
than
the
one
you
can
bake
by
yourself
at
home
(it
supposed
to
be
their
profession).
They
said
to
me
there
was
nothing
wrong
with
the
cake,
just
it
didn't
look
perfect.
Why
should
we
pay
for
a
cake
in
a
cake
shop
if
the
one
in
Coles
&
Woolworths
are
perfect
and
cheaper?
Honestly
both
are
unhealthy
and
I
can
add
that
the
quality
was
quite
low.
I
chose
the
Hazelnut
Chocolate
Cake
that
didn't
have
even
a
light
smell
or
taste
of
Hazelnut.
It
was
just
100%
sugar.
I
couldn't
even
taste
chocolate
as
its
taste
was
covered
by
sugar.
They
didn't
want
to
refund
me
and
they
didn't
want
to
deliver
me
a
new
one.
They
asked
me,
some
hours
before
the
party,
to
go
to
take
a
replacement.
I
am
the
client
and
I
paid
full
price
for
a
cake
that
looked
like
done
by
a
kid.
Come
on,
that's
their
profession!
It
was
a
birthday...
can
you
imagine
if
it
was
a
marriage?
It
would
have
ended
up
with
photos
ruined
by
the
creepy-looking
cake.
Honestly
a
person
that
is
working
in
a
cake
shop
and
thinks
that
the
appearance
of
a
cake
is
not
important
should
change
profession.
If
I
am
the
owner
of
a
cake
shop
I
would
never
sell
something
creepy
to
my
customers
because
they
paid
for
it
and
it
is
unfair.
Never
going
there
again.
Really
unprofessional!

Hi.
Thanks
and
Merry
Christmas
to
you
too.
Please
find
below
few
more
comments.
1.
A
client
is
a
customer
and
there
is
no
need
to
argue
with
him/her.
A
professional
business
will
listen
to
a
critique
and
try
to
improve
the
service.
2.
As
I
said
they
showed
me
just
half
of
the
cake.
They
didn't
open
completely
the
box
otherwise
I
would
have
asked
you
directly
for
a
replacement.
The
good
side
of
the
cake
was,
maybe
by
chance
or
maybe
not,
on
the
opening
of
the
box
so
the
imperfect
part
wasn't
shown.
3.
I
had
to
call
you
at
least
3
times
to
get
a
call
back.
First
time
the
person
I
have
to
speak
with
was
in
the
bathroom.
The
second
time
he
was
shopping
even
though
you
told
me
he
was
going
to
ring
me
back.
4.
I
said
I
would
see
if
my
schedule
was
allowing
me
to
pick
up
the
cake
replacement
and,
if
not,
I
was
going
to
call
you
back.
That's
exactly
what
I
did.
5.
In
Italy,
when
I
was
working
in
a
cake
shop,
they
told
me
there
is
a
rule
in
hospitality:
"The
client
is
always
right".
There
are
no
bad
or
good
clients
because
all
clients
are
the
same
and
you
should
try
to
please
them
as
they
are
paying
for
your
services.
That's
it.
I
wish
you
a
wonderful
New
Year
full
of
critiques,
not
to
demolish
you
but
to
build
a
successful
business.
Kind
regards
Sara
