We already have had coffee at Sergio's, but we went to try their coffee and brownie while we're waiting for our kids at the play area. While we're waiting for our orders, the owner noticed that one of our company has a different coffee, he abruptly approached us asking "What will you feel if somebody bring a coffee at your coffee shop?!" He's very rude, aside from all these, the food and coffee reflects the attitude of the owner, without prejudice, the coffee tasted really bad, old coffee and the brownie is very old, so hard and you can taste the fridge from it. He should have treated the situation in a lot better way, if I were in his situation, I would have said "Hi Mates, I hope you will find our coffee is better than what you're friend is still having, we love to hear your feedback" at least we would not hesitate to come back and give an honest feedback for them to do better. He's not a competitive competitor at all. Honestly, if you're going to Marrickville centre avoid Flow Cafe. Sergio's coffee and pastries are far better than Flow Cafe and the customer service at Sergio's is incomparable to worst customer service of Flow cafe.

What a beautiful little hidden treasure in Marrickville Metro, tucked away near the doctor's surgery and St George bank. I don't remember the last time I had a latte so silky and smooth or a plate of Eggs Benedict so scrumptious and satisfying. The service given by the staff has a very warm welcome feel about it which is hard to find in a fast paced shopping centre. Do yourself and your tastebuds a favour and give Flow Cafe a try.

Since ownership of this cafe changed the food and service has declined. We were regulars previously and thought it would just take time for new owners to settle but it’s still terrible. The last 3 visits they have mucked up the order so half of us finish a meal before the others come. Food is dry and often inedible. Staff are nice but no one seems to know what they are doing. Communication seems to be an issue. The old menu was better and the food is now not worth the prices charged. We used to eat here 2-3 times a week but won’t go again.

Cafes in shopping centres as a generalisation are not great. Flow cafe had nice strong coffee and friendly service which is a welcome change. There is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch & sweets to choose from. The bacon & egg roll on a Turkish like sesame bun is delicious, especially the lightly spiced tomato relish. It also came with a hashbrown which was nice. The sourdough toast was misleading as it was not sourdough. Actually it was just airy white Vienna bread and not a sourdough at all which was misleading. The Sonoma fruit & nut sourdough was also misleading as it was definitely not Sonoma bread and neither was it sourdough. So very disappointed on those fronts. Next to a kids play area, it is popular with families for breakfast, lunch or a sweet treat.

Strong coffee. Always served promptly and hot. Lunch choices feature fresh dishes. Some are homemade. Recommend the chicken and mushroom or the halloumi pies. The veggie burger is also worthwhile. Always a friendly staff.

I always grabbed their coffee when I am at Metro. Favourite coffee for me in Sydney and still so affordable. $4.50 for a medium that would be a large elsewhere! Disclaimer, I know coffee is a personal choice so I can only say I love their coffee. But you might have favourites elsewhere. And I have never tried their food as I always grabbed their coffee to go. 5 stars for their awesome coffee!!

I was shopping at Marrickville Metro and stopped by the FLOW cafe for a bite to eat. Food; I ordered the salmon and salad with a cappuccino and I enjoyed it. Vibe; The atmosphere was nice and chilled and the seating was comfortable as well - the overall Place seemed clean and the service of the waitress was nice and friendly. Cleanliness; The cafe was clean. Service; friendly service with food brought out in a timely fashion. Value for money; For salmon and salad with cappuccino I paid around $20 which I thought was a fair price - for a comfy place to sit and quick bite to eat overall I was quite happy and I would return back to eat again, if in the area.

Food was not good, at all. I paid $83 dollars for some below average food and drinks. Definitely won't eat there again. I gave one star because the owner is friendly enough.

A barista with a great sense on humour and the coffee and food is great. They went and bought me a paper because the one they had was missing in action. Thank you.
