i
got
bullied
at
your
medical
centre
by
your
staff..
I'm
a
regular
patient
to
this
medical
centre,
and
most
of
time
I
see
Dr
M.
Kabar,
this
time,
he
wasn't
there..
I
had
to
see
any
other
available
Dr.
(unfortunately)...
(Thursday
29th)
The
admin
lady
N.
made
me
wait
from
11:30am
until
1:15pm
(which
is
understandable,
they
could
be
busy...
even
tho
she
wasn't
taking
patients
in
a
correct
order,
just
inconsistent
order,
whoever
gets
upset
first
get
in
first..
but
no
professional
management
that
cares)
The
main
issue
is
that
the
admin
N.
provided
me
with
misinformation
that
the
pathology
closes
at
3pm...
she
made
me
wait
until
1:15pm,
turned
to
be
that
the
pathology
closes
at
1pm..
can
you
imagine???
(I
waited
hours
for
nothing)
note:
That
at
11:30am,
I
told
her
that
the
pathologies
might
closes
at
1pm
bcz
we
in
holidays,
she
was
like
'no
at
3pm,
go
and
come
back
at
12:15pm"
at
12:10pm,
still
there
is
4ppl
before
me
even
i
saw
many
ppl
in/out..
but
I
continued
to
wait
until
1:15pm,
it
was
my
turn)
I
was
fasting
for
no
reason
end
up
they
blamed
me
for
being
kind
and
patient
to
wait
that
long,
as
per
Dr
SG.
F.
start
to
make
up
fake
excuses
and
threatened
if
I
cant
be
'cool'
with
waiting
hours
without
any
result
or
with
the
admin
providing
me
with
misinformation,
he
would
ban
my
name
from
visiting
this
medical
centre...
that
another
level
of
professionalism
that
i
wonder
who
can
take
action
for
that...
but
wait
a
minutes!
I
wont
come
back
unless
I
get
the
whole
management
aware
of
this
unprofessional
treatment
including
health
NSW...
I
requested
the
manager
S.
that
I
want
to
file
a
complaints
as
noting
left
I
can
do,
my
day
gone..
she
gave
me
wrong
form
to
fill,
(didn't
allow
me
to
take
a
photo
of
the
complaint
that
I
filed,
she
probably
will
throw
it
in
the
bin...)
Unprofessional
staff
including
that
Dr.
(I
thought
he
would
help,
turned
to
be
acting
in
the
same
unprofessional
way,
he
should
be
smart
enough
to
realise
that
I
work
in
a
professional
industry
as
well...)
and
i
know
exactly
how
they
should
response...
The
3
of
them
bullied
me
with
unprofessional
behaviour,
and
they
start
to
accuse
me
of
things
I
didn't
do
to
put
pressure
on
me
and
silence
me...
unfortunately
I
wont...
i
already
lodge
a
complaint
with
Medical
Council
of
NSW,
and
will
complaint
at
other
department
until
i
hear
some
action
been
taken
from
your
management
toward
the
3
ppl
involved.

give

a

asap,
you
can

my

based
on
the
time
I
was
there
between
11:30am
and

requesting

I
have
a
feeling
they
will

this
incident

they

completely

the

that's
another
level
of
bulling
patients
in
front
other
customers,
and
cant
let
this
go...
