    Dr. Sangeorge Fahmy was absolutely rude and a disgusting man when trying to organize a tele-consult. He was speaking over my mother and was not letting her speak at all. She was calm and stated facts about what she had been told by multiple people including the receptionist "To wait until the doctor calls you", 5 hours later he called and said you need to come into the medical center in order to fill out a misadventure form for my sisters HSC! Dr. Fahmy threatened to fire the receptionist because of "her mistake" however my mother said "no everyone makes mistakes" and she was willing to go in. However, he was absolutely disgusting in the way he was talking to her and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO SEE DR. FAHMY FOR ANYTHING!!!!

    Pretty bad, it's slow. Booked an appointment for my dad who got out of hospital, his regular doctor didn't come. The other doctor who should take him was very late, a lot of waiting. After leaving and going to the pharmacy we realised that the prescription given by the doctor for the medication did not take into consideration that my dad is a pensioner and it was not under the PBS scheme but private. The pharmacist had to call up the medical centre to sort out this issue it took 30 minutes. He's on a lot of medication and it's significantly more expensive at full price. There were also no masks available for people to take, yet the practice advertises that we should wear them. I won't be coming here again or taking my family.

    Dr Shams is an amazing, intelligent doctor and a wonderful human being. Very much blessed to have been under her care. May God bless her. The receptionists also provide excellent service. The practice provides the best care and support to their patients. Highly recommend Dr Shams and this medical practice.

    The wait time is very very long to see a doctor. Even when you call the medical centre, it takes such a long time for someone to answer your call and that's annoying when trying to make an appointment. As the community is growing and its is flu season, the center management should be aware of this and have enough staff to better manage the centre. Also, and this is across the board, most doctors these days seem to push you to specialists and only treat very very minor issue you may have.. they don't want to investigate or try to resolve the issue at hand.

    Do not see DR Mohamad Kbar OR Dr kuhan sivasambu they will not help you even if your dying, I was advised by Dr Mohamad Kbar I had to pay him an extra $50 if I wanted my medication because I said no he has gone and black listed me they are very corrupt and dishonest doctors, Dr kuhan sivasambu is only good for is black listing you if you ask for medication as well like I did as I’ve been diagnosed with a tumour and had all my paperwork with me from the hospital and it clearly showed what medication I needed, he is rude aggressive. I’m in the process of referring them both to the medical board because they have made it very hard for me to get my medicine now.

    The last medical center I would recommend especially Dr Akbar. I went there for centralized pain for days, Dr Akbar didn't even bother hearing what I'm saying or even looking and he prescribed acid reflux tablet. Later on that evening I went to the emergency and had to get my gallbladder removed as it was about to bust.

    If there is a 0 star, I would post it easy... i got bullied at your medical centre by your staff.. I'm a regular patient to this medical centre, and most of time I see Dr M. Kabar, this time, he wasn't there.. I had to see any other available Dr. (unfortunately)... (Thursday 29th) The admin lady N. made me wait from 11:30am until 1:15pm (which is understandable, they could be busy... even tho she wasn't taking patients in a correct order, just inconsistent order, whoever gets upset first get in first.. but no professional management that cares) The main issue is that the admin N. provided me with misinformation that the pathology closes at 3pm... she made me wait until 1:15pm, turned to be that the pathology closes at 1pm.. can you imagine??? (I waited hours for nothing) note: That at 11:30am, I told her that the pathologies might closes at 1pm bcz we in holidays, she was like 'no at 3pm, go and come back at 12:15pm" at 12:10pm, still there is 4ppl before me even i saw many ppl in/out.. but I continued to wait until 1:15pm, it was my turn) I was fasting for no reason end up they blamed me for being kind and patient to wait that long, as per Dr SG. F. start to make up fake excuses and threatened if I cant be 'cool' with waiting hours without any result or with the admin providing me with misinformation, he would ban my name from visiting this medical centre... that another level of professionalism that i wonder who can take action for that... but wait a minutes! I wont come back unless I get the whole management aware of this unprofessional treatment including health NSW... I requested the manager S. that I want to file a complaints as noting left I can do, my day gone.. she gave me wrong form to fill, (didn't allow me to take a photo of the complaint that I filed, she probably will throw it in the bin...) Unprofessional staff including that Dr. (I thought he would help, turned to be acting in the same unprofessional way, he should be smart enough to realise that I work in a professional industry as well...) and i know exactly how they should response... The 3 of them bullied me with unprofessional behaviour, and they start to accuse me of things I didn't do to put pressure on me and silence me... unfortunately I wont... i already lodge a complaint with Medical Council of NSW, and will complaint at other department until i hear some action been taken from your management toward the 3 ppl involved. Dear management, kindly give me a call asap, you can find my name and contact details based on the time I was there between 11:30am and 1:15pm (my initials are A. B. was requesting blood test). I have a feeling they will cover this incident as they went completely our of the rang... that's another level of bulling patients in front other customers, and cant let this go... regards AB

    Excellent service today. I’ve never been to this place before so it was my first time attending. The girls at the front were lovely. I explained to them my situation with my 7 year old daughter randomly feeling light headed and going pale at the shops so they booked me in for a doctor even though they were fully booked. The doctor was impressive and did all the necessary examinations from pulse to BP. He even asked a second dr for his opinion. They booked me in for a check up tomorrow without even making me wait in line at the front. I highly recommend this medical centre. Thank you for your professionalism and caring for your patients!

    Worst medical centre in sydney who put these doctors and receptionists here ? Have to deal with rubbish brain dead girls that work behind the desk just to deal with the worst doctors you could ever imagine your trip here will be completely useless everybody who is currently employed here should be fired from their position ASAP and lose their license to work in health care they have more like mc Donald’s work ethics here

    The one thing I LOVE about this Medical Centre is they DON’T accept walk-ins which means I’m not forced to wait 30-60 minutes to see my GP. My appointment would be at 11:00AM and the doctor calls me 11:05AM. The service is so fast and they’re always on time. Dr. Kuhan Sivasambhu is awesome. Direct, straight to the point and clearly explains to you what is going on, etc. I’m never left with 100’s of questions because he answers them all before I’ve even asked them. I also appreciate the fact that they answer their phone very fast and their receptionist is very sweet.

    Every time I’ve come here, this medical centre has been organised and very straight forward about their wait times. Dr Po, an asset to the medical centre, is very professional, caring and validating.

    I visited for the first time on 19th June at around 2pm. Not much rush. Wait was only 10mins. Doctor was great. This medical centre bulk bills, which is not common these days. Overall satisfied with the experience.

    I visited Dr Kuhan. He was very helpful. He listened me carefully and explained me very well. This is first time I have ever seen GP who actually listen to their patients. I highly recommend Dr Kuhan. Also, lady at reception was so helpful and kind. I was new patient at this medical centre and she helped me alot with everything.

    Finally found a Doctor that actually cares about his clients and listens! The reception staff are welcoming and treat everyone with respect. I book online and the longest I've ever waited has been 15mins. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Chullora Medical Center and would recommend this business to anyone

    I would just like to Thank the team at Chullora medical centre . I had an awesome experience there from the moment I entered to the time I departed. Thank you so much . I especially wanted to praise one of the nurses there her name was Elaine she went above and beyond for me that day she made me feel comfortable and confident in the task she was to perform . She chatted with me and even stayed to finish so I didn’t have to wait around or come back . She is very dedicated to her patients and shows compassion and respect. Thank you again Elaine you are the best.

    Dr Po was friendly and caring with our children and kept to both our appointments promptly. We appreciated not having to wait long to be seen and the new facilities are nice and clean. Only problem was the online booking tool, which didn’t confirm our appointment with the clinic, but it was all resolved after a quick call. Thank you.

    Very helpful and friendly staff. Doctors are also good especially my doctor (Shams) .Takes her time to listen to you and reacts to your concern. Very good Medical Centre. Doctors of all different problems are available there.

    I've had my first visit at the Medical Centre for skin check with Dr Mai Van. Though he was quite busy with many patients in the queue at the practice and seemed to be a bit rushed, he has spent time thoroughly examining me and addressed all of my concerns. He also had other health advice for my other medical condition. Overall, I'm happy with his professional attitude and put my trust on him for his medical expertise. The only recommendation is for the practice to reduce number of booking clients so that the waiting room does not look like packed.

    Love the doctors at this medical centre however the receptionist are very unprofessional and rude (in person & over the phone). A simple phone call to reschedule an appointment shouldn’t take 1 hour until someone decides to answer, absolutely ridiculous :(

    Dr Richard Sadig is an intelligent, caring and knowledgeable Doctor who treats each patient as an individual and does not adhere to any fixed universal medical framework of 'what is good or bad, right or wrong'. He has a sensible, pragmatic approach when considering advice and / or medication. He kindly invited me to book a consultation with him in Chullora, which I intend to do in the near future. I am confident he possesses the insight to ascertain the nature of the underlying causes of my health concerns. Regards Robert Davison

    Sometimes there can be a long wait to see the doctor so be prepared. However, if you ask the receptionist they can usually send a text and tell you you are next in line which allows a bit of shopping or go and have a coffee or something if it will be a long wait. Everyone tries to be friendly and helpful and that's always a bonus if you're not feeling well. Overall... well... it's a doctor so you're probably sick which makes it a hard place to be happy, but at least they don't make things worse.
