The customer service is atrocious. I had grabbed the wrong drink and the lady at the counter yelled at me and said ' well that's not your drink then ' I looked at her disgusted as I walked away with the right drink. As I was trying to find a seat I looked at this table and it had multiple food packet, wet straws, ripped up straw papers, AND I KID YOU NOT 4 EMPTY CUPS LEFT ON THE TABLE FROM OVER AN OUR AGO. The time on the label said 18:05 the time was 19:10 While | was drinking I saw the massive line of people and nobody was at the counter. One single bathroom, and a sad looking Christmas tree even still after Christmas. Starbucks more like Starsucks

I wouldn’t applaud this place on customer service because it’s atrocious. I asked the lady could have a cinnamon scroll and she couldn’t hear me so I asked again, still couldn’t understand me and then started raising her voice at me for not understanding my order. Proceeded to ask me if I would like to have it warmed up and I said I wanted it warm and it was cold, I told them I had asked for it to be warmed up and was given back to me was just told HERE. When I asked what sizes do you have looked at me like I’m dump and pointed to the sign. I site with the other review in saying why go here when there are many better places. My review of the product is coffee was extremely weak and mediocre, would not return. One star only for the ambient space. Made me point it out to her even tho I told her what shelf, honestly I felt extremely embarrassed they where being so rude to me and making me point out what I wanted in front of a line of people. Just to point out this was my first time ever in this store, second in Starbucks and they’ve just been more disastrous then the last. Now I know it’s true about what people say and how it’s failed in Australia because we like actual, real, Quality coffee and service.

It was terrible racism!!! ;( I had a racist experience at this branch. It happened on the morning of Sep, 11th. I didn't see her name but she seemed senior. She drew this face at my cup. If she didn't know this description means racism, I want to enlighten her. It's a very rude expression to me.

The lady taking the order got angry and frustrated because I couldn’t hear her. Speak up when wear your mask and people might able to hear you. 2 in front of me had the same experience

The Latte only has NO coffee taste inside, jusy only milk taste, very disappointed. The Cappuccino is more terrible, feel like water. I guess they forgot to clean the coffee grinder or something happens with the coffee machine. Won't go there next time.

I frequent Starbucks on Elizabeth Street every morning to kickstart my day with a delicious sandwich and a perfectly crafted flat white. It has become my go-to spot for my morning coffee routine. While I typically grab my order to go, I occasionally take a few minutes to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. There's not much I can add about this already famous Starbucks location that hasn't been said before. The fact that it consistently remains a popular choice among coffee lovers speaks for itself. Whether you're seeking a quick grab-and-go option or a brief moment of relaxation, this Starbucks has you covered.

Oh my god I’ve never had such bad coffee and experience. No wonder Starbucks failed in Australia and is now targeting tourists. Coffee is tasteless, The cold drinks are overpriced and disgusting. The iced green tea was over ice and the powder was not even incorporated into the milk. The drink tasted like ice water as the ice was not blended. Did I mention this drink was $8.50. The sizes are also in weird American names. When I asked for a large the person was like what do you mean? Even after pointing at the size they didn’t know. The coffee machine is also a weird auto thing. It is not like the other Australian cafes. What’s the point of having a barista if The coffee machine is automatic. This chain really needs to get out of Australia it’s ruining our coffee culture. Go to any other Australian cafe you will get served better. No wonder when the Australian opened an Australian style cafe in New York’s Central Station, the Starbucks there closed in a week due to lack of customers. Time to get your head in, Starbucks and go back to America we don’t need you here.

I went several times to that cafe out of my admiration for that area, as you sit there and never get bored. The people, the tall buildings, the gardens, everything attracts your attention and your eyes, and the important thing is the taste of the coffee there is great and exactly as desired, especially from under the hands of the nice young man Daniel. Thank you very much to you and all the staff.👍🌹👏☕🍰

    • Their location is good. The 2nd closest Starbucks from Town Hall. • Good views over the park. Quiet enough for studying or working. • Many tables inside and some outside. Pretty spacious. Suitable for 1-3 people per table. • Their service is efficient. • The drink (below) I ordered was kinda different from the one displayed. I won't take out any star just because of this. Generally, it becomes my frequently visited café. xx

Staff is nice and this Starbucks is good. Unfortunately, only 2 of the several tables has charging points so it can be a bit of hassle to work if you need that. Acquiring additional seating area will not hurt.

Good placement, I came many times, it was no one to serve it was very long just for 1 drink, 1 cinnamon scroll and one h and cheese croissant 🥐, my partner ask a question to the lady in the drinks and she was rude for no reasons… just maybe a bad organisation between drinks and food, all the food were served in the same time for most customers that was strange and we were in a hurry, Starbucks supposed to be organized and fast compare to other type of coffee places…

Conveniently located next to the Hyde park. Perfect for having a drink right after a walk in the park. The staff were nice and courteous.

The coffee is decent but not exceptional. I mainly go there as it is a convenient cafe to get to, to meet up with a friend from North Sydney - he is the coffee officionado, I like Nescafe.

Ordered a long black pumpking spice latte and a bagel with cream cheese. The pumpkin spice latte tasted like milk, didn't put enough syrup or whatever they used to make the pumping spice. Asked for no cream, but still they put cream on top. Long black was decent. And lastly, maybe this is an American culture or something, but nowhere in Australia would you get a portion of cream cheese on the side when you ask for a bagel with cream cheese on it. It was very disappointing, and the staff on the counter was not friendly either. Tried to rush the customer before me and tried to rush the order with me as well. This place needs a lot of improvement.

We've been travelling a bit lately and regularly stop at Starbucks for a coffee, both here and overseas. Unfortunately our visit to this outlet was poorer than that which we have recently experienced. The food was cold and the coffee not up to the usual standard.

I always visit Starbucks to buy tumblers in every country in the world. Clean and same tastes at any country but The chair and space were too small here

That coffee shop in the middle of the city is kind of a letdown. The coffee isn't good, and the place is messy. They don't even say your order's name out loud. I think the location could have a better coffee shop. When you want a coffee on your break, it's not the best choice. The spot could be really nice, but the coffee shop right now isn't that great. It would be cool if someone opened a better one there. People would probably like it, especially if they fixed the coffee and the place itself. It's just a thought, but if someone made a good coffee shop there, it could be awesome. People want a nice place to grab coffee, and this one could be, you know, much better.

We went to Starbucks Elizabeth street today after having a bad coffee experience from another coffee shop nearby. Jun warmly welcomed us and recommended some drinks to try and the dragonfruit refresher he made was just amazing. I’d like to give a big shout out to his kindness which really made my day.

Coffee and the food is good here…but the place is not clean at all. The garbage 🗑 was over flowing and wasn’t emptied and the tables are not cleaned at all..little disappointed with that.

Convenient location with plenty of space inside. Staff are mostly friendly and attentive. The only comment I would make is that they definitely need to wipe down the tables and seating areas more. Went in there only 30-45 minutes after they opened and all of the tables were filthy with crumbs and various stains (almost like it was left from the day before…)

I give it one star for excellent location, one star for seating layout, another star for opening hours. Nowadays it's overcrowded even during off-peak times, popular due to the above factors rather than for the food/drinks. I come here once in a blue moon whenever there are no other options. But often walk out without actually getting anything because there are no good seats left. Also, I think this company is ageist, I see "baristas" from one age group only, and I don't think the reason is because they make the best coffee. Finally, I hope the staff don't feel too precious to do some cleaning when they are free, just basic soap and water wipe down makes all the difference, we are after all in a first world country right? Or, just hire external cleaners if it's "not your job" (but it should be).

Tried the strawberry with coconut milk drink and it was nice. The size for large look abit small. There was alot of ice in the drink so it felt like there was not much of the drink. The size name for the cups are confusing. Small is called tall and i forgot the other names.

My sister has offered me one of starbuck's Fila bottle and I am so disappointed. It always leaks in my bag so I cannot use it at all and it stays on the shelving. Really expensive purchase and useless.

It's extremely rare for any Australian Starbucks to have drip filter coffee already brewed. Not so at this particular branch. Fresh & piping hot. A great way to start the day. Excellent service too. Kudos 👌🏻

Finally spotted a Starbucks in Australia! I know Australian coffee is great, but coming from London, Starbucks gives me a sense of nostalgia 💖

This Is my absolute favourite Starbucks to go it and I’m a regular here ! The staff is incredibly friendly and they know me by now. Great service. My favourites are the iced chai latte and the black tea lemonade. Chicken and avocado panini is great ! Also try the New York cheese cake.
